Since Dan Bernath is cooling his heels at the largest mental health facility in Virginia while wearing his orange coveralls, I guess I’ll let him know that the magistrate has submitted her recommendations in the case of Bernath vs. Seavey in US District Court, Fort Myers, Florida. Still not over by a long shot..but still laughing..
I am a long time reader but I have never posted. I am also a paid subscriber to the Shipley’s Stolen Valor site and I rarely post on that site, but I had to post my joy in reading this court ruling.It has been so frustrating watching from a distance and seeing all the needless damage. So many decent people and organizations have been harmed by this man.The wheels of justice have been slow but she is rolling now. Thank you to this site for your fearless reporting on this issue.
