  • John Thomas Booker; American jihadist

    John_Thomas_Muhammad-Abdullah-Hassan_BookerFacebook

    Fox News is reporting that John Thomas Booker, a 19-year-old in St Louis, Missouri, was the jihadist that the military and the FBI were looking for the other day. They still call him the “GI jihadist” even though he didn’t even make it out of the recruiting station, let alone do even a right-face in formation or any other military training.

    “Getting ready to be killed in jihad is a HUGE adrenaline rush! I am so nervous,” read a March 19 post on the Facebook page authorities believe belonged to the subject of the alert. “NOT because I’m scared to die but I am EAGER to meet my lord.”

    John Thomas Booker, 19, of Topeka, Kan. enlisted in the Army in February and
    was due to report for basic training on April 7. But the FBI interviewed him in March and alerted the Army, which formally discharged him last week. He is now in an undisclosed mental health facility, sources told FoxNews.com.

    This comes on the heels of the arrest a few days ago of Nicholas Teausant who was another jihadist who had enlisted, but never made it to basic training, either.

    Booker, who attended Topeka West High School, where he was a member of the Junior ROTC program before graduating in 2012, at some point began calling himself Muhammad Abdullah Hassan. According to his now-defunct Facebook profile, Hassan “Studied Protection, Security and Investigation at Flint Hills Job Corps” and lives in Topeka.

    On March 9, a month after he enlisted at the Kansas City recruiting station, Booker posted a series of photos of Usama bin Laden holding various weapons. “Allahu Akbar J Sheikh Osama bin Laden and his army..” reads a post by the photo.

    On March 15, a post on the Facebook page expressed Booker’s desire to die for his beliefs.

    I think we ought to help him with his goal – send him to Fort Leonard Wood and employ him as a pop-up, running, screaming target on the rifle range.

    Since these guys are so vocal on social media about their intentions, maybe recruiters should start trolling prospective recruits’ accounts.

  • Security Officer of the Year 2013

    sleeping guard.jpg

    Security Officer of the Year for 2013, Abdul Basher, on the front lines of the war against terror in New York City’s One World Trade Center at about 2:45 AM last Saturday as captured on a Port Authority worker’s camera. One World Trade Center – the same place a high schooler sneaked past a sleeping guard to reach the roof a few days ago.

    “The security division is so poorly managed .?.?. Every security guard that works for them is mentally stressed,” he said.

    The Bangladeshi immigrant with some missing teeth also claimed he hadn’t been dozing.

    “To my knowledge, actually I was not sleeping. I was mistaken to be sleeping. I was exercising my eyes,” he insisted.

    Yeah, his eyes look a little fat. Lucky for him it’s 2014 now and he doesn’t have to be worried about this year’s award. the whole story at the New York Post.

  • Is this a thing?

    Yep, it looks like the E-4 Mafia is back to trying to dictate foreign policy to us again. This is the only one to make it to my attention, but I’m sure some half-wits will try to make it something;

    Stupid shit

    Just stop it, for Pete’s sake. the Obama Administration has already taken military action against Russia off the table, so any conflagration in that region would be completely Putin’s choice, and not some E-4 who needs a haircut (they ALL need haircuts, even when they’re leaving the barber shop). The NSA should use their considerable assets tracking down these nimnils.

    I know the E-4 mafia’s egos have swelled in the wake of Manning and Snowden, but stop being dumbasses on the internet.

  • San Joaquin Delta College cops get threats

    Army WTF

    The ABC News station in Stockton, CA reports that the campus cops at San Joaquin Delta College are being deluged with threats. Sorry, but I don’t believe it. They were just doing their job as they saw it in regards to their arrest of Kris Vieira, you know, just like we’ve done our jobs as we saw it around the world. In this day and age, apparently, death threats are in the ear of the listener. Or reader. When I post a “Wanted” poster, the fellow being highlighted gets to tell a judge and the police that I said “Dead or Alive” even though I never said or implied that at all. We’ve become a nation of pussies who flinch at every load noise. Or shaking bushes.

    In this video, the police say that the District Attorney can’t find anything to prosecute Joseph Matthew Scott, probably because the pages of his copy of the United States Code are stuck together at 10 U.S.C. § 771.

    The police say that they asked Joseph Matthew Scott to stay away from campus for his own protection – you know instead of ordering him to stay away from the campus because he’s not a student there. I’ve had messages telling me that Joseph Matthew Scott is mentally challenged and that I should leave him alone. Well, he wasn’t mentally-challenged enough to start his bullshit years ago. He came to our attention weeks before this incident, so it was only a matter of time.

    All of these criminals are mentally-challenged, for Pete’s sake. That’s why they think they can get away with it. That’s why Joseph Matthew Scott went back a second day wearing the same uniform thinking he could get away with it again. If you’re wondering why I’m using Joseph Matthew Scott’s full name, it’s to make up for the media avoiding a mention of Joseph Matthew Scott’s full name.

    ADDED: This was dropped off in the comments by Geetwillickers;

    Was he honoring his antecedents’ service when he told people that he had three Purple Hearts, too? So his excuse is that he was dropped on his head and now suffers from PTS. I’m not buying that either. He’s been doing this for years, according to people in the area. Where was his grandfather?

  • Dead Fred

    Fred Phelps

    I heard this earlier today, but I have no interest in generating another lawsuit. But since you guys are blowing up my inbox with links, I figured, I’d better write something about the death of Fred Phelps. I think it’s remarkable that Fred Phelps was able to influence both sides of the war issue to unite against him and little band of inbred cultists. He capitalized on the emotions over the two hot button issues of the period and built himself a little career being the most hated man in America. So that’s his place in history – being a uniter.

  • Nicholas Teausant; that San Joaquin Delta College terrorist

    Nicholas Teausant

    On Monday we wrote about Nicholas Teausant, the fellow who thought he’d make a good terrorist as a student at notorious San Joaquin Delta College and a failed National Guardsman. More information is coming out about him now and it seems our initial analysis was correct. We speculated that he had never been to basic training, and the Lodi News report bears that out;

    According to a criminal complaint filed by federal authorities, Teausant was a member of the National Guard who is being discharged for failing to meet basic academic requirements.

    Teausant enlisted in the California National Guard in April 2012, Capt. Will Martin said. Martin added that Teausant enlisted with the understanding he would complete basic educational credits required to attend basic training.

    Martin said Teausant never completed those requirements.

    “Basically he didn’t fulfill his end of the bargain,” Martin said. “So we were in the process of discharging him when he was arrested.”

    In another Lodi News report, he had high expectations for his future with the al Qaeda in Syria and Iraq;

    Teausant said that his desire was to be a “commander … in front of every single newspaper in the country,” and on the FBI’s top 12 most wanted, “because that means I’m doing something right,” the complaint said.

    On March 7, during a meeting at a park in Stockton, the informant’s “mentor” — who was actually an undercover law enforcement officer — granted Teausant permission to join the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant, and instructed Teausant to purchase flight tickets, according to the complaint.

    The following day, Teausant told the informant he needed to sell his laptop in order to use the money for a ticket. The informant arranged for Teausant to sell it to a “friend,” who was an FBI special agent.

    Who knew the FBI needed cheap used computers? The kid was unbalanced and had an over-inflated opinion of himself. He figured that he could teach the al Qaeda folks how to shoot better based on his wearing a uniform a few days every month. I’ve been entertaining myself with the criminal complaint against him all morning. Here it is (in .pdf) for your reading pleasure.

    Thanks to Carolyn for the mountain of links she sent us this morning.

  • Clarity about San Joaquin Delta College in the news

    Nicholas Teausant

    Apparently there’s been some confusion since San Joaquin Delta College has been in the news twice this week, once for their police officers arresting a veteran, Kristopher Vieira, for confronting phony Joseph Michael Scott, and again for their student Nicholas Teausant who was arrested for being a terrorist supporter at the Canadian border. It seems that Teausant was interviewed for the Joseph Scott thing by the local news and here is the video;

    Scott and Teausant are similar in that neither have been trained by the National Guard. As near as I can figure from his records, Scott signed up for the Guard, but for some reason never went to basic training, neither did Teausant. Even though Teausant, the terrorist, is in AKO, they list his unit as the local recruiting station. Scott would have records at the NPRC if he had gone to basic training.

    I hope that clarifies stuff. Yeah Teausant was a dipshit for claiming to somehow be better than Scott when they are basically the same type of shitbag. It’s pretty amazing that he was involved in the first incident and then arrested days later for absconding to Canada to join al Qaeda. It must be a tiny community at San Joachin.

    By the way, ghp is working on a Joe Scott poster for the folks to plaster across the campus and make Scott famous and, perhaps, put an end to his buffoonery.

  • Nicholas Teausant; arrested at the border

    Nicholas Teausant

    CB sends us a link from the Seattle Times which reports the arrest of Nicholas Teausant who was attempting to cross the US/Canada border in order join the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria, a band of al Qaeda folks fighting against the governments of Syria and Iraq.

    According to the complaint, Teausant is a student at San Joaquin Delta Community College in Stockton, Calif. He is also a reservist with the Army National Guard, the complaint states.

    The complaint alleges that since October Teausant has “explored ways of supporting violent extremist activities and providing material support to various terrorist organizations.” It also alleges he posted information online indicating a desire to join al-Qaida.

    The complaint also says Teausant made his intentions known to an undercover informant working for the FBI during a series of meetings. The informant told the FBI of Teausant’s plans to travel by train and bus from California to Canada, the complaint states.

    My sources tell me that he is indeed a PV1 in the California National Guard, his Facebook page says that he’s in the 118th Maint, CO in Stockton, California, but AKO lists his unit as “RSP Fresno” which looks like a recruiting station of sorts, so I’m guessing that his military career ended ignobly a short time ago.

    NBC Los Angeles also reports that he planned a terrorist attack in LA;

    He allegedly said in a phone call that while on a post-Thanksgiving camping trip, his group discussed “hitting” Los Angeles subways with a targeted attack on New Year’s Eve or New Year’s Day, according to the complaint.

    Teausant made inquiries about buying fireworks “with the biggest boom” and subsequently texted a friend advising, “Don’t go to LA Anytime soo Akhi Please trust me on this… and if you do don’t use the subway.”

    A 5-month investigation revealed he “has explored ways of supporting violent extremist activities and providing material support to various terrorist organizations, culminating in his attempt to join” Al Qaeda, the complaint stated.

    I’m thinking he wouldn’t be that successful.

    But, I guess I should point out to the media that a private in a maintenance company hasn’t been trained by the military to perpetrate anything resembling an attack on a large number of people. It looks to me like he didn’t even attend basic training, or at least he didn’t finish it. Unless ISIS need someone to teach them the “Law of Land Warfare”, Drill & Ceremony or how to make “hospital corners”, Nick here, wouldn’t have been much of an asset to them from any military training he might have had.

    The most cost-effective thing that the government could do for him is to let him go to Syria and get himself killed in that morass.
