Monday morning feel good stories

Police found a man wounded and bleeding in a yard in Tulsa, Oklahoma. An investigation revealed that he had forced his way into someone’s home nearby and threatened the residents until they negated the threat with gun fire. There’s no word on his condition.

Bobo sends us a link from Shawnee, Kansas where a single woman was putting her child in a car when two men came up behind her and conked her on the head. A good Samaritan tried to help her, but he was shot by the men. Another man saw the incident unfold and brought his own gun to bear on the situation. One of the criminals was DRT (dead right there), the other was caught later by the police. The woman was critically injured as well as the first good Samaritan, but the child is fine.

  1. Keep in mind brothers and sisters, barring the the second Good Samaritan in the Kansas story, and the negating fire in the first story, these outcomes are what Hildabeast and Blowbama would prefer your situation be like amongst violent criminals.

    1. For the bad guy, no – NOT a good way to end a day.

For the rest of us, however, I rather think its a very good ending for a day.

  2. Bravo to Good Samaritan #2, good try to Good Samaritan #1, and prayers for quick recovery for mother and #1, continued safety for the child.
