For those of you who didn’t know, Scotty was having some new hardware installed in the hospital last week, but he’s out now and going strong. He sent us his work on Christopher Wayne Wadsworth, an attorney in Miami, Florida, the home of phony SEALs, apparently. Here’s the way his bio reads on his firm’s website;

It’s all false right down to the number of years that he claims that he served.

In his request for reinstatement into the Florida bar, in his brief term of service, he was able to rack up some impressive violations of the UCMJ, including making false statements, forgery and AWOL. Notice on the DD214 that he was discharged as an E-1, and his date of rank was about halfway through his term, so he was promoted and then reduced in rank and couldn’t fight his way back up to E-2.

Anyway, according to SEAL experts and his records, he never attended a BUD/S class and was never even near the bell so he could ring it. Looking at some of the other stuff on Scotty’s page, he hasn’t really changed that much from his Navy days – I don’t think any self-respecting criminal would hire him.

streetsweeper: according to NARA, court martial transcripts are to be released pursuant to a FOIA request if they are present in a person’s OMPF. See
http://www.archives.gov/st-louis/military-personnel/foia-info.html
However, that seems to be fairly rare – I’ve never gotten one back with a FOIA reply.
I guess it’s also possible that court-martial transcripts are not routinely sent with the reply unless specifically requested. Maybe I’ll modify my FOIA request letter to add “transcripts of any/all court-martial trials” as an item specifically requested.
My son is a lawyer in TN. When he was sworn in to the bar, some one (his wife, also a lawyer) had to attest of his good moral character. Who attested to the character of Christopher Wayne Wadsworth?
Commander Monkress of All-Points Logistics; Merritt Island, Florida.
Is Don Shipley gonna do a tune on this bedwetter? I certainly hope so. Should make for a great video.
Regardless of the misinformation published on this website, and all the haters who are so ready to be up in arms to destroy the reputation of a man like Chris Wadsworth, I have this to say: CWW was a NavySEAL for six years before he was discharged. Additionally, he is enjoying a thriving career as an attorney with Fortune 500 companies as his clients. Since the beginning of 2014, he has been in trial three times and won each and everyone of the lawsuits. Furthermore, he has done far more than you good for absolutely nothing envious minions could do in 20 lifetimes. To the owner of this log, why don’t you do something positive with your life than a feeble attempt to destroy the reputation of men who not only have served their country, but serve society at large. You are all pathetic.
Step 1: Revive a dead post by sending in some gullible Chickie.
This dude has about as much staying power as a male anal queef.
Sorry.
Seriously, you silly cow, the guy couldn’t make it past Seaman Apprentice and got busted back to Seaman Recruit, and you’re swallowing his BS like a trooper.
Gee, I sure do hope you haven’t been giving him money to fund his (not a) law firm. See, having a BA in Criminal Justice does NOT make you an attorney. You have to have a JD for that. And he doesn’t.
So blow it out your barracks bag, toots. You lose!!!!
Boy, he sure saw you coming. Sucker!!!
Geez, lady. He really has you on the hook. Do you hold his balls when you blow him?
I sure do hope he’s a helluva good lay, Kedzie, because if he isn’t, or he’s just so-so — you know, all about HIM and HIS needs — then you have wasted a bodacious amount of time and energy on someone who is mostly an airbag.
You could do better for yourself than this clown.
Oh Im sorry Kedzie,
Our appointments this week for Fake Navy Lawyers have all been booked, can you lets see come back say, Never, yep how does never work for you?
Read the DD214, they dont Lie.
Hey, Kedzie,
How’d he cram six alleged years of service as a SEAL into less than two years, as clearly shown on his DD-214? And he managed that stupendous feat while (or in spite of) going all the way up to E-2 before getting busted to Seaman Recruit?
As Ricky used to say to Lucy, “S’plain dat!” Bet you can’t.
OK … If I am a minion, then you are this minion’s …
I challenge your assertion. I have done more in a weekend during the 1980’s underway than this punk could do in 20 years.
Discharged as an E-1 as a Navy Seal.
First a Navy seal is a mechanical system that is installed around the main propeller shaft of a shift to prevent seawater from flooding a shaft alley. A Navy SEAL is a guy that will go to ends of the earth to protect your punk friend while he puts you up to a sock puppet exercise as demostrated above!
Any question? What did you say your name was … Bambi?
Minions? Oh, are those cinnaminions? Do they come with extra frosting?
Minions? Yes, I must say that I don’t mind being a minion, as long as I get the regular day rate for it, and not the minimum minion rate.
Sorry Chris: this attempt to get a #1 seed in the tournament is doomed. Bernasty and Chevy have it locked up with Round Ranger close behind.
Kedzie,
Apparently you ability to read his REAL DD214 has been hampered by something in your eyes,,,, a sample of his DNA perhaps.
Perhaps you should clean that up, especially before yu go out in public with your face looking like a glazed donut.
Does the Florida BAR have a clause for moral character? If so this shit-stain needs to answer for his ass-hattery.
Looks like he likes to buddy fuck his Lawyer buddies too.http://www.law360.com/articles/499119/miami-atty-says-law-firm-stiffed-him-on-airline-suit-fees
Wow, looky here Kedzie,,, looks like your shitbag has already had his pecker slapped by the BAR for being a turd-sucker already.

It reads:Christopher Wayne Wadsworth, P.O. Box 1634, West Palm Beach, suspended from practicing law in Florida for six months, effective 30 days following a July 8 court order. Wadsworth committed several unlawful acts while serving in the U.S. Navy. He made a false official statement, prepared and presented false documents, forged signatures to Navy documents and engaged in an unauthorized leave of absence from his unit. He was the subject of a special court-martial proceeding which resulted in the reduction of rank, confinement for 75 days, forfeiture of monthly pay for three months and a bad conduct discharge from the U.S. Navy. Florida Bar rules prohibit attorneys from committing criminal acts and engaging in dishonest, fraudulent and deceitful conduct.
Uh-oh. A large hole just appeared in chwissie’s story.
“..dishonest, fraudulent, and deceitful conduct.” What’d he do? Sweet talk some empty headed twat into blowing him? Sorry, Kedzie…..Kinda hits close to home does it?
Am I understanding everything about this guy correctly? He does not hold a JD but yet is practicing law here in Florida? How is that possible?
I think he’s trying to pretend to be a storefront lawer, but lawering like that is bound to not work so well. And he’s been suspended, because of his bad behavior, too.
The suspension is from some time ago I believe ( 1999?)
I’m thinking the BAR may be unaware of his bullshit Resume on linked.
Perhaps they need to grab him by the nuts again, if they can get Kedzie off of them first.
Priceless!
