    So, here’s your weekend thread.

    Folks have been asking whether or not there’s a restraining order against Don Shipley and as near as I can tell, there is not. Has he had his weapons confiscated by the police? No, he has not. He’s enjoying a vacation with his wife and he has not been served any papers for the hearing supposedly scheduled for Monday.

    Yes, it’s another huge misinformation campaign designed to scare people away from us. The person who leads this campaign hasn’t stopped emailing us, and it seems to me that if there was indeed a restraining order, he would be restrained from initiating communication with us, too. Its common sense, isn’t it? But, when it comes to dealing with the DRC, sense isn’t very common.

    Oh, he filed a restraining against Mr and Mrs Shipley, but the judge rejected them because he “fails to state legal criteria for stalking injunction”. So I hope that answers your questions.

    Dave Hardin sends you this reminder to turn back your clocks this weekend – I’ll be on the road for the next two days so I won’t be here to remind you, let this suffice.

    If you need an update from the frontlines, Bernath came out to talk to the media and he brought all of that self-murder BS that him and Wittgenfeld photoshopped that visitors to his website are accustomed to. Speaking of Wittgenfeld, Bernath had him on speaker phone to talk to the media. I’m sure it was epic. Bernath’s neighbors were all gawking at the media vans and the attention.

    As Bernath was walking away from the media he leaned over and called Diane Shipley a “fat c***”, you know, to demonstrate his total lack of class. Those guys really do hate women.

    But Don called to tell us that he’s on the hunt for another phony nearby and he’s abandoned the Bernath encampment.

    Updated with pictures. I don’t see any canes or crutches;

    Mr. Bernath is pretty excited that it’s Friday and he’s been checking all morning for the open thread, so I figured that I should post one for him. He’s pretty upset that Yahoo didn’t pull the plug on TAH because he claimed that he represented clients who claimed copyrights to some of our photos. Photos like Mr Wittgenfeld’s mugshot. Yahoo’s lawyers said “Um, no”.

    Mr. Bernath hasn’t been disbarred, so I would hope that you would refrain from making that claim in the comments.

    I included the above photo because I figured that we needed to remember Randolph Holder, the NYPD officer who was killed the other day. His murderer, Tyrone Howard the bicycle thief, is in custody.

    The winning cow is crowned during the Miss Milk Cow beauty contest in Moc Chau plateau, northwest of Hanoi October 15, 2015. The beauty contest selects cows with a solid torso, high legs and which provides the most milk. This year, 126 cows have been chosen for the contest among the 18,000 cows in Moc Chau. Miss Milk Cow beauty contest is organised at Moc Chau plateau for more than a decade to promote local dairy products as the diet of Vietnamese people rapidly changed with higher income. The winner this year is a five-year-old cow that weighs 710 kg and provides around 59.6 kg milk each day, nearly triple the average amount of milk produced by Vietnam's cows. I gather the most relevant evidence of your and Sgt. Mark Seavey’s command and control of your gang members on the weekend posts.

    So we’ll be commanding and controlling our gang members at the secret TAH. The code word for this weekend is “strut” Right 4 – Down 3. Check your CEOI.

    I could update you on our dealings with the DRC, but you’d think I was lying. So, just imagine the most incredible stuff that you can dream up – and that’s the way it is. If I wasn’t looking at actual court documents, I wouldn’t believe it either. You should clear your calendars for January and join us for the circus.
