I’ve read the entire document, which is very specific about Mr. Bernath’s miscreance, including injunctions against his continuing to file litigation and refusals to follow proper procedures.
Now he sits in a jail in Virginia, where he was sent because even in jail he could not stop violating the rules or follow proper procedures.
Apparently, he believes he’s up above it all while the rest of us are just rolling around down in the mud. Unfortunately for Mr. Bernath, the complete opposite is true. He is not out of touch with reality. He simply believes that reality does not apply to him.
Now it’s costing him.
Bernasty is a full-on looney. Unfortunately, the likelihood of collecting the large judgments about to be entered against him is slim. Even if there was no mortgage debt against his house, the unlimited Florida homestead exemption would preclude any judgment enforcement action against it or any of its contents. The many other exemption statutes in Florida will also make collecting anything quite difficult. That is why many crooks and other wrongdoers domicile themselves in Florida. I question whether he has any insurance that will cover these impending judgments.
