Deputies were dispatched to the home after a call from the homeowner, saying someone had entered his residence, robbed him and was causing a disturbance.
The man used a Taser [on] the homeowner several times.
The homeowner shot the suspect, who died at the scene.
From Cary, North Carolina;
Cary spokeswoman Carrie Roman said in a news release that officers went to the home in the Raleigh suburb after getting a call about an intruder around 2:30 a.m. Sunday.
Authorities say the shooting happened a few blocks from the home after the suspect was apprehended and officers were trying to take him into custody. He died a short time later in the hospital. The city did not release any other details.

Taking a Taser to a gunfight fits the mentality of the common street thug. And, are there any homeowners in Kingman AZ who aren’t armed?
