Saturday morning feel good stories

In Clovis, California, Marilyn Williams scared off some burglars with her high-powered, scoped rifle. Scared them so badly that they dropped their booty from other residences they had robbed earlier as well as their firearm. Another article says that she learned to shoot in her JROTC days.

A pawn shop owner in Providence, Road Island is fighting for his life after a gun fight with three thieves, at least two of them were wounded as well and they’re in custody. The third is is still on the loose. The shop owner probably needs your well-wishes, however you express them.

  1. She probably “scared the shit out of them” too.
    Good thinking, Ma’am.
Hoping that the pawn shop guy makes it, and hoping that the thieves don’t wind up in front of a lenient judge. Hang ’em, high, by the balls, with 550 cord.

Score 2 for the good guys. I wish good things for the pawn ship owner.

Best wished for a speedy recovery to the Pawn Shop owner in RI…

As for the weapon that Ms. Williams used… holy mother of God what type is it… looks like a 88mm AAA gun! No wonder the perps fled the AO!

I got the impression it was a pellet gun by the look of the bolt.

Pellet rifle, .22, made by Benjamin. High powered my a**.

If that weapon has any recoil she is gonna have a very nice scar.

Hope the pawn shop owner recovers well and quickly. Hope the thieves…die in jail from butt rupture.
