  • Sidney Bouvier Gilstrap-Portley returns to high school to relive glory days

    The UK’s Daily Mail recounts the story of 25-year-old Sidney Bouvier Gilstrap-Portley who missed his high school glory days of basketball so much that he enrolled in a high school pretending to be 17-year-old Rashun Richardson, claiming to be a Hurricane Harvey refugee – he even dated a fourteen-year-old;

    Gilstrap-Portley graduated from his own high school, North Mesquite, in 2011, and had a relatively successful college basketball career as a guardsmen for the Dallas Christian College between 2013 and 2014. But he went undrafted in the 2017 NBA draft.

    […]

    Gilstrap-Portley was finally caught after one of his former coaches from North Mesquite High School recognized him when they saw him playing at a tournament in April, and alerted the Hillcrest basketball coach.

    They should have suspected him when he started using My Space instead of Facebook.

    The Dallas News says that he’s facing a charge of tampering with government records.

  • Dick’s cut off

    Dick’s cut off

    According to KUTV, Dick’s Sporting Goods is being treated as a pariah in the gun industry with gun manufacturers, Mossberg, Springfield Armory and MKS Supply refusing to deliver their wares to the retailer.

    “It has come to our attention that Dick’s Sporting Goods recently hired lobbyists on Capitol Hill to promote additional gun control,” said Iver Mossberg, Chief Executive Officer of the gun company.

    “Make no mistake, Mossberg is a staunch supporter of the U.S. Constitution and our Second Amendment rights, and we fully disagree with Dick’s Sporting Goods’ recent anti-Second Amendment actions,” Iver Mossberg concluded.

    […]

    MKS Supply said it “values the customers that it proudly serves and the God-given freedoms that they enjoy,” and that it believes it is “equally important to show our commitment to our customers by standing behind their Second Amendment rights.”

    […]

    Springfield continued:

    It is clear where Dick’s Sporting Goods and its subsidiary, Field & Stream, stand on the Second Amendment, and we want to be clear about our message in response. Their position runs counter to what we stand for as a company. At Springfield Armory, we believe in the rights and principles fought for and secured by American patriots and our founding forefathers, without question. We will not accept Dick’s Sporting Goods’ continued attempts to deny Second Amendment freedoms to our fellow Americans.

    The National Shooting Sports Foundation (NSSF) says that they will discontinue Dick’s membership.

    Lorena Bobbet is reportedly jealous.

  • AP goes all in for Manning

    AP goes all in for Manning

    The Associated Press has thrown all of their chips in for the former soldier formerly known as Bradley Manning, the convicted traitor, in his bid for the US Senate seat currently occupied by Democrat Ben Cardin.

    She’s certainly got an eye-catching platform: Close prisons and free inmates; eliminate national borders; restructure the criminal justice system; provide universal health care and basic income. The top of her agenda? Abolish the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, a federal agency created in 2003 that Manning asserts is preparing for an “ethnic cleansing.”

    Manning ticks off life experiences she believes would make her an effective senator: a stint being homeless in Chicago, her wartime experiences as a U.S. Army intelligence analyst in Iraq — even her seven years in prison. She asserts she’s got a “bigger vision” than establishment politicians.

    Obviously, Manning doesn’t realize that one Senator can’t do that shit all by himself. One vote among a hundred. Another perfect example why we should rescind the 17th Amendment and go back to the days when a state legislature chose Senators to represent the state’s interests.

    The Associated Press should wipe the drool from their collective chin.

    Steven Shapiro; phony 9/11 firefighter

    One of our ninjas send us a link to the story of Steven Shapiro who has been pretending to be one of the first firefighters on the scene of the 9/11 attacks on New York City;

    In his biography, he claims his fire department was ‘the first rescue squad on scene from Connecticut on that horrific morning’, and said he and his colleagues were on ‘the pile’ for more than two weeks.

    Shapiro claimed to other first responders of the terror attacks and online that he was there in his role as Lieutenant for the Fairfield fire department (pictured is a hat he claimed was part of his uniform) – but the department can find no record of him ever working there

    Shapiro claimed to other first responders of the terror attacks and online that he was there in his role as Lieutenant for the Fairfield fire department (pictured is a hat he claimed was part of his uniform) – but the department can find no record of him ever working there

    ‘After passing the psych evaluation, I was off to the races drinking myself into oblivion.

    ‘In November of 2002, I retired after driving an engine full of water to a fire (alone and drunk) and almost tipping it over on a carload of children.

    ‘For a long time, I suffered from post traumatic stress and trauma from 9/11 and all the sights and sounds that we all go through in our profession.’

    Shapiro said while he’s now sober, he can still hear the sounds of PASS alarms going off – but has the tools to deal with the trauma.

    Prince, who was a volunteer fire chief at Brookhaven Fire Department until 2007, says he and his fellow first responders are enraged by Shapiro’s behavior.

    Shapiro did a pisspoor job of tracking actual history and uniforms;

    Shaprio told people he worked for the Fairfield fire department in Connecticut, but the department Deputy Chief, Kyran Dunn, said he had no record of Shapiro’s employment.

    Photographs on Shapiro’s social media accounts are also fakes, Mr Dunn said, claiming the department’s hats are a different color and do not show ranks.

    Furthermore, Dunn said his department was not at Ground Zero on 9/11. Fairfield was only called in to help in the days after the terror attack.

    Keith Barnes; squatch hunter

    One of our ninjas send us a story about Keith Barnes who told authorities in Arkansas that he was employed by the US government’s Interior Department to track and record Big Foot movements. The Interior Department responded that he doesn’t work for them and that no job exists;

    During the criminal impersonation investigation, the sheriff’s office received an anonymous tip that Barnes had child pornography.

    According to the news release, “sufficient evidence” was found, and Barnes was arrested Tuesday on a charge of possessing or viewing matter depicting sexually explicit conduct involving a child.

    He was released from jail after posting $50,000 bond, authorities say, and is scheduled to appear in court June 18.

  • Ronny Jackson won’t return to old job

    Ronny Jackson won’t return to old job

    Politico reports that Rear Admiral Ronny Jackson won’t return to his job as the President’s personal physician after the manufactured dust-up from Montana Senator Jon Tester and allegations from CNN which caused Jackson to withdraw his name from consideration for the job as director of the Department of Veteran Affairs;

    Sean Conley, a Navy officer who took over Jackson’s role as the president’s personal doctor last month, will continue in the role, the officials said.

    Jackson bowed out last week after Montana Sen. Jon Tester, the top Democrat on the Veterans’ Affairs Committee, released a document summarizing allegations by current and former colleagues that Jackson overprescribed pills, drank on the job and created a hostile work environment. Jackson has denied the allegations and has returned to work in the White House Medical Unit.

    President Donald Trump has continued defending Jackson, with whom he formed a tight personal bond.

  • Jon Tester’s shame

    Jon Tester’s shame

    Democrat Senator from Montana, Jon Tester made baseless allegations against Rear Admiral Ronny Jackson last week which caused Admiral Jackson to withdraw his name from consideration as the director of the Department of Veteran Affairs. Now, it seems that Tester just made shit up, according to the far-right wing Associated Press;

    The records, including police reports, show Jackson was in three minor vehicle incidents in government vehicles during the last five years, but none involved the use of alcohol and he was not found to be at fault. In one case, a side-view mirror was clipped by a passing truck. In another incident an enraged driver in Montgomery County, Maryland, allegedly punched out Jackson’s window during a morning drive to Camp David.

    The White House medical unit that Jackson ran successfully passed regular controlled substance audits, according to the records for the last three years. The reviews did recommend improvements to the medical unit’s handling of controlled substances, but did not find misconduct.

    The Associated Press reviewed the documents Friday. They were the result of an internal White House review of allegations raised against Jackson during his brief confirmation process. The White House says the records, covering recent years, disprove the allegations.

    CNN alleged that Admiral Jackson, in a drunken episode, “very loudly knocked on a female colleague’s door. Secret Service agents allegedly had to calm him down so he wouldn’t disturb President Barack Obama.” According to Mediaite, the Secret Service could find no incident report;

    “Over the last 48 hours, media outlets have alleged that U.S. Secret Service personnel were forced to intervene during a Presidential foreign travel assignment in order to prevent disturbing (former) President Barack Obama,” the body said in a statement to ABC News. “The Secret Service has no such record of any incident; specifically, any incident involving Rear Admiral Ronny Jackson.”

    Additionally, the Secret Service claims that it reviewed internal documents pertaining to President Obama’s foreign travel in 2015 and interviewed personnel who went on those trips. They found no evidence that would indicate the events reported actually occurred.

    Yet, CNN complains when the President calls them “Fake news”. According to Roll Call, the President is calling for Tester to resign;

    President Donald Trump escalated his feud with Democratic Sen. Jon Tester on Saturday morning, using a tweet to call for the Veterans Affairs Committee ranking member to resign.

    From Fox News;

    Raj Shah, White House deputy press secretary, also blasted the claims against Jackson.

    “Sen. Jon Tester engaged in character assassination against a decorated rear admiral in the United States Navy, and he didn’t have a shred of evidence to back it up,” Shah said, according to Politico.

    Just like every other Democrat “Issue”, if the truth doesn’t bear them out, the Democrats just make shit up.

  • Ronny Jackson withdraws name from VA director nomination

    Ronny Jackson withdraws name from VA director nomination

    Admiral Doctor Ronny Jackson withdrew his name from nomination for the Director of the Department of Veterans’ Affairs, according to Fox News;

    The announcement comes after more allegations surfaced overnight, including that he crashed a government car while drunk.

    Trump still defended Jackson Thursday morning and described the allegations as false.

    “He would have done a great job, he has a tremendous heart,” Trump said in an interview on “Fox & Friends.” “These are false accusations, they are trying to destroy a man.”

    Jackson had denied the allegations against him and as recently as Wednesday said he was looking forward to answering “everybody’s questions.”

    But on Thursday morning, he pulled his name.

    “The allegations against me are completely false and fabricated,” he said in a statement. “If they had any merit, I would not have been selected, promoted and entrusted to serve in such a sensitive and important role as physician to three presidents over the past 12 years.”

    From CNBC;

    The doctor’s withdrawal follows a bombshell New York Times report Wednesday that said Jackson allegedly provided a “large supply” of the opioid Percocet to a White House staffer, and wrecked a government car while intoxicated.

    After that story was published online, Jackson told reporters that he “did not wreck a car.” Jackson, who is Trump’s personal physician in the White House, also said his nomination is “still moving ahead as planned” before walking away from reporters.

    Jackson also allegedly wrote himself prescriptions, and after he was caught doing so he asked a physician assistant to provide the medication, the Times reported, citing a Democratic Senate staff summary of alleged conduct by Jackson.

    The summary is based on testimony from 23 current and former colleagues of Jackson.

    Yeah, I’m pretty sure this didn’t happen. The man served at the White House for 12 years for three presidents. I know what it takes to work in the White House and allegations like this would have ended his work there.
