    Thursday morning feel good stories

Chief Tango sends us our first feel story today and it comes from Fort Worth, Texas where two gentlemen entered a young resident’s home and began whacking on him. He pulled out his firearm and asked them to leave. One of the intruders did just that, while the other refused, so he was rewarded with a new hole in his noggin and he was DRT (dead right there).

In Weslaco, Texas, Juanita Collins saw two men run through her yard, so for some reason, she fired a warning shot into the air which seemed to run off the pair. I wonder where the bullet landed.

In Dallas, Texas, a pair of brain surgeons returned to rob a convenience store for the second time, but the clerk was ready for them, you know being the second time and all, and he opened fire on them when they shot at him. Both rocket scientists seem to have successfully un-assed the AO, but the police have them on video, so it’s only a matter of time. The clerk had his bell rung by a bullet, but he seems to be much better now.

    Wednesday morning feel good stories

The first story today comes from Dave and it happened in Houston, Texas where a robber with a gun ran into a clerk with a legal gun. The thief ended up at the hospital where he was pronounced DOT (dead over there).

Chief Tango sends us some more links to other stories, the first of which happened in Timmonsville, South Carolina, where a homeowner was arrested when it was discovered that he’d shot a burglar DRT (dead right there) with a stolen handgun, so we get a two-fer; two thieves off the street with one bullet.

In Springfield, Tennessee, three men who have been suspected of targeting Hispanic homes for invasions ran into the wrong Hispanic homeowner. When they pounded on his door, the victim answered with his gun and let loose a flurry of gunfire and the three un-assed the AO. One of them showed up in the hospital with a non-life-threatening wound. Police think that his arrest will help them solve the 15 unsolved home robberies in the community involving Hispanic victims, two of whom suffered gun shot wounds during the commission of the crimes.

    Tuesday morning feel good story

Chief Tango sends us a link to a story that happened in Nashville, Tennessee, where Clarence Goins and his partner tried to rob two fellows standing alongside the street with his gun. He took the car keys from one of the victims and tried to get in the car while covering the two with his gun. One of the victims, Marcus Henley, pulled his own gun which started a firefight. Goins was DRT (dead right there). Henley, it turns out, was an off-duty security guard.

In Wauconda, Illinois, a masked robber tried to turn his life around by pointing a gun at convenience store clerk. The clerk, however, had his own gun and dispensed it’s contents to the masked man. The robber’s perforated ass was taken to the hospital where was pronounced DOT (dead over there).

Notice how we haven’t had as many of these stories from Detroit, Michigan recently? Fox News reports that, in response to Police Chief James Craig’s support for private gun ownership, in 2014 1,169 handgun permits were issued and more than 8,000 new guns were registered, in 2015, 500 new permits and more than 5,000 guns have been registered. Home invasions and burglaries are way down in the city this year, too. Funny how that works, ain’t it?

The sign has one lady who walks her dog near the house concerned worrying that she or her pup will be executed. Thursday morning feel good stories

In Terrell, Texas, Mathew Colby Johnson thought that knocking over the Mom & Pop convenience store would be easy-peasy. Fahed Fatayri ventilated his backside when Johnson pointed his own gun at Mama Fatayri in a robbery attempt. In Boardman Township, Ohio, another criminal was perforated by a jewelry store clerk. Police followed his blood trail to a bloody pile of clothes, probably where his getaway driver waited for him. He dropped over $100,000 worth of jewelry that he took from the store in his haste to un-ass the AO.

Another clerk in Conyers, Georgia fired 13 rounds at an escaping thief with no discernible result other than making a lot of noise.

In Port Hueneme, California, a street criminal tried to rob a fellow with an Airsoft gun. Unfortunately for the crook, the intended victim recognized the toy even before the criminal shot him in the hand. So the victim whacked the toy out of the criminal’s hand with his crutch.
