  • White Women Are The Problem

On Saturday, The New York Times ran one of the worst op-eds in the history of their often-execrable op-ed page: a piece by gender writer and professional useless person Alexis Grenell. That piece, titled “White Women, Come Get Your People,” is legitimately one of the most insulting and discriminatory pieces published in modern memory.

I always knew white women had issues.

After a confirmation process where women all but slit their wrists, letting their stories of sexual trauma run like rivers of blood through the Capitol, the Senate still voted to confirm Judge Brett M. Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court. With the exception of Senator Lisa Murkowski of Alaska, all the women in the Republican conference caved, including Senator Susan Collins of Maine, who held out until the bitter end.

These women are gender traitors, to borrow a term from the dystopian TV series “The Handmaid’s Tale.” They’ve made standing by the patriarchy a full-time job. The women who support them show up at the Capitol wearing “Women for Kavanaugh” T-shirts, but also probably tell their daughters to put on less revealing clothes when they go out

These are the kind of women who think that being falsely accused of rape is almost as bad as being raped. The kind of women who agree with President Trump that “it’s a very scary time for young men in America,” which he said during a news conference on Tuesday.

Slandering all white women as racist for voting the way you don’t like might not be the best politics, either. But according to Grenell, white women have traded their genitals for their skin color:

That’s because white women benefit from patriarchy by trading on their whiteness to monopolize resources for mutual gain. In return they’re placed on a pedestal to be “cherished and revered,” as Speaker Paul D. Ryan has said about women, but all the while denied basic rights…[I]t seems that white women are expected to support the patriarchy by marrying within their racial group, reproducing whiteness and even minimizing violence against their own bodies.

This is conspiratorial insipidity of the highest order. Can Grenell name a single person who makes this case outside of the openly racist alt-right? Can she name a single white woman she slanders who believes this? Of course not. It’s merely wild, insane name-calling: you back Brett Kavanaugh, so you must want to become Ofbrett or Ofdonald. In making this claim, Grenell even goes so far as to accuse Kellyanne Conway of “weaponiz[ing] her own alleged sexual assault” – as opposed to the entire Left weaponizing an unsupported gang rape allegation against Kavanaugh for its own political purposes.

  • Dox Boy An “Unpaid Intern”? Think Again.

That “fine individual” who doxxed several GOP Senators recently is in the news again. Yeah, I’m talking about Lil’ Pencil Neck himself – Jackson Cosko.

Original reporting indicated that Cosko was an “unpaid intern” working for Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee (D-TX). Indeed, it seems Rep. Lee herself has referred to Cosko as an unpaid intern working in her office.

Well, Rep. Lee can say whatever she wants. But it appears that the truth is somewhat different.

Per this article from The Daily Wire, Cosko was far from being an unpaid intern. Instead, prior to being “fired” by Rep. Lee he was what is termed a “fellow” – e.g., he was being paid by an “outside institution” to work in her office.

Further, the same Daily Wire article indicates that Cosko’s responsibilities while working for Lee were far different that that of a typical copier operator/coffee and snack gofer intern. Specifically, per correspondence from Lee’s office Cosko “was routinely trusted to advise Lee and communicate with other members of Congress, specifically those co-sponsoring Lee’s bills.”

But that’s no big deal. All Members of Congress routinely let unpaid interns do that on their behalf, right? (I hope the sarcasm here is obvious.)

The obvious question: what is the name of that “outside institution” which was paying Cosko – and who was providing the money to pay him?

For some reason, an old advertising jingle with modified lyrics just came to mind; it seems somewhat apropos.

This baloney has a first name
    Starts G-E-O-R-G
I’m sure it has a second name
    What could that name be?

I could hazard a guess, but I’ll pass for now. But my guess is probably the same as many of yours – and it wouldn’t surprise me one bit if that turns out to be the case.

Stay tuned. This could get really interesting.

  • It’s time to end the war in Afghanistan

It’s time to end the war in Afghanistan

To mark the 17th anniversary of the war in AfghanistanRep. Ruben Gallego wants to finally end the conflict.

Gallego, D-Ariz. and a Marine Corps veteran who served in combat in Iraq, has been a vocal critic of the “perpetual war” in the recent years. In a statement this weekend, he said military and political leaders need to find a way to put a stop to America’s longest military fight.

“It’s clear that continuing on the current course is not in our national interest,” he said. “American troops should come home.

“Our objectives following (the Sept. 11, 2001 attacks) were to destroy al-Qaida, kill Osama bin Laden, and prevent a recurrence of an ungoverned space in Afghanistan that allowed for terrorists to plot and plan attacks on Americans and our allies. We accomplished all of those objectives years ago.”

Hmm…and end to the conflict?  I don’t think that is actually up to us.  The idiotic Obama promised an end to the conflict.   His cowardice led to unspeakable acts of violence the region had never seen.

At an appearance before the Veterans of Foreign Wars convention in July, President Donald Trump said U.S. forces “for the first time in years are making a lot of progress in Afghanistan” because of recent changes by his administration in U.S. strategy there. That included an increase in the number of American troops in the country.

Gallego said any withdrawal of troops must be done “responsibly” but also without additional delays.

“Over the past 17 years, almost 25,000 Americans have been killed or wounded in Afghanistan. Many thousands more bear the mental and emotional scars of combat,” Gallego said.

“We must remember their sacrifice as we seek the best interests of our country, which involves the return of their comrades still in Afghanistan to their friends, family, and a grateful nation.”

Operation Enduring Freedom launched on Oct. 7, 2001, in response to the al-Qaida attacks in New York, Virginia and Pennsylvania a month earlier.

As usual, there is no substance to this Democrats plan.  I bet that guy named Mattis has some plans for the future.  No matter how or when we end operations …  there better be a promise that we will return in a heartbeat if the Islamic Loons get out of hand again.

  • Who Are You, and What Have You Done…Update Kav Confirmed!

    cnn

    …with CNN?

    President Donald Trump’s winning streak
    Analysis by Stephen Collinson, CNN
Updated 12:27 PM ET, Sat October 6, 2018

Donald Trump may have never had a better time being President.
Only a re-election party on the night of November 3, 2020, could possibly offer the same vindication for America’s most unconventional commander in chief as the 36 hours in which two foundational strands of his political career are combining in a sudden burst of history.

Trump will become an undeniably consequential President with the Senate due to vote Saturday to confirm Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court, consecrating the conservative majority that has long been the impossible dream of the GOP.

On Friday, Trump had celebrated the best jobs data for 49 years as the unemployment rate dipped to 3.7%, offering more proof of a vibrant economy that the President says has been unshackled by his tax-reduction program and scything cuts to business regulations.

While his 2016 election campaign was most notable for swirling chaos and shattered norms, Trump’s vows to nominate conservative judges to the Supreme Court and to fire up the economy were the glue for his winning coalition.

The struggle to confirm Kavanaugh split the country, deepened mistrust festering between rival lawmakers and threatens to further drag the Supreme Court into Washington’s poisoned political stew. But Trump stuck with it and ground out a win.

So he has every right to return to voters in the next four weeks ahead of the midterm elections to argue he has done exactly what he said he would do. He now has a strong message to convince grass-roots Republicans that it’s well worth showing up at the polls.

While not exactly pro-Trump, this article at least reports the facts on the ground, a refreshing change from the anti-conservative bias shown by nearly the entire Main Stream Media since 2016.

Trump has indeed changed the dynamics in America’s foreign policy, taxes and the economy, placing Constitutional judges in Federal courts, and now on the Supreme Court. Twice. Rebuilding the military is a work in progress- the only misstep has been The Wall, and even that is on-going, albeit slowly.

All this in spite of the distraction of supposed collusion with Russia during the election that placed him in the White House. It’s been a pretty amazing two years, and I am looking forward to the next six.

  • Sarah Palin: “Hey Lisa Murkowski – I can see 2022 from my house”

    sara palin

Lisa Murkowski voted against closing debate on the nomination of Brett Kavanaugh; had the vote not passed it would have killed the nomination.

She has stated she will vote “present” on the confirmation of Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, so that Sen. Steve Daines, R-Mont., can attend his daughter’s wedding — avoiding the need for a frantic flight to D.C. for the father of the bride.

Murkowski said she is a “no” on the nomination but will “pair” her vote with Daines and be marked “present” instead, meaning that Daines can remain at the wedding and not have to rush back.

Pairing of votes in the Senate (sometimes called “live pairs”) is a rare but Senate accepted custom between senators on opposing sides of an issue, so their votes essentially offset each other. They reach a gentleperson’s agreement to “pair” their votes if one of the senators will be absent. Pairing will not affect the outcome of the vote.

Mitch McConnell has stated any Republican Senator who votes against Judge Kavanaugh’s confirmation will “…be toast…” meaning that the support one could expect for re-election from the Republican National Committee, and the office of the Senate Majority Leader, will evaporate.

Enter Sara Palin, former Governor of Alaska and McCain Presidential running mate.

Palin issued the tweet suggesting a possible challenge to Murkowski in 2022, when Murkowski is up for reelection.

Early days, of course, but interesting. Murkowski losing senate support, and facing a possible primary challenge to her seat from the very well known Palin, may make her rue her decision to buck McConnell and down vote Kavanaugh.

  • Here are the best and worst VA medical centers

Veterans Affairs officials claimed improvements at 66 percent of their medical centers across the country last fiscal year, with 18 earning the highest level of excellence in the department’s internal ratings system.

But nine others remain on the VA’s list of underperforming facilities after getting the lowest possible rating. They include the embattled Washington VA Medical Center, which sits just a few miles from the White House and has seen a series of leadership shake-ups in recent years.

The VA ratings — made public in 2016 after a USA Today report on the internal scorecards — grade each of the locations on metrics like patient mortality, patient length of stay, reported accidents and patient satisfaction. Officials have said the system is used to collect best practices from high-performing facilities to use in underperforming ones.

“With closer monitoring and increased medical center leadership and support, we have seen solid improvements at most of our facilities,” he said. “Even our highest performing facilities are getting better, and that is driving up our quality standards across the country.”

The five others — Washington, Phoenix and Tucson in Arizona, Montgomery in Alabama, and Atlanta in Georgia — saw no overall change.

Earlier this year, VA placed 12 medical centers on a high-risk list for “aggressive” management intervention. Of those, eight were removed from the program after showing sufficient improvement by the end of last month.

Wilkie said while he is pleased with the results thus far “there’s no doubt that there’s still plenty of work to do.”

The full ratings list is available on the VA web site.

  • Doxing Boy Update

    cosko doxer

Former Democratic aide Jackson Cosko was arrested on charges of allegedly posting GOP senators’ private information online, known as “doxing,” made his first court appearance on Thursday.

Cosko, 27, appeared in U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia a day after being arrested for “doxxing” GOP senators on Wikipedia.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia announced that Cosko has been charged with five federal offenses, including making public restricted personal information; making threats in interstate commerce; unauthorized access of a government computer; identity theft; and witness tampering.

He is also charged with two D.C. offenses: Second-degree burglary, which carries up to 15 years in prison, and unlawful entry, which carries up to 6 months in prison.

Magistrate Judge Deborah Robinson ordered that Cosko be held in detention pending a hearing set for Oct. 9.

Its all fun and games until that bitch “Accountability” shows up in the form of a District of Columbia Magistrate with zero sense of humor. The entire article can be viewed at The Hill

    But wait there’s more-

Fox News has uncovered two social media accounts that supposedly belong to Cosko. One account, @TrundleDaGreat, which has not been active since October 2, is linked to Cosko’s personal email account. Cosko was arrested on October 3.

The other one, named “Radical Ed” is linked to an email account – livefreeorpwn@gmail.com – that sent a threatening email to another staffer who confronted Cosko after catching him in the office of Sen. Maggie Hassan, D-N.H., using an unauthorized login, according to Capitol Police.

“If you tell anyone I will leak it all. Emails signal conversations gmails. Senators children’s health information and socials,” read the threatening email allegedly sent by Cosko.

The social media account tweeted Graham’s personal information, though without the address, in reply to Move On, a progressive advocacy group that also tweeted Graham’s office phone number.

This explains the witness tampering charge, a Federal offense. As I understand it, a Federal beef has no parole, but may take time off for “exemplary behavior,” whatever that entails. Read the article in its entirety Here.
