  • Phony Ranger to pay restitution

    The guy, Jose Garcia who we discussed a few months ago when he madehimself a Ranger and then bilked his fellow Connecticut citizens out of a few thousand bucks until he was busted, was in court the other day (From Boston.com);

    The Stamford Advocate reports that 20-year-old Jesus Garcia did not enter a plea during a court appearance Monday. His lawyer told the judge that Garcia is embarrassed and paying back the money is his priority.

    Well, not entering a plea and not admitting to his wrong-doing doesn’t sound like he’s all that contrite. Just returning the money he stole doesn’t fix his situation with veterans. He stolen from us, too, and we want restitution, and the only place we can get restitution is in court. I certainly hope the judge isn’t considering giving him a break after he returns the stolen money.

  • Choi arrested at White house again

    There was a protest at the White House again yesterday, and Dan Choi couldn’t resist being there, ya know because he’s so worried about his trial for the last time he was arrested there. This protest had nothing to do with “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell”. It was to protest the Trans-Canada Pipeline. From Canada’s Globe and Mail;

    Bill McKibben, a leading environmentalist and one of the organizers of the two-week protest, was among those arrested. Gay rights activist Dan Choi was also removed by police as he took part in the so-called sit-in.

    So I guess Choi is part of the rent-a-mob protesters. I wonder why he’s against jobs for Americans?

    The International Brotherhood of Teamsters, one of the largest and most influential unions in the U.S., backs the project, saying it will create 1,500 jobs for its members. But on Friday two other major unions — the Transport Workers Union and the Amalgamated Transit Union — said they’re opposed because of environmental concerns.

    But, then again, i guess Choi is an expert on “laying pipe”. And it’s nice to see that he finally bought some clothes and quit wearing his uniform to protests.

  • AWOL Birther NCO II

    It seems that active duty Air Force Staff Sergeant Daryn J. Moran, who we read about earlier today is a bigger douche than we originally thought. The Stars & Stripes did some digging and it turns out that he’snot AWOL at all. He’s in the process of being discharged.

    Staff Sgt. Daryn Moran “is currently outprocessing for discharge from the Air Force, which was previously approved by his commander on August 4th,” Air Force officials said late Wednesday. “While we are aware of the comments that appear on various Web sites attributed to Staff Sgt. Moran, officials with United States Air Forces in Europe will not discuss nor characterize those comments.”

    In an online statement and video posted this week at BirtherReport.com, Moran calls for “Americans to arrest Obama” and said he hasn’t reported to his job at Landstuhl Regional Medical Center since last Thursday.

    “They haven’t even called my house yet, but they will come for me soon,” Moran wrote in a Sunday posting, adding that he’s willing to go to jail for his beliefs.

    So what are his beliefs? At this point we can’t be sure. Further down the story he tells this wild-ass tale;

    In a separate WorldNetDaily.com story posted last month, Moran claimed he was facing a medical discharge from the Air Force for failing to support the “don’t ask, don’t tell” repeal, which will allow gay and lesbian troops to serve openly in the military. A military medical board found, “he was unable to keep his personal opinions out of the office,” Moran said, according to the story.

    Yeah, see that’s why I ignore those links you guys send me from World Net Daily. Anyone with half of a brain would know that even if the Air Force was discharging him for opposing the repeal of DADT, they wouldn’t say it out loud…and it certainly wouldn’t qualify him for a medical board.

    It looks to me like he’s just a common shitbag looking for some attention. And the birthers need a uniformed martyr to fall on his sword…any martyr will do.

  • AWOL Birther NCO

    Active Duty Air Force Staff Sergeant Daryn J. Moran has gone AWOL because he thinks that the president isn’t an American citizen.

    As far as I’m concerned, he no better than any other AWOL soldier for whatever their reasons are. I don’t know who influences these ass clowns to make a statement with their service, but they’re no different that those butt munches at IVAW or Courage to Resist.

    It looks like those morons at World Net Daily are the ones who convinced Moran (aptly named, by the way) to use his service as a political tool. From the Army Times;

    “My conscience is violated,” he said. “I feel like I’m supporting the flag of whatever those Islamic countries are and the rainbow flag and not the red, white and blue. That’s not the kind of people I want to be associated with.”

    Yeah, to what did you pledge when you took your oath? Moran hides behind God to defend his actions. There is no defense, Moran. And don’t blame God, blame your stupid self. It’s shit like this that’s going to get Obama reelected.

    By the way, the birthers are offering a $5000 reward for anyone who has an original copy the Aug. 13th or Aug. 14th, 1961 Honolulu Advertiser. I’m sure you guys have one laying around…go get your moola.

  • AWOL kidnapper a Stolen Valor candidate,too?

    TSO sent me all of this shit about this assclown, Derik Hembree, who Fox News says is an AWOL Private who kidnapped his daughter;

    Authorities are continuing to search for an AWOL U.S. soldier who is suspected of kidnapping his 1-month-old daughter.

    Colorado Springs police say Army Pvt. Derik Hembree, 24, disappeared on August 4 and is wanted on a warrant for allegedly violating a custody order. Hembree has been AWOL since May, according to the U.S. Army.

    Well, TSO dug up these pictures of him in uniform, Here he is in all of his finery. Notice the E-4 rank and the qual badges.I think he’s wearing a CIB – it must be a CIB because he’s wearing the blue cord and the badge is blue. I can’t get the brass blown up far enough and still be clear, but it doesn’t look like crossed rifles. And his regimental crest is not an infantry unit I recognize;

  • Clarke’s cheese finally slides off his cracker

    Richard Clarke, the former CIA advisor to the White House who has been feted by the anti-war Left, including John Kerry, Code Pink, Votevets and MoveOn.org, quoted by IVAW and Veterans for Peace as an authority for their opposition to the war is finally showing what an authority he can be, by making accusations which have absolutely no basis in reality.

    Apparently, Clarke thinks the CIA tried to turn two of the 9-11 hijackers and that operation failed and was followed by a cover-up. So why does Clarke think this occurred? Because he’s been thinking about it for a long time, so it must be so. What better reason to make a documentary about an utterly unsupported theory? According to the CBS News;

    “I’ve thought a lot about this,” Clarke says in the documentary being produced by FF4 Films, in which he describes his theory as “the only conceivable reason that I’ve been able to come up with” to explain why the White House wasn’t informed of the terrorists’ presence in the country, the Beast reports.

    I’m surprised the baby whale from Flint, Michigan isn’t making it for him.
