    Veterans Today crackpots see nukes

    TSO has been sending me links to Veterans Today this week, so I went over there to look for myself what the loons are doing. You might remember that we busted the founder and chief writer at VT, Gordon Duff when he tried to convince readers that he was Marine “special operations” in Vietnam last year. Well, now he’s telling his readers that the US has fired eight nuclear weapons in Afghanistan;

    Trump Uses Nukes: VT Teams Rush to Site of Nuclear Bunker Buster in Afghanistan

    Our investigations in Afghanistan have revealed the nuclear poisoning of that country from not only indiscriminate use of semi-depleted uranium munitions but the use, on at least 8 occasions, of tactical nuclear weapons. This is the cover story:

    The US military has dropped the largest non-nuclear bomb in the American arsenal on an area of eastern Afghanistan known to be populated by Daesh (ISIL) terrorists, according to the US Defense Department.

    A GBU-43/B Massive Ordnance Air Blast Bomb (MOAB), also known as the “mother of all bombs,” was dropped at 7 pm local time Thursday, the Pentagon confirmed.

    […]

    The US dropped thousands of depleted uranium bombs on the Iraq city of Fallujah in 2003, which killed thousands of people.

    A great proportion of all births in Fallujah since the strike have suffered from abnormalities and the rate of mutation among newborns is higher than what was found in Japan after America attacked the Asian country during the Second World War.

    Press TV has conducted an interview with senior editor of Veterans Today (VT) website, Gordon Duff, to further discuss the issue.

    The “depleted uranium” thing is just so much empty blather. The reason for using uranium is because of it’s density and it’s usefulness in penetrating armor and thick reinforced walls – there’s no such thing a “depleted uranium bomb” except in the minds of fear mongers.

    But the misnamed Veterans Today claims that they are sending investigators to Afghanistan to test soil and air samples for a nuclear detonation. I already know what the results will be.

    Veterans Today is funded by PressTV – the Iranian state media.

  • Anthony Gambino Pleads Guilty to Stolen Valor Charge

    Anthony Gambino Pleads Guilty to Stolen Valor Charge

    Jonn sends us a reminder why we do not take cases down.    Jonn last posted about this clown HERE.  Gambino had started a “Security” company and liked to make videos and publish pictures of himself with lots of scary black guns.

    That is a particularly stupid thing to do when you are a convicted felon and still wanted on other charges.

    Gambino — formerly known as Anthony Lee Martinez — was charged on May 12 in federal court on the firearms charge and with violating the Stolen Valor Act of 2013 by falsely claiming a decoration or medal to obtain money, property or other tangible benefits, according to the criminal complaint.

    When Jonn originally posted about Gambino last year, he showed up in the comment section of that post running his mouth.  Some guy that posts around here regularly told him to piss off.

    He did manage to followup with this letter:

    This is a letter to inform you that I will be obtaining your information and sueing for Libel. We have already took pictures of your artical ,comments, etc. One must reseach things before printing damaging and false information. KRQE is in the same situation. Gambino Security Corporation was not a fraud and media cost millions of damage. Thank you for your time and i hope in your future your organization is more careful as libel is a crime. Sincerely, Anthony Gambino

    Gambino’s lawyer babbled on about this all being some kind of misunderstanding.  He claimed that all of this was a result of the Governments right hand not talking to its left hand.  We had no idea what that meant then and still don’t now.  What we did know was that Gambino got thrown out of the Marine Corps because of a fraudulent enlistment and he had made claims of military awards that he was using to promote himself and his business.

    An article published yesterday by the Daily Times reports that Gambino pleaded guilty to charges of violating the Stolen Valor Act.  I guess he figured the long arm of justice would prevail.  Just a friendly reminder to all the Sock Puppets, Raving Loons and Babbling Barristers why we do not take down cases.

    There is another great article concerning Gambino and his antics over at The Burn Pit.  A well written celebration of  our Bambino being held accountable.  It is also evidence that not everyone who studies jurisprudence becomes a Babbling Barrister.

  • A Public Message to A One-Time TAH Commenter

    It has come to my attention that a recent commenter – using the screen name “Ralph Cinque” – apparently thinks I am someone I am not.

    Well, that’s happened before and is nothing new.  But this particular case seems to be a bit different.

    “Ralphie-boi” above appears to have a blog – which I’d never heard of until someone told me about it the other day.  Nothing new about that, either.

    From a single quick – and first-time – look at his blog after its existence was brought to my attention the other day, “Ralphie-boi” seems to be of the opinion that Oswald was framed for shooting JFK.  Hey, it’s still a free country; everyone is entitled to their opinion.

    “Ralphie-boi” also apparently has been having a running argument on his blog with some individual using the screen name or nom de plume “Hondo”.  The argument relates to the JFK assassination in some way; I didn’t bother to read enough of Ralphie-boi’s “scholarly work” to determine the precise details of that argument.

    Regardless: “Ralphie-boi” has apparently published a number of rebuttal articles directed at this individual he calls “Hondo” on his blog.  And he also seems to think this other individual is either named or using the screen name “Bpete” as well.

    And of course – according to “Ralphie-boi’s” immense intellect and amazing powers of analysis, it’s not possible that TWO DIFFERENT INDIVIDUALS might possibly use the same screen name or nom-de-plume. Apparently “Ralphie-boi” has determined that that simply can’t happen.

    So there you go: per “Ralphie-boi”, since I use the nom-de-plume “Hondo” here at TAH I must be the same guy with whom he’s been having his running argument regarding the JFK Assassination.

    Well, “Ralphie-boi” – I got some bad news for you.   Here’s a news flash fer ya, “Einstein”.

    I hate to “burst yer bubble” . . . but it is indeed possible for different individuals to use the same screen name on the Internet.  That’s precisely what has happened here.

    I am not the guy you’ve been arguing with on your blog.  Before yesterday, I had no idea you even had a blog.  I’ve never commented there, nor have I ever argued with you about the JFK Assassination.  The sole exchange I’ve ever had with you was my single reply to you that occurred on this blog, regarding the comment I linked above.

    Before that, I didn’t know you even existed.

    Oh, and your blog articles and use of logic kinda . . . well, IMO they rather suck. I wasted a bit of time looking at a couple of them. For starters, not responding to an argument is decidedly not the same thing, logically, as agreeing your opponent is correct – either tacitly or explicitly.   One has to see the article in question in the first place to respond; secondly, they have to feel the argument even merits a reply.

    Your blog articles IMO go rapidly downhill from there.

    I will say that at least you’re somewhat more literate than a few of the tools who have been featured here at TAH – you can string a readable sentence or two together, even if the use of logic therein leaves much to be desired.  And you don’t seem to TyPe LiKe An AdOlEsCeNt TeEnAgE GiRl HaViNg A hIsSy FiT after drinking an entire 2-liter Mountain Dew and finding out her boyfriend wants to dump her, either.

    Now, how about you take your half-baked ideas and comments back to your insular little JFK-conspiracy-theory-world and leave discussions here relating to military and government matters to rational adults.  And while you’re at it, how about you quit accusing me of being someone I’m not?

    Sheesh. I’d expect stuff like this from SoMeOnE eLsE wE kNoW aNd “LoVe”.   Wonder if they know each other, or are possibly related?

  • Gordon Duff goes full turnip over Jade Helm

    Gordon Duff goes full turnip over Jade Helm

    Someone on Facebook sent me this article from our friends at Veterans Today. I kind of lost track of them after they started taking money from Press TV, the Iranian government-controlled media. I’ve been checking on them recently what with Jade Helm going on. Somehow I missed this reasoned report by renowned serial crackpot Gordon Duff;

    According to classified sources (Wikipedia), over 88,000 troops of the murderous Obama/Soros regime have moved into Texas in recent days. Bloodthirsty murderers and rapists repatriated after their killing sprees in Iraq and Afghanistan have been brought into a secret base a few miles outside Waco, home of Bill Clinton and Janet Reno’s “slaughter-fest” of the Branch Davidians in 1993.

    Oh, he’s just getting wound up, folks. By the way, Gordon Duff endorsed the “murderous Obama” in 2012 election over Romney. I’m guessing that he regrets that endorsement now – much like Obama regrets Duff’s endorsement;

    The warehouses below are storage for human remains, according to highly placed sources on YouTube. Trainloads of shackles, 102,000 boxcars were counted, were unloaded here as well according to BeforeItsNews

    Those highly placed sources on YouTube are absolutely unimpeachable. They are a tic above regular bloggers, because they know how to push the “record” button on a video camera.

    Texas residents such as Chuck Norris are already organizing minutemen to prepare for an invasion, training locals in basic martial arts and self-defense.

    Well, I know whose side I’ll be on. There are lots of pictures at the links of things like tanks sitting on a concrete pad – you can’t just get those pictures from anywhere you know (well, unless you know how to use Google Earth). And there are convincing photos like this one;

    Duff world

    I’m sure there are Texas National Guardsmen wearing helmet liners from the 70s, wearing the old OD jungle fatigues and they’re armed with M16A1s. I’m not sure what you guys use in this century for commo, but I’m pretty sure it’s not the old PRC-77. And the SEAL Team’s disguise is very effective. I was convinced that they were a bunch of old Asian people.

    And there are indisputable pictures of signs;

    FEMA Death Camp

    If you’re wondering, Daboo 7 is one of those highly placed YouTube sources.

    Make no mistake, Obama would love to hold President George W. Bush as his prisoner and try to make him recant his faith in God on national television. Obama is planning to work with the army of Mexico, mercenaries from South America and Russian conscripts to make a push through the Gulf of Mexico. With a beachhead set in Texas, Obama can then push out and start a Western invasion of tech-rich California, all while the rest of America is torn in a Civil War started by this summer’s race riots.

    Leaked Document: Obama’s Invasion Plans for American Southwest

    Yep, because if Obama could make Bush recant his faith, Obama would finally be King of the World – it all makes sense, now.

    In total, 28 secret bases have been discovered inside Texas with a total of 285,000 troops stationed on them. This one, most recent of the 3 secret US Army bases is part of an infiltration and subjugation plan formulated by Franklin D. Roosevelt and General George Marshall in 1942. They named it “Fort Hood,” and 88,000 troops are stationed there now and have been for some time.

    Fort Bliss, current home of the 30,000 man 1st Armored Division was established in 1878. General Pershing trained his army there starting in 1914.

    Auschwitz Texas,” AKA “Fort Sam Houston” was established in the 1970s and, just as most Texans fear, stands ready to vaccinate, operate and cure hundreds of thousands of unwitting (is there any other kind) Texans.

    Thus far, no Texan has yet realized that over 200,000 troops have been stationed in Texas since the end of World War II.

    “Steers and Morons?”

    This is what happens when a fellow spends 18 months in the Marine Corps, rockets to the rank of Lance Corporal and thinks that he’s some kind of military expert.

    Of course, when the round-ups don’t happen Gordon will tell us that we can thank him because he exposed the conspiracy before it could come to fruition.

  • Bradley William Stone; kills six family members

    Bradley William Stone; kills six family members

    Bradley William Stone

    So, there is this fellow named Bradley William Stone who killed six people today in Pennsylvania and the police are hunting for him. Of course, he was a veteran;

    Stone is known to use a cane or walker to assist him, the DA said, and he may be wearing military fatigues, in either sand or green color.

    According to a Marine spokesperson, Stone is a former Marine reservist who served from 2002 to 2011, with one deployment to Iraq, leaving with the rank of sergeant. He was deployed to Iraq from April, 2008 until July, 2008.

    Well, see that explains it to me and the rest of the media. But, maybe it was the walker that drove him over the edge – using a walker drives me crazy. Or maybe it was his marriage, all of his victims were related to him somehow.

    “She would tell anybody who would listen that he was going to kill her, and that she was really afraid for her life,” said Evan Weron, a neighbor of Stone’s ex-wife, Nicole Stone.

    That makes me wonder if there was an order of protection involved.

    Or maybe it was Pennsylvania that pushed him over the edge – there have been a couple of newsworthy shootings and manhunts there recently – fueled by media minute-by-minute coverage. Or it could be because he’s a ginger. I’ve heard some things about those people.

    These guys always kill themselves before they’re caught – they should do that first. I wrote this post last night hoping he’d rectify the problem himself by now, that doesn’t seem to be the case yet.

    ADDED: This comment below seems relevant.

  • It Is Hunting Season Here in WV… Or Something?

    I don’t actively hunt anymore myself, got a pal who does hunt our 75 acres and gives us more venison than we can eat for the privilege…

    That aside, there is another way I can tell when the season begins.

    Dunno?

  • Joe Teti becomes toxic

    Joe Teti becomes toxic

    Joe Teti Bio

    We first wrote about Joe Teti, the sole surviving cast member of Discovery Channel’s Dual Survival, back in May of last year. Most recently, he was tossed from the Special Forces Association for embellishing he career. The Marine Corps Times reports that some of Teti’s sponsors on the show are pushing away from him;

    Cabela’s hunting and sporting goods chain, one of Teti’s main sponsors, cut ties with him over the weekend.

    Since joining “Dual Survival” last year, Teti had become the centerpiece for Cabela’s special events. As recently as Sept. 16, he was booked by the chain for the grand opening of a store in Oregon.

    […]

    And now Casio, another Teti sponsor, is considering breaking ties as well.

    “It’s under review,” says David Johnson, vice president of Casio’s timepiece division. “We are aware of the stuff that’s come out. The timing is unfortunate because we just started this relationship with the guy.”

    The watchmaker signed Teti in August to help promote its new line of Pro Trek watches.

    “We’re gathering as much information as we can, and we’ll make a decision in the very near future,” Johnson tells Military Times.

    The Discovery Channel isn’t saying anything yet – they’ve been through two co-hosts in recent years; David Canterbury pretended to be a sniper and a paratrooper, and Cody Lundin, a lifelong civilian, left under questionable circumstances just this year.

    I’m thinking that the Discovery Channel’s problems stem from Joe Teti. Of course he has his urine-drinking fans who support his needless taking of animal lives. I never watched the show (those “egos on display” reality shows put me to sleep), so I’m sure Discovery Channel wont make any decisions based on my opinion. But Teti is an irrational crackpot and Discovery Channel should really stop making those shows, you know, if they want to be successful.

    ADDED: You can see updates to the Teti controversy at Scottie’s place.

  • Kokesh’s Virginia conviction

    Chief Tango sends us a link to the Washington Post which reports that, in Fairfax County, Virginia yesterday, Adam Kokesh, IVAW member, was convicted of drug and gun charges;

    Kokesh, 32, entered an Alford plea in Circuit Court to two felonies related to his possession of hallucinogenic mushrooms while possessing a gun. In an Alford plea, a defendant does not admit guilt but acknowledges that prosecutors have enough evidence to obtain a conviction.

    […]

    Prosecutors said Thursday that police found 10 guns and drugs, including LSD, marijuana, cocaine, ecstasy and mushrooms.

    So he goes back to court in September for sentencing – he faces 15 years on those charges. He still on probation from his guilty plea in DC for loading a shotgun on the streets of that city for a video. I’ve watched Kokesh get arrested for his various antics no less than five times since he first came on our radar back in 2007. If my memory still serves me, these two arrests are the first time he was actually sentenced to anything. I guess he thought he was bullet proof and he kept upping the ante.

    In response to a judge’s questions Thursday, Kokesh said he had “deliberately made an act of civil disobedience” by creating the video. But he said he had not anticipated that it would lead to the raid on his Snowflake Court home.

    Yeah, well, his luck had to run out eventually.
