  • Code Pink heckler gets “neck injury” for beclowning herself

    DefendUSA sends a link from The Blaze with the news that one of the Code Pink hags who interrupted Bibi Netanyahu’s speech to Congress from the galleries is complaining that she has a “neck injury” from the “shushing” she got from Capitol Police.

    From the peace group CODEPINK, Rae [Abileah] is a 28 yr. old Jewish American of Israeli descent. She has traveled to Israel, the West Bank and Gaza and witnessed firsthand the reality of occupation and oppression. “Prime Minister Netanyahu says that the 1967 borders are indefensible. But what is really indefensible is the occupation of land, the starvation of Gaza, the jailing of dissenters and the lack of equal rights in the alleged Israeli democracy. As a Jew and an American taxpayer, I can’t be silent when these crimes are being committed in my name and with my tax money.”

    Yeah, she’s Israeli like Matthis is an Afghanistan veteran. She grew up on Halfmoon Bay in California and lives in San Francisco. We can only wish that her injury was severe enough to shut her up for a while.

    By the way, Bibi’s recovery was better than Rae’s will be…you can see it at this link.

    ADDED: I bumped the post and added Rae’s letter to us fans of Code Pink;

    Imagine! Brad Pitt! My heart’s all aflutter!

  • Code Pink loves some Ron Paul

    In the event you need another reason to dislike either Ron Paul or Code Pink, Fox News reports that they’re almost in bed together these days;

    “The Ron Paul people are closer and closer to our talking points with each election,” Code Pink activist Liz Hourican told FoxNews.com.

    Hourican specifically was referring to Paul’s and Code Pink’s respective positions on U.S. aid to Israel — both have called for eliminating it. Code Pink, known for staging noisy disruptions at hearings and speeches where their topics of interest are being discussed, shares other common ground with Paul, like opposition to the Afghanistan and Iraq wars. But the Israel issue added a new layer.

    Paul spokeswoman Rachel Mills, asked about the Code Pink comment, suggested Code Pink might be gravitating toward the congressman’s view, rather than the other way around.

    Well, sure when your foreign policy stance is intellectually vacant and naive, you’re bound to find equally vacuous people on the other end of the spectrum. Can we expect Paul to start wearing pink feather boas? We already know that Medea has the proper garb to be a Paulian;

  • Dhimmi Ann Wright

    While Israel is busy battling protesters who breached the country’s borders on five sides this weelend, ANSWER and Ann Wright (you can see her records at that link) are planning to open a sixth front from the sea. Here’s Wright surrounded by the people who would behead her given half a chance;

    The last time Wright went on one of these flotillas, Israeli commandos attacked the boats. We can only hope that this time they’ll just sink the flotilla. Here’s a YouTube video of Wright announcing her intentions to invade a sovereign country in violation of it’s laws.

    You have a great opportunity to send her your money so she can go off on this fool’s errand to appease Iran, Hamas and Hezbollah.

    Thanks to Tom for the links.

  • Code Pink gets buyer’s remorse

    I don’t really feel sorry for her but poor Chelsea Byers admits that she was a sucker for buying into the Hope and Change;

    She goes on to list all of her grievances;

    There are so many things to be frustrated about, it boggles the mind, chief among them:
    — After promising to close Guantanamo, Obama now has signed an Executive Order directing that dozens of inmates continue to be held indefinitely without charges.
    — WikiLeaker Pfc. Bradley Manning is allegedly being tortured in prison and our President has already declared him guilty before he’s even been tried.
    — The use of unmanned drones in Libya, Afghanistan, Yemen, and Pakistan is killing innocent civilians (not to mention our own troops), escalating the war in Libya, and only making the world more dangerous.
    — While he is waging war in Libya, Obama hasn’t even taken a strong stand against Syrian President Bashar al-Assad for killing peaceful protestors.

    When you buy a unicorn, don’t be surprised when turns out to be a horse with a cardboard horn duct taped to it’s forehead and those Skittles poops taste like crap.

  • Where Did All the Anti-War Protestors Go?

    John Stossel asks the same question that we here at TAH have been asking since 2008 “Where Did All the Anti-War Protestors Go?“;

    …the war in Afghanistan ramped up after Obama was elected. American fatalities shot up in 2009 and 2010.

    The protesters have remained silent over Libya.

    And I’m struck by the hypocrisy of the supposedly “anti-war” politicians who voted against Iraq, like Nancy Pelosi. Since Obama was elected, she has voted to continue the war in Afghanistan … and supported the attack on Libya.

    After the anemic Code Pink/IVAW/ANSWER protest in March of 2008, we asked where the protesters have been. It seems that they weren’t really anti-war at all, but more anti-Bush. The fact that the Geezers For Sitting On Our Hands (VFP) are still trying to impeach Bush (and Nixon apparently) more than two years after he left office is proof.

  • Code Pink; We need another 35 years of diplomacy to settle Libya

    TSO sent us a letter from Code Pink in which they urge us to tell the White House that 35 years of diplomacy to bring Gadaffi out of office just isn’t enough time;

    We know that Muammar Gaddafi is a dictator and we support Libyan people who are rising up to oust him. But bringing in the cruise missiles to the “rescue”? No way! Our government’s involvement should be to use creative diplomacy, negotiations, and international pressure, not war.

    Never mind that every time Gadaffi adjusted his behavior to the world’s will, it was the direct result of the West’s military action.

    Spitballing what the hags of Code Pink meant by “creative diplomacy”, TSO suggested; Creative diplomacy…probably entails sending a card with macaroni glued to it in a peace symbol shape. In turn, I posited that they were threatening to stage another “breasts not bombs” demonstration if Gadaffi didn’t stop bombing his own people.

    Which brings up another point; before the US started striking at Gadaffi’s forces, those forces were killing Libyans. I guess Code Pink thinks only US ordnance kills.

  • Manning protest at Quantico

    I don’t know how they did it, but CNN was able to video the protest at Quantico without any shots of Ann Wright (I wonder how many videographers were hospitalized keeping her nasty face out of camera range), but she did get her dusty old ass arrested.

    I noticed that Jimbo did get a picture of the old hag with Tighe Berry and Medea Benjamin. I see Tighe is still looking for his gonads.

    CNN, locked in the 70s, thinks that interviewing Daniel Ellsberg is some kind of coup, I suppose. The anti-war crowd exhumed his rotting corpse to remind us of the Pentagon Papers.

    Reports that Manning has been held in near-total isolation and forced to sleep without clothing during his nearly eight-month detention has sparked outrage from human rights and peace activists. The controversy even played a hand in the resignation of now-former State Department spokesman P.J. Crowley, who reportedly suggested that the Defense Department is mistreating Manning.

    Ellsberg said that Crowley “acted honorably and boldly” for uttering the remarks that got the former Defense Department spokesman fired. Crowley called the treatment of Manning at the hands of the military “ridiculous and counterproductive and stupid.”

    Of course Zombie Ellsburg thinks Manning is honorable, otherwise his own reputation might suffer. It’s kind of like Mao applauding Kim Jong Il as a great humanitarian.

  • The mud-puddle-deep intellect of the Left

    TSO sent me a link yesterday which was some pussy on Firedoglake complaining that Washington Post’s Dana Milbank was making fun of him for standing naked in the street near the State Department (for some reason) in support of Bradley Manning.

    Milbanks writes;

    Now it’s time for Manning’s fans to accept that he’s not necessarily the champion of freedom they have made him out to be. It’s one thing to demand his right to partake of the Fruit of the Loom. It’s another thing to make him into a martyr.

    Logan Price responds;

    Our military has sent so many of my peers – idealistic young Americans – to die painful and horrible deaths or come home wounded and traumatized from a war founded on lies.

    Rather than pursue the criminals who lied over nine-hundred times to get us into Iraq, the Obama administration is bent on taking it all out on Bradley — a shy young private who may have been the only person courageous enough to give us anything close to the full truth about these horrible wars.

    First, Junior, you have no peers in the military – they’re all better people than you. Secondly, standing naked in the street only makes you look ridiculous, it doesn’t make any coherent statement. Especially when you support a creepy little perv like Manning.
