No, that’s not legit. It’s an Army pattern uniform with velcro on the sleeve. Air Force rank is sewn on, and we don’t wear the velcro flag, either. Active duty, Reserve, or Guard, no military member would walk around in uniform in those “boots,” either. That’s not somebody bending rules; it’s a poser.
