Was it kind of empty here last night?

If it felt that way, it’s because some of us were at tankerbabe’s BBQ at Walter Reed’s Mologne House. I left blogging about it to the pro, in this case. Lemme see if I can remember the TAH fans I met there; Yankeemom, Raoul, Concretebob, Gunnut – I know there were more, sorry that I forgot. Ponsdorf was supposed to be there, but I didn’t see him. On top of that, I met some great guys from the “The Herd” and they were the real reason I was there anyway.

Tankerbabe has the story and pictures.

We’re all going to be at the 173rd memorial at Arlington tomorrow morning at 10:45 if anyone feels like tagging along.

  1. Nah… didn’t make it your way.

Spent what I had set aside on the trip to PA. Both in money and The Wife’s good will!

  2. Damn, if I had known I’d have been there.

  3. When you say, “at Arlington,” I take it you mean Arlington National Cemetery… right?

  4. Updated: Just got an email from John. Yes, it IS Arlington national Cemetery.

    Thanks for the email.
