Dave Hardin sent us the picture this week. I don’t know what it means, so don’t blame me.
Someone else sent me this email. I don’t who it is, but I think that it’s the same guy who told me that the California Bar Association would only give him a slap on the wrist because of his stellar record as a lawyer;
I attended a two year elite law school and was “awarded” the AmJur Book Award for Constitutional Law. (Highest Grade of the class).
I always said you can say whatever you want about me and you did in December 2014 and I ignored your lies and forgot about you nuts. But that wasn’t good enough so you set about to “destroy” me (those are your words) and make my life “hell” (again, using your words) and all the rest that was alleged and will be proved. Banging on my doors to scare me, nails in the driveway, barricading me in my home (again, using your words), sabotaging my airplane etc., is not what the Supreme Court “told me to do.”
“The courts have now twice said that the proper way to deal with such people is to take it to the court of public opinion”, in other words, publish how these people lied and in our Jeffersonian fashion, the truth will win out. If you don’t get the effect you want then you may not as a vigilante, be judge jury and executioner and torment them to self-murder. Not our United States system.
“The problem there is that they then sue us, and we have to go to court to defend actions which the Supreme Court explicitly told us to do.” I will ask you on the witness stand where the Supreme Court “explicitly told” you to bang on my doors and hide, throw nails in my driveway, barricade me in my home, stop neighbors on the street/knock on their front doors and say I’m a liar BECAUSE I was awarded a CPO award by a photo club nearly 50 years after leaving active duty.
