For those of you who didn’t know, Scotty was having some new hardware installed in the hospital last week, but he’s out now and going strong. He sent us his work on Christopher Wayne Wadsworth, an attorney in Miami, Florida, the home of phony SEALs, apparently. Here’s the way his bio reads on his firm’s website;

It’s all false right down to the number of years that he claims that he served.

In his request for reinstatement into the Florida bar, in his brief term of service, he was able to rack up some impressive violations of the UCMJ, including making false statements, forgery and AWOL. Notice on the DD214 that he was discharged as an E-1, and his date of rank was about halfway through his term, so he was promoted and then reduced in rank and couldn’t fight his way back up to E-2.

Anyway, according to SEAL experts and his records, he never attended a BUD/S class and was never even near the bell so he could ring it. Looking at some of the other stuff on Scotty’s page, he hasn’t really changed that much from his Navy days – I don’t think any self-respecting criminal would hire him.

This needs a Public Shaming Wanted Poster, to be spread by all good TAH members in this dickwad’s home and work community (and maybe pass one to the Florida bar association).
Hit him where it hurts, in the wallet. I use the term “Shaming” reservedly, because obviously “he” has none internally. The only shame these dickwads have, is when they are caught.
Makes one wonder if he really went to school, and is “he” really a real lawyer?
The Colorado Bar needs to pay attention to these types of cases. John Giduck, an attorney, was reported to the CO Bar for essentially the same thing (lying about being an Army Ranger in his published seminar bios). He also lied in his book, Terror At Beslan, about being in Russia while the Beslan siege was on-going…he was in Colorado during the entire siege and probably scratching his nuts in his Superman underoos.
In my opinion, Terror at Beslan is one of biggest academic/journalistic integrity violations ever published. Giduck wasn’t there and claimed to be. The details in the book are grossly inaccurate in some cases including numbers killed on the first day and Giduck’s claim that mastermind of the operation had been killed.
“While in the Navy he received a letter of commendation and a letter of congratulations from his commanding officer.”
The letter of commendation must have been for achieving the rank of first-class shitbird.
The letter of congratulations very likely recognized his success in earning 75 days in the brig and a Big Chicken Dinner.
I’ll beat GT to the punch. Tuuuuuuuurrrrrrrrrrrdddddddddddd.
Welcome back, Scotty, keep up the good work in exposing these asswipes. Hope the hardware is working as advertised.
Wadsworth, that was the name of a fat, lazy housecat in an old cartoon, it seems fitting that this sniveling, conniving little snotnosed prick has that last name. I peeked at Scotty’s blog post on him/it and noticed he was disbarred in Florida, and while in the Navy he was Court Martialed, confined for 75 days, and given a Big Chicken Dinner to boot, I wonder if this assclown will lawer up and “Bernath” on us? I second B Woodman’s motion for a wanted poster, WADsworth appears to be begging for one!!
As “The Thing” from The Fantastic Four would say, “IIIT’S CLOBBERING TIME!!!”
Hey! He does have a National Defense Service Medal….they don’t just give those away like candy!
How long before the law suit threat?
so can someone straighten out Waddies career path for me? He was booted from the Navy in March of 98, then suspended from the bar in July of 99. So in those intervening 16 months (aprox) he earned a law degree, was admitted to the bar and then suspended from the bar for acts while in the Navy? My confusion comes from his bio that states he earned a Criminal Justice degree before joining the Navy. Wouldn’t a Juris Doctor take three years to earn? Or had he somehow been admitted to the bar while in the Navy and his Courts Martial was reported and got him suspended?
Turd.
I have a new term that came to mind to describe the actions of guys likr this: “Shitboogerism”
I’m not going to defend this guy BUTit sounds like he’s trying to lawyer his way around this. Notice that he said he was part of the SEAL EOD diver community not that he was one. (Unless its further down than I care to read in his hackassery) His job as signalman didn’t even require a school. He was to dumb to get a contract before aigning up. I won’t be surprised if he defends himself by pointing out that he was assigned to one of their bases answering phones and mopping floors and was therefore part of the community. Kind of like Clinton saying that he didn’t break the laws of the US when he smoked pot.
@6
He has a time machine
(Props to Douglas Adams book Dirk Gently s Holistic Detective Agency)
But wait there is more!! I went to the website (Love the king at the end of his lastname on the domain, not ego boosting at all nope nope nope) and here is what he has now:
“Mr. Wadsworth graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and a minor in Russian. After graduating college and before attending law school he served in the United States Navy for approximately six (6) years. While in the Navy his duty stations included NAVSPECWARCEN Coronado California wherein he attended BASUNDDEM/SEAL training; NAVDIVSALVTRANCEN Panama City Florida wherein he attended Navy E.O.D. diver training and finally he was stationed with EOD Mobile Unit 6 Detachment Mayport Florida. While in the Navy he received a letter of commendation and a letter of congratulations from his commanding officer.
He received his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Miami, Cum Laude, where he was a member of the Deans List, a Mock Trial Finalist, a Moot Court Optional Round Finalist and a member of Phi Delta Phi (Honor Fraternity). After leaving the prosecutor’s office Mr. Wadsworth focused his career exclusively in the area of insurance defense and civil trial work including: auto negligence, trucking negligence, premises liability, medical malpractice, products liability, construction defects and insurance coverage cases.”
WTF is BASUNDDEM <– You have to be some special kind of retard not to even know is BUD/S … Sweet mother of zombie jesus!!! (said with heavy heavy sourthern accent) I'd say someone should get a screencap of this one I think is even better now. This is a new kind of phonie he gets caught he puts MORE stuff!!
BTW since I'm bored (Yes I'm by myself and in a cafe reading this π no Jiu Jitsu today π …) check this one out: "and finally he was stationed with EOD Mobile Unit 6 Detachment Mayport Florida"

(Wish I could put the #SeemsLegit meme here) but yeah dude seems legit, anyway I think I'll be able to be more here all those pesky problems that were rattling my brain apparently are getting better π
Sounds like he is in the Attorney Pool at the Public Defenders Office. Make a few bucks there and a few bucks as an ambulance chaser. This info needs to make it’s way to the fraternity he belonged to, Phi Delta Phi (Honor Society). He is so phony he couldn’t even make it in politics with the rest of the crooks. How does it go barrister, ” A lawyer that defends himself has a fool for a client.”?
Here is a idea for you Spentwad: sign up a group of phonies from this site, take their money and rest assured you would never make it to a courtroom. “Spentwad, Attorney at Law, A loser representing losers”. or “We know what it feels like to be a loser”
A SEAL no less. Who’d a thunk! What a novel idea to come up with being! If I may borrow from brother, Green Thumb a moment…TURD!
Lost, the guy’s a blowhard. He has NO Navy schools, didn’t even manage to retain his E-2 rating. He has NOTHING but lies piled on top of lies.
Does this sound like someone else we know? Yeah, it does. See the threads under bernath.
Does Cheif Shipley know about this clown? I’d like to see hmi rip this one a new anal orifice AND sigmoid while he’s at it. Someone needs to put a boot up this jerk’s behind.
‘Lil Wadsie would probably SHIT himself at the sound of the Senior Chief’s voice, DAMN, I’d love to watch that!!
Ya know, I’m kinda wondering just what his application to the Florida Bar said. As I understand it, most state bar associations won’t license someone convicted of crimes involving financial impropriety or “moral turpitude” (whatever the hell that is these days). They also won’t touch convicted felons.
If I recall correctly, NAMALA is the “Naval and Marine Appelate Law Agency”. Also if I recall correctly, that’s where folks on excess leave post-court-martial are assigned pending approval and final execution of their sentence, or while an appeal is in process. So it sounds to me like this individual may have received a punitive discharge.
Yeah, I’d love to get a look at his application for a law license in FL. Something here just doesn’t seem to add up.
Hondo, I agree. Something is fishy about all of that stuff in his statements about himself.
Took a look at the link to Scotty’s site. Apparently lying about his Navy background was what caused him to get his law license suspended. He does seem to have received a BCD from the Navy.
Should have read Scotty’s page on the guy before making my comment above. (smile)
What the hell is it with lawers lately? There’s no way around this guy’s shitbaggery. Claiming to be part of the Navy SEAL, EOD, and Diver community is implying he was one, especially with his current remarks. And I suppose CMJ action is the same as letters of commendation. “Congratulations, Sailor! You done fucked up big time!”
I’m going to guess that his “letter of commendation and a letter of congratulations from his commanding officer” was something along the lines of “Congratulations. You’ve screwed up so royally that I’ve decided to move your punishment from non-judicial to judicial. I commend you for being the first sailor in my command to be tried in front of a judge.”
Has The Hair been notified about this dog turd?
Be afraid, Wadsworth. Be very afraid.
OMG!!! The mere sight of The Hair is enough to make phony SEALs everywhere scream in terror and shit their pants.
I wonder how soon we’ll get to see the video of Senior Chief Don Shipley tearing ‘lil Wadsie up like a Rottweiler on a cheap chew toy?

“While in the Navy he received several letters of commendation” – Christopher Wayne Wadsworth
There are doubts about that claim, but one thing is for sure… he’s getting a lot of posts of condemnation. π
What’s the matter with you people? ‘Fraid to approach The Hair?
Another Phoney Phuck.
@26 The Hair is rentless, the Hair will put you in front lean rest position for not having great hair … *shudders* π
Now all we need is to have his partner to come here drunk and start ranting and threate… never you mind Deja Vu just hit …
The ” Hair ” has all the info he needs in order to contact him. He was the one who confirmed through WarCom that num nuts never attended BUD/S at all. This isn’t the first time this guy has been exposed as being a phony. Fools never learn .
What did he get a national defense service medal from in 1996 – 1998?
Hondo, et al,
NAMALA is located in Washington, D.C. Its Mission is to administer centralized appellate leave/tracking for all Navy and Marine Corps members on appellate leave and members assigned to the Federal Bureau of Prisons who are awaiting results of appellate review.
And if he had a college transcript which showed more than 45 semester hours prior to enlistment, he would have come in as an E-3, not an E-2. Even better.
Yeah, something tells me there was an “RIR to E-1, forfeiture of all pay and allowances, and BCD” to go along with that confinement.
@30–block 12d shows prior service of 19 months and change, so if I read this right, he was in about the end of 1994, which would fall under the eligibility period for a NDSM (8/2/90-11/30/95).
In any event, there’s nothing to show he ever attended BUD/S, or any A-school for that matter, although back in the day, SM was a SEAL source rating.
@31, NHSparky, I concur. I originally enlisted for three years of AD Army starting in1991. I had just over 90 credit hours of college, and I came in as a PFC. I had that, two years of College ROTC, as well as three years of JROTC in high school, so I had it three ways,I wonder how soon we’ll start getting sock puppet hits and the usual lawsuit threats from this DOG TURD?
I guess his firm is going to fire him shortly. Happy trails, CumWad
Whatever the truth is on this guy, it is unbelievable.
According to the DD-214, he was in the Navy 20 months (19Jul96 – 20Mar98) of which he had only 4 months 21 days of ‘good’ service. It also indicates that he had 1 year, 7 months, 26 days of prior active service.
So he gets a law degree, enters the Florida Bar, and then “ENLISTS” in the Navy, despite not being able to hack some previous enlistment.
WTF? (over)
The slacker! He couldn’t even conjur up a crossover school to Army Ranger? Doesn’t he realize that any poser worth his salt(peter), claims either Ranger Tab or Scroll? Pure loser.
I wonder what his receptionist will have to say tomorrow when I call to ask of his qualifications, if he has enough military knowledge to take a case for me. H’mmmm, Update tomorrow afternoon on that one.
In a week I will be attending a Silver Star Medal ceremony. This is one Real Deal Ranger awardee, and as I get photos I will be thinking of slime like this guy, William Church, Toby Haynes and the rest of the shitbags.
FranklyO, I wonder if he doesn’t work for an APL-like Law Firm?
To Christopher Wayne Wadsworth, here are examples of real heroes.
Lest we forget today is the 69th anniversary of the Battle for Iwo Jima and the raising of the flag.
Hereβs to all those Marines and all you Marines today. Here-Here!

According to spentwads’ bio, he got a degree in criminal justice, which is NOT a juris doctor, or law degree. A law degree is generally (in this country) a graduate degree, NOT a baccalaureate degree.
Criminal justice means you’re qualified to be a private dick.
And he’s a dickless idiot, anyway, because everything he says and does is a lie.
The fact that he tried to practice law when he violated a Florida statute by doing so speaks volumes about his lack of character.
He’s just plain old scum. When do we get the video from Senior Chief Shipley on this piece of trash?
OK, Chrissy Cumwadsworth, we know you’re out there. We stand ready to receive and lulz at your lawsuit threat. We’re all waiting on you.
Let me get this straight… he was a signalman and a diver? Now that’s some high speed sh*t right there, who’d a thunk – underwater semaphore.
Are courts martial (Special – BCD) records/results in the public domain or releasable under FOIA? Way back when, the 1SG used to post the results (Art 15/Summary courts/Special CM and GCM)on the Company bulletin board. I’d love to know what he made “false official statements” about.
@38 From wikipedia on that iconic moment:
(Secretary of the Navy) Forrestal remarked to Smith: “Holland, the raising of that flag on Suribachi means a Marine Corps for the next five hundred years.”
That was after the less well known 1st flag raising over Mt. Suribachi. Forrestal wanted the flag as a souvenir, which lead to this (from “Flags of Our Fathers”):
“To hell with that!” the colonel spat when the message reached him. The flag belonged to the battalion, as far as Johnson was concerned. He decided to secure it as soon as possible, and dispatched his assistant operations officer, Lieutenant Ted Tuttle, to the beach to obtain a replacement flag. As an afterthought, Johnson called after Tuttle: “And make it a bigger one.”
Notice too that he was separated from NAMALA, which stands for Navy and Marine Corps Appellate Leave Activity. This means he received a Big Chicken Dinner and was administratively attached to this unit until appeals on his case ran its course at which point he was separated. From his 107 conviction, it looks like he has propensity for adjusting the truth.
Oh lookie! Another poser! I wonder how many there will be found out today? Since I am not former Military and this pisses me off so much that I have a hate-on for this assbutts, to the point that I wish a T-Rex would hate fuck them upside down with a backwards pineapple. I can only imagine how you guys feel.
Think court martial records are not included with a FOIA request by the general public without him signing an SF-180. At least they have never been on any FOIA I’ve sent in. Government and law enforcement agencies on the otherhand, can access to everything in his 201 or 2-1 whatever its called these days. I could be wrong however so YMMV…
Hey, I wrote about SEALS, EOD, and salvage divers in one of the official GWOT command histories I did while serving as a joint combat historian, I guess that makes me now a “member of the United States Navy Seals, E.O.D. and Diver community”….Fucking douchebag poser wannabee scumbag lawyer…
This dink was NOT admitted to the Florida bar, right? So he is not actually allowed to practice law, period.
If he tried to, unless he’s doing something pro se, isn’t that illegal?
Remember that con artist last year who we followed all the way to Arizona after he claimed serious war injuries but still went on a long hike for charity? We should get these two together. They’re twins, separated at gestation and put into separate petri dishes.
They annoy me.
What an incredible piece of shit.
@47, Ex, that, or they were cloned from DNA extracted from a container labeled “DEFECTIVE, DO NOT USE”.
Is it me, or do these POSers seem to get more and more retarded every day?
@47 he is a member of the Florida Bar according to a search of their web site. He may have been disbarred at one point hence the reference to an application for reinstatement.
To answer your question though, he is legally able to practice law in Florida. it also shows no disciplanry action in the past 10 years either. (Still not a SEAL though)
