The Associated Press reports that the Supreme Court has ruled 8-1 in favor of the Westboro “Baptist” Church.
The decision upheld an appeals court ruling that threw out a $5 million judgment to the father of a dead Marine who sued church members after they picketed his son’s funeral.

While the protests were painful, the majority wrote that the Constitution protects even hurtful speech on public issues.

The thing shocked and burned my ass for over a year and a half until I finally figured out what was going on. I have been implanted with some sort of bio medical telemetry implant that sends signals that are used to track me like an animal, I’m sure the VA had something to do with it, probably Dick Cheney’s personal pet NWO CIA project, he actually would hunt human beings on his ranch in Wyoming, see video below. I had so many surgeries by these creeps after almost dying at their frickin hospital, my face is still infected, and I have some guy here at Columbia University (CIA) in NYC who wants to do radiation treatment on me, meanwhile I’m being radiated by this frickin weapon they put in my apt. When I go anywhere on foot especially in the city you can see people tracking you everywhere with their hand help device, the minute they see you they push a button to enter your GPS coordinates. In the ad for Pepsi Max, a black woman sitting on a park bench gets angry with her husband after an attractive, white female jogger sits down next to the couple and smiles and waves at the man.
After the man smiles back, his girlfriend or wife gets angry and whips her Pepsi Max can at him. The man ducks, and the can hits the attractive jogger in the head. The ad is titled “Love hurts.”
My goodness…that’s as bad as Iran’s nukes or Hezzbollah having it’s own country.. But just to make the caricature of herself complete, Jackson or Lee or Sheila or whatever says;
“In this month of African-American history where we’re trying to celebrate what is good and great, it certainly seems ridiculous that Pepsi would utilize this kind of humor,” she said. “It was not humorous. It was demeaning — an African-American woman throwing something at an African-American male and winding up hitting a Caucasian woman.”
Yup, the commercial would have been more appropriate on Boxer Day, or Caucasian Non-Joggers Month.
Jackson Lee also said it would be great to have a lot more women in ads at the Super Bowl.
I never realized there was a shortage of women in ads during the Superbowl. I am aware of the fact that the women in the ads during the Superbowl DON’T look remotely like Jackson, Lee or Sheila.

OK, this is pretty weird. Jason Robert Daniels changed the beneficiary of his $400,000 military life insurance policy to his purported brother, who was really himself, and created a will that left his property to “Jason Daniels.”
“(Jason Robert Daniels) attempted to prevent detection of his fraudulent scheme by leaving a purported suicide note in his residence; … (Jason Robert Daniels) departed Guam on about Sept. 2 2009, on a commercial flight to Chicago, Illinois, and was subsequently discharged from the Navy on about Sept. 21, 2009,” the proposed agreement states.
The credit union closed Jason Robert Daniels’ accounts, and incurred a loss of more than $16,500, the proposed agreement states.

Donald Trump is a conservative to the point that it no longer suits him. And, well, the same goes for Paul and his acolytes. This early slap fight in the media demonstrates that neither has the thick skin politicians need to focus on the issues.
