Several of you have sent us this video of our buddy, Don Shipley, as he rants about stolen valor shitbags. The money quote is “…I’m on you like a hobo on a ham sandwich, you rotten sons of bitches.”

    I couldnt agree more. I spent 8 years in USAF was just a mechanic. Nothing frosts my ass more then to run into a FAKE.
    Not everyone can be the TIP of the spear.
    I have never understood being a fake.

    Having been at the pointy end once or twice, and not necessarily the sharpest point, I fucking hate people that try to play up a story to a public that doesn’t know any better. It clouds the public’s understanding of when we *should* intervene and when we shouldn’t.

    I served a few years. Went to Airborne and Recondo School and thats about it. Honorable Discharge and proud of my service. My girlfriend and I were fortunate to be able to pull a 4 hr shift guarding the Vietnam Vet Memorial Traveling wall this weekend in Fayetteville, NC and help some real hero’s look up their buddies that they left behind. To see some of these assholes try and make more of themselves than they are makes me want to set their balls on fire. Shitheads

    I am sorry but I have watched this about fifty times already and I cannot get over the Hobo ham sandwich comment. I like how he balances his displeasure for these Ass Pirate Wannabes & the fact he is getting a Jay Leno streak in his hair! Truly classic. He is right though, these clowns are literally in damn near every VFW/American Legion and man are their stories full of shit! I am just praying for the day I can confront one of these jerk offs!
