  • Paul Wickre: The internet is changing

    Brought from this discussion.

    Apparently, Mr. Wickre has a lot of time on his hands since he’s out of a job and he’s made it his life’s work to earn for Phillip Monkress his phony SEAL Trident. In fact, Wickre is “all in” in this endeavor. He’s been doing his homework and reading the incessant blather from Dallas Wittgenfeld, another internet bully who thought he could beat us and ended up losing everything that he cherished as well as his sanity. I think Paul is near that point, too;

    All,

    The Internet is changing from the the past five years when you tried to build your Alexa rank from nothing to under 250,000. You may have had a bump up but you still only get a few thousand subscribers, that buy into your hate and vitriol, as to your issues.

    What I have found as you saw with HoneyComb in MN, is that the ISPs, carriers or hosting community, really do not like controversy. This controversy is generally known as hate speech, pornographic/mature, libel/ defamation, threats, incite to violence, conspiracy, spamming, altering page rank data, manipulation of third party content, abuse, threats, intimidation and so on.

    What governs the industry, now is pretty much universal terms of use or terms of service. Your content is offensive as to any sensibility. Thus wherever you land or try and spew your diatribes against the Military Vets, or me a contractor, or the people whom you have singled out, my lawyers and myself have developed a template, well recognized as to your speech. Your speech, from your content is violent, sexual, threatening and just over the top.

    Therefore we will continue to file complaints, as to your filthy content and let the ISP or hosting company be the judge as to whether or not your promoted content deserves to be in public.

    We have reached out to multiple companies and your back up cloud hosting in particular. Maybe you win, maybe I win, but in every case I get you kicked off, it goes into a ‘Blacklist Industry” file.

    I am pretty sure, that I will win the argument, and over time, regardless of any opposition you make say as to my family,, or the VA Community, the DOD, DHS, the fact that you are kicked off for your mean speech and tactics, will pretty much win the day. Anyway, I am a sporting man, and the bet is, that your vitriol over Stolen Valor, is judged the smaller Sin, vs. your language, speech and tactics.

    OK Pardners?

    Lets let the court of public opinion decide if your issue on Stolen Valor, trumps the numerous abominations as to Speech, Speech, Speech. Lets give it a year, and see who wins.

    Remember this is about legal means and Court venue. Lets play there and see who trumps. I think if you were realistic, you would stop about the “threats” as your 3000 entries have been catalogued into really heinous things, like murder, rape, maiming, torture, S&M, accusations into every deviancy, you espoused. That “black” speech really has nothing to do with the issues at all, as to how you perceive an email, a phone call or a VPN address, as crying “foul” or a threat from me. You are just wrong here. I have 600 entries of the worst visual imagery ever known to the common discourse, from you. That is the issue.

    Ok Lets see how you do, vs. what I think is right.

    Best Regards,

    Paul Wickre
    VP DHS Business Development

    FirstTech, Inc.

    Yeah, the email contained some of Wittgenfeld’s famous collages of me & TSO. What Mr. WIckre is admitting is that TAH is too strong-willed for him to defeat, so he’s going to bully someone else. He has no legal case, Monkress’ lawyer admits as much, so he resorts to childish bullying. He impersonates government officials regularly in his bullying. Someone tried to hack in into my Google Ads account yesterday, I guess to hijack that big $100/month those ads generate, but Google stopped him. And, oh, Wickre’s sister works for Google, by the way.

    As TSO told us the other day, Wickre’s wife is his biggest enabler. Do you want to see the invitation to his “getting out of jail” party she sent to everyone?

    I know Wickre is just a distraction from the big issue here, though; Phillip Dale Monkress is still a phony SEAL. Now that Monkress has been exposed as a phony, he is trying to scrub the internet from his false claims. He’s scrubbed the All-Points Logistics website and that leaves TAH and somehow that justifies harassing my wife and daughter and their friends. People who have nothing to do with this. I’m not ruining Monkress’ life, Monkress did that himself with his lies. And the original discussion about Monkress had been closed for six months before Wickre and Monkress renewed interest in it.

    Well, anyway, I’m taking my only Maryland-legal rifle to the range today so, you guys have fun today.

  • Paul Wickre; your one stop shopping for information – The Continuing Saga

    This is a repeat of a previous article. It’s repeated here because the number of comments on the original have approached 2000, and the first version was becoming unwieldy – so it’s been closed to new comments. The 2000+ comments on the first version can be found here. What follows is word-for-word identical with the original.

    ———–

    A few weeks ago, I got a call from AT&T in regards to my attempt to change my calling plan. The problem with that was I hadn’t tried to alter my plan. So apparently, someone had tried to impersonate me with my carrier and got busted. They hung up when they couldn’t supply the AT&T woman with my code word. A few days later, my wife happened to be visiting a friend’s house in the Metro DC area when the friend got a phone call from a blocked number. The person on the other end of the call told my wife’s friend that he was with the sheriff’s department and about to serve a warrant on me and he wanted to know if I had guns in my house. Of course, this worried my wife.

    A few minutes later, the same person called me and told me the same story, and said that if I had any guns in my house, I’d have to remove them from the premises for the safety of him and his officers. When I asked for the caller’s name, he hung up. A few minutes later, he called my daughter and told the same story, and thinking he had called my wife, told her that she’d have to have her permits for the guns ready to show the officers. But, what the caller didn’t know is that in West Virginia, there are no permits for possessing guns of any sort, except those restricted by the Federal government.

    That same night, some troll began leaving comments on the Phillip Dale Monkress discussion from the IP address, 71.178.164.92, which goes back to one Paul Wickre. Wickre then proceeded to publish my social security number as well as TSO’s in the comments of that discussion. I know that was an attempt at intimidating us. But we both have Lifelock, so we really weren’t at risk much.

    In fact, Wickre thought he could publish a bunch of stuff about me, including my financial situation, which would scare us off. Yeah, that didn’t work, because nearly everything he wrote was wrong, you know, because he’s such a super sleuth.

    In the interim, I got a call from a young man who had dealings with Wickre in the recent past, during which Wickre called his home, threatened his wife, even stood out in the street in front of his house yelling and screaming like a lunatic* [see update]. Eventually, he had to get a restraining order against Wickre because of the harassment. He went on to tell me that Wickre sits in his office drunk and makes calls all night yelling and threatening at people like a big baby.  * TSO Adds: Psul disputes this version of events.  Nonetheless, Jonn’s statement is what he was told, not what happened.  Since Jonn was not there, and is not a Master of the Tarot Card Arts, he has no way of knowing what happened.  He is recounting what he was told.

    The other day, as TSO recounted, master detective, Paul Wickre, thought he had discovered TSO’s phone number and called our buddy Laughing Wolf who happened to be in Normandy, France at the time. We’re working on getting the recording of that phone call from Laughing Wolf who is still in France. Here’s the .wav file – you’ll need earphones to hear him say “TSO! I got ya. I got ya, baby” – ya know, even though he really didn’t.

    So here is Paul Wickre’s arrest record  [Updated, See next three Paragraphs.]

    TSO Adds: Over the course of two days Psul has sent me a virtual uncountable number of absurd emails disputing the characterization of this as an arrest record, while I was busy trying to take in the sights of half naked women in South Dakota, the sweetest smelling of the midwestern states.  Therefore, it is no longer to be called an “arrest record” but rather “a delightful invitation by the State of Maryland to engage in some judicial jousting, some of which might have been criminal, but by no means is limited to only criminal.”

    As near as I can divine, his basic problem is that we reference only the criminal, and Psul is a full spectrum legal advocate employer thanks to Maryland.  This is no judicial David Ortiz, swinging for the Monster Seats.  No, Psul is a five tool player, covering the spectrum of legal issues. Hell, any drunken cub scout could amass his criminal record for resisting arrest and such things.  (Oh, not convicted on all accounts he also wants you to know, so you should visit the Maryland site to get the full Psul Legal Experience.) On a holiday weekend I daresay an enterprising youth could even match the legacy of Psul by getting a fugitive from justice warrant sworn out by the Commonwealth of Virginia as well.  What makes Psul so special though is his ability to do it all.  Sort of like an Alex Rodriguez of judicial proceedings, although admittedly he is less popular with his colleagues than Mr Rodriguez.  (I am not asserting that Psul is “juicing” or using any [legal] performance enhancing drugs, just in case that is his next legal threat.)

    So, as you peruse this next graphic, be sure to note not just the criminal proceedings, but also the civil, domestic, bankruptcy and other highlights.  Psul does not have 35 arrests for criminal matters, but rather has 35 a delightful invitations by the State of Maryland to engage in some judicial jousting, some of which might have been criminal, but by no means is limited to only criminal.

    UPDATE X2: Just to push on to the heart of the matter, I decided to do away with the graphic we had, which should help with Psul’s serious problem with our potentially violating a Copyright not held by him. So, instead, I used the helpful download that Maryland has on his delightful invitations by the State of Maryland to engage in some judicial jousting, some of which might have been criminal, but by no means is limited to only criminal page, and you can view that here. Also, I will add links later to each and every document so you can read in full.

    That’s quite a few cases of restraining orders and domestic disturbances, isn’t it? But they all take place in Montgomery County, MD. I doubt he’d ever venture outside of that Blue County where he might get injured. That arrest record is indicative of a drunken bully who is accustomed to dealing with people who are easily frightened. That won’t work here or with us.The odd part of the whole thing are issues that aren’t in dispute – Phil Monkress lied about being a SEAL, and he admits that he was never a SEAL. No amount of calls from Wickre will alter that fact. Even Monkress’ lawyer admits that she can’t do anything to make us take the post down. So Wickre thinks he can bully us into taking the post down – something that wouldn’t work anyway, because the internet always remembers everything we post. If I took the post down tomorrow, which would never happen anyway, it would still exist on the search engines.

    So, anytime Paul Wickre wants to discuss this problem he has, he’s welcome at my house. He knows where it is, because I posted TAH HQs on Google Earth – I’m not hiding from anyone. But, I’m relatively secure in the knowledge that Wickre, like most bullies, is too much of a chicken shit to set foot outside of Montgomery County, MD and face anyone with whom he has a problem.

    So, Friday, I emailed his wife and explained the situation to her, and that’s why last night he took on this arrogant air about all of the legal stuff. I sent one email and asked her to perform her wifely duties to distract him from the phone and internet. And apparently he didn’t like that, even though he called my wife, her friends and my daughter to threaten us.

    So, here I sit waiting for Wickre to summon the testicular fortitude to cross the Montgomery County line. Oh, yeah, I’ve moved all of my guns out of the house, Paul, as per your request. Ha-ha.

  • Snowden flees Hong Kong

    So while the US is demanding that Hong Kong turn over Ed Snowden, the NSA contractor-turned-snitch, he left China says the Washington Post and he’s bound for a third country;

    Snowden is heading to Moscow, according to a report from the South China Morning Post. The newspaper reported that he boarded commercial flight Aeroflot SU213 from Chep Lap Kok airport at 11:04 a.m. He is scheduled to arrive at Moscow’s Shermetyevo International Airport at 5:15 p.m. (9:15 a.m. EDT)

    Snowden’s final destination is unclear. Russian news agency Interfax reported that Snowden was booked on a flight to Cuba with the ultimate destination of Venezuela. Ecuador and Iceland have also been mentioned as possibilities.

    Snowden is apparently being aided in his travel by WikiLeaks, the anti-secrecy organization that published hundreds of thousands of classified documents.

    Funny, but I remember that in his initial interview, Snowden said he was ready to pay the price for his treachery, but, now suddenly not so much – but then, apparently, he’s never finished anything he started in his entire life without taking the easy way out.

    Fox News is reporting in their broadcast that they think his final destination is Havana, Cuba. Good, it won’t be a long trip to Guantanamo, then.

  • Snowden indicted

    The Feds have asked Hong Kong to detain and extradite Ed Snowden, the Booze-Allen/NSA leaker. Hong Kong does indeed have an extradition treaty with the US and is usually pretty quick to comply with requests. From Fox News;

    The three-count complaint includes “theft of government property,” “unauthorized communication of national defense information” and “willful communication of classified communications of intelligence information to an unauthorized person.” The latter two are charges under the Espionage Act.

    Sen. Bill Nelson, a Florida Democrat and a senior member of the Senate Armed Services Committee who has been outspoken on the Snowden case, said Friday night, “I’ve always thought this was a treasonous act. Apparently so does the U.S. Department of Justice. I hope Hong Kong’s government will take him into custody and extradite him to the U.S.”

    According to the Washington Post, Icelandic businessman, Olafur Vignir Sigurvinsson, says that he has a plane standing by to take Snowden to Iceland. Iceland also has an extradition treaty with the US dating to the days of Teddy Roosevelt, so it’s unclear that they would abide by it today.

  • Hagel makes Bite Me look smart

    Chief Tango sends a link from the Blaze in which Secretary od Defense, Chuck Hagel does his best Joe Bite Me imitation and asks an ethnically East Indian college professor, Robin Gandhi, if he’s a member of the Taliban – ya know because of his complexion and their geographic proximity;

    Buzzfeed reported the Pentagon stating:

    Absolutely no slight toward any individual in the audience was intended. That’s the last thing the Secretary would do under any circumstance, in this or any other setting. He didn’t know who would be called next to pose a question.

    Yeah, given Hagel’s performance at his confirmation hearing, who is really surprised? And now another defense network will block TAH from the troops for being political/activist.

  • Surprise! Lil’ Wayne is an ungrateful moron

    Bob and Tman sent us this link to rapper Lil’ Wayne’s latest video. Of course, I’d be angry if it wasn’t the same type of disrespectful horseshit that I’ve come to expect from this crowd. You can watch the video at this link, but I’m not embedding these antics. This is from TMZ;

    During the shoot, Wayne begins rapping in front of a giant American flag … which is released to the ground. After it’s on the floor, Wayne continues to rap … while stepping all over the stars and stripes.

    The lyrics to Wayne’s song are just as controversial … “My country ’tis of thee / Sweet land of kill ’em all and let ’em die / God bless Amerika / This ole’ godless Amerika.”

    Lil’ Wayne’s career is crashing, I guess because anyone who can speak that language can rap and there are so many untalented hacks these days, it’s hard to stand out without pissing everyone off. Of course, he’ll apologize and then someone will come along and lecture us on culture and how we don’t understand how someone can be ungrateful in a country where he can do that shit and still get paid millions of dollars. Yadda, yadda, yadda. And, oh, yeah, I’m a racist for pointing this little theater out as a publicity stunt by a no-talent jackass.

  • Air Force says Bryant is lying

    We talked about and to Brandon Bryant last week when he said he killed 1,626 people in his role as a drone sensor operator, and we questioned it at the time. The Air Force said yesterday, yeah, no that’s not true.

    In a recent interview, Brandon Bryant told NBC that when he left the active-duty Air Force as a senior airman in April 2011, he was presented with a certificate in which he was credited for 1,626 kills.

    But that number represents the total number of enemies killed by his squadron for the 3rd Special Operations Squadron at Cannon Air Force Base, N.M., over several years, Air Force officials said.

    The Air Force could not provide a number for how many people were killed in missions in which Bryant participated.

    “Only a very small percentage of that [enemy killed in action] total can be attributed to any one crew member when assessing actual kinetic activity,” Air Force Special Operations Command spokeswoman Capt. Belena Marquez said in an email.

    Of course, Bryant says it doesn’t matter how many he killed, or that he lied that killed 1600 folks. Of course it doesn’t Bryant.

    Even if the Air Force is right, it doesn’t make Bryant feel any less guilty for taking part in lethal strikes.

    “I didn’t join the military to kill people,” he said. “I ended up in a position where I ended up doing so — not me personally, but me directly participating in events where that would happen.”

    Yeah, so why did you join the military, rock star?

  • Leaker Snowden’s story gets leakier

    We all knew there was something fishy about Ed Snowden, the Booz-Allen employee contracted to the NSA who turned over secret documents to Glen Greenwald and the Guardian this last weekend. We could tell his story stank when we heard it as far as his military career went. Now it seems that more journalists are looking into him and the fantasy that he wrapped himself in. To begin with, he told the Guardian that he was hired with a $200k/year salary. It seems that he made about $80k less, not that he worked long enough to collect much of it – he’d only worked there for 3 months before he took off for Hong Kong, leaving his acrobat/poledancer girlfriend to fend for herself in Hawaii.

    Some of his friends are saying that he’d been planning to leak this stuff months before he even took the job. Like he had an agenda. Not remarkable for someone who supported Ron Paul in each of the last two Presidential elections.

    Snowden, in his interview, said that he had the ability to wiretap anyone he wanted, including the president. That turns out to not be true;

    That claim is “absolutely outrageous,” former NSA and CIA director Michael Hayden tells The Daily Beast. Snowden “was not a collector,” and no low-ranking contractor like him would have the authority to access anyone’s phone calls or read anybody’s emails.

    Robert Deitz, a former top lawyer at the NSA and CIA, agrees that Snowden’s boast is a “complete and utter” falsehood. “First of all it’s illegal,” he tells the Los Angeles Times. “There is enormous oversight. They have keystroke auditing. There are, from time to time, cases in which some analyst is [angry] at his ex-wife and looks at the wrong thing and he is caught and fired.”

    Also in the interview, Snowden claimed that he was willing to pay the price for his treachery, but since he’s gone underground and into hiding somewhere in Hong Kong, I guess he’s less willing than the figure he wanted to cut in the pages of the press.

    Some folks are questioning his résumé;

    Several former CIA officials tell The Washington Post that it seems unlikely that the agency would hire somebody without a high school diploma, especially for a technical job, “and that the terms Snowden used to describe his agency positions did not match internal job descriptions,” The Post says.

    According to The Editor, the Washington Post has been quietly editing their story that was first presented as details have emerged when people do the research on the messenger that the Post should have done in the first place;

    Gellman declined to publish so quickly, and sought comment from the government. In response, Gellman writes, Snowden approached the Guardian to publish that PowerPoint. Upon learning this, Gellman and the Washington Post accelerated their publication process to try to avoid being scooped. Both papers, in their rush, wound up printing misleading stories about PRISM.

    As I’ve written countless times in these pages, people who embellish their military careers are usually guilty of something else, too. It’s just a symptom of the overarching mental disorder. They’re sociopaths and detecting their military lies will reveal deeper problems.
