  • IVAW at Occupy Wall Street

    To, sends us a link to a YouTube video about some IVAW members who can’t help but wear mixed parts of their uniforms to announce their support for the Occupy movement.

    Ya know, if I looked around the group that I’m with and see Bill Perry standing next to me, I’d start questioning my ideas. Bill Perry testified at Winter Soldier the First. He admitted to me that his testimony was “Bullshit”, using his word. More than one refugee fom IVAW has told me that Bill Perry screwed them out of their veterans benefits by not following up on their paperwork as their advocate. Yet, there he is in the video, marching alongside other veterans who don’t know his background.

    Some of you may have noticed that whenever I mention IVAW on this blog, some of their members usually swoop in and defend the organization…but that hasn’t happened in the last few weeks. My ninjas tell me that there is a split occuring in IVAW, like during the flag-burning a few years back. Some less-vocal members don’t think the IVAW should be wasting their time being mannequins for the smelly hippies.

    I have news for you (I know you’re reading), if you belomg to IVAW and someone wearing an IVAW T-shirt does dumbass bullshit – you support him. That’s the way it goes. Perceptions aren’t lways fair. Welcome to the real world.

  • DC protesters struck by motorist

    You can watch this video from Crooks and Liars of the aftermath of an accident in DC wnen some Occupy DC protesters were struck by a motorist. Language warning;

    After you watch the video, read this from Fox5 in DC;

    Lt. Christopher Micciche of the D.C. police said the driver was not cited because he had a green light when his vehicle struck the three on Friday night. He said witnesses told police that the three pedestrians “either ran toward or jumped in front of the moving vehicle.” He said one pedestrian jumped on the hood of the car. One of them was cited for being in the roadway.

    “The protesters were apparently trying to block the roadway,” Micciche said. “It was essentially an accident where three individuals were injured but they were in violation by being in the roadway.” D.C. fire department spokesman Lon Walls said Saturday morning that the three were transported to two area hospitals with non-life-threatening injuries

    So basically everything that the protesters do is perfectly legal, but everything that results from their actions to them is somehow worthy of punishment. But then, some numbnuts will tell us this is the fringe of the Occupy movement. That’s mighty big fringe in the video.

    This is the seconf time that I know of proters being struck by motorists while the hippies are trying to disrupt traffic…the 99%ers who are trying to get home from their jobs. But the hippies are only following my fondest wish for them – that they play in traffic.

  • Pulling the wool over your own eyes

    I found a link to an article written by the staff at Occupy Wall Street dot org entitled “Occupy Wall Street: Improving Quality of Life for the 99%“. Foolish me, I thought they were going to talk about the 99% outside of their little display of public masturbation, but the article only mentions how they’ve improved the quality of their own lives by shitting in toilets instead of on police cars, they pick up their own trash and keeping their idiot noise down – you know the things the rest of us were doing long before the protests began.

    And, oh, by th way, they’ve started providing the protesters with security from themselves. Great, huh? Too late for some of the protesters who’ve been assaulted, sexually and otherwise. Too late for those who’ve had their belongings liberated by hippie thieves.

    They alp brag that they have convinced the police to remove barriers to local businesses resulting fro the assemblage of hippies. Of course, those barriers wouldn’t have been erected if the hippies weren’t there.

    So congratulations you hippie fucks- you’re now in the 19th century and it only took a few months to get there. You’r really improving the whole country’s 99% lives by not being the arrogant, selfish little fucks you were in September. But you’re really not doing anything that benefits the rest of us, numbnuts, nor will you ever.

  • Another Veteran injured in Oakland

    The Guardian reports that another veteran of both AFghanistan and Iraq, Kayvan Sabehg, was injured by police in Oakland the other night;

    “There was a group of police in front of me,” he told the Guardian from his hospital bed. “They told me to move, but I was like: ‘Move to where?’ There was nowhere to move.

    “Then they lined up in front of me. I was talking to one of them, saying ‘Why are you doing this?’ when one moved forward and hit me in my arm and legs and back with his baton. Then three or four cops tackled me and arrested me.”

    I did an interview the other night with a young lady from Columbia Journalsm Review. My interview probably on’t make her article because I refused to allow her to lead me into her talking points about unemployed veterans taking to the streets. I tried to get her to pay attention to the VVAW/VFP, IVAW connections, but she wasn’t really interested in that aspect. She wanted me to tell her how the government is mistreating veterans, but not in any way that really concerned me.

    WHen she tried to lead me into a discussion about the economic conditions vterans find themselves, I took her back to VFP and IVAW and their motivations for having martyrs to serve their hippie masters and remain relevent in the Occupy movement.

    As far as Kayvan Sabehg goes, I can’t find a connection between him and IVAW, however, Moilitary.com, which also says he was an Army Ranger, reports on quotes from VFP in their article, so there’s an appearance of some sort of association. If he isn’t a member of VFP, it only reinforces my contention that VFP is glomming on to every injured veteran so they can wave a bloody shirt at their prospective donors.

    Kayvan Sabehg is not unemployed, so that must dissappoint the reporter at the Columbis Journalism Review who I talked to the other day.

  • Ringo at Occupy LA

    Our buddy, Ringo sends us a link to his latest report from the Occupy LA scene. Make sure you check out the video of the drama queens. Apparently living in tents is starting yo wear on the hippies’ gentle sensibilities. Me? I like hula hoops;

    …and canabals;

  • BEST OWS story so far

    You need to read this story from Wirecutter at “Knuckledragging My Life Away“. There’s a language warning involved in clicking over, but it’s at TAH, so that almost goes without saying, but I said it anyway. I won’t ruin the moment with commentary or cut and paste work. Just go.

  • Boston Globe: “Thousands” of veterans support OWS

    Yeah, i don’t know how they arrive at that “thousands” number, but I’d counter that millions of veterans are NOT marching in the flaccid movement. And if you look at the veterans who are supporting the OWS theater, they’re the pepetually outraged mannequins of the Left – IVAW. Scott olsen who was injured last week in Oakland belonged to both VFP and IVAW. Matthis Chiroux who wrote in the Huffington Post yesterday about the OWS “leadership” or the lack thereof, was a creation of IVAW. In this Boston Globe article one of the veterans in the article, Jerry Bordeleau, is one of the remaining actual veterans of the war in Iraq, or so he says;

    In the video, he says he wore his complete uniform to the protest….if he still fits in his uniform, I know why he’s not in service anymore. He must’ve cleaned the PMO out of donuts every morning.

    “For 10 years, we have been fighting wars that have enriched the wealthiest 1 percent, decimated our economy and left our nation with a generation of traumatized and wounded veterans that will require care for years to come,” said Carter, who leads the national Iraq Veterans Against the War group.

    Yeah, well, where is Jose Vasquez, the Executive Director of IVAW? He lives in New York City…why isn”t he leading the contingent. Maybe it’s because he never deployed to Iraq and he has no authority to speak for Iraq veterans, even though he heads an organization which has Iraq Veterans right there in the title.

    And you’ll notice that the Left puts veterans right in the front of their movements in their uniforms and IVAW T-shirts, organizations like IVAW are merely mannequins for the fruit pie Left. The hippies think that hiding behind their uniforms give them some sort of credibility. But IVAW lost any credibility they might have had when their executive director was an AWOL Coastie stationed in Hawaii who couldn’t bring himself to patrol fisheries for The Man.

    For a while IVAW started working for the health of returning veterans and I pretty much left them alone, but they’ve begun slipping back into their old habits. I guess, I’m going to have to order a whole new batch of FOIAs.

    Thanks to The Mr Wolf for the heads up.
