  • Need some help from the Uniform/Medal gurus

Let me start by saying, yes, this is a shitty photograph. It’s the one I have, not the one I want to go to war with.

    Leatherby2a

With that said, can anyone make out anything on it? When I tell you this is the worst dude in the world, I am not being dramatic. This guy is the biggest turd in the entire sewer system.

For those who want the story, here you go. As an update, I talked to investigators, Oregon state officials and attorneys today. The guy is now default on his agreement with the State, and will be prosecuted.

BTW- The background check came back with mailing address: HQ BN B CO, TWENTYNINE PALMS CA 92278, SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY

  • John DeMayo, lying hack POS blogger at Freedom Outpost tries to take on the big dogs

    CVland

For a few days we’ve been sparring with this no talent assclown John DeMayo over at Freedom Outpost. I was going to do a long post today pointing out the various lies, inconsistencies, dishonesty and sheer hackery this guy commits on a daily basis. I was going to discuss how he does for writing what Jeffrey Dahmer did for grilling, but this morning I just don’t think it is worthy of the effort. (Although, on that last point, DUDE, could you please figure out the difference between “accept” and “except” and start using them properly.)

Instead, I am going to let our attorney, the great Jerry Galo Jerry Calo Vincent LaGuardia Gambini give you the overview.

DeMayo thinks he’s a law expert. I’m assuming he went to the Dallas Wittlessone School of Law or something based on his comments. Either that or he watches a pantsload of Law and Order from his Mom’s basement. For some completely inexplicable reason, he keeps Mirandizing people. I kid you not, a reporter keeps advising people of their right to remain silent. He did it to Eric Skinner, and then again to Lilyea. Presumably the latter was some sort of scary threat about Jonn being arrested.

What could he be arrested for? Nothing. DeMayo is such an imbecile he didn’t know the difference between a DD214 and a 2-1 file. He kept accusing Jonn and Scott Hughes of publishing a DD214, even though it was obvious they had not. He used this fiction to contact the lovely Mary at POW Network, and then my work, and made comments on his post, our post, his facebook page, and Lord knows hundreds of other places.

At long last, after making a complete ass of himself for 48 hours, he writes this:

    DeMayo apology

Even there he’s being a dishonest hack, as it was sent to him. I know because I have the email sending it to him. And where’s this phantom apology? It exists only in his delusional mind.  And what is a 201 file?  Dude, he can’t even get his apology right.  (See comments below. it is possible DeMayo did mean 201, but in context here I still kind of doubt it.  Thanks to MSG Retired though.)

But like I said, I’m not going to do the full bore “E. Dale Buxton, II (Esq.)” treatment on this dude today, because I am so very, very afraid. DeMayo wrote this piece last night, posted it around 6 pm, and it is so much on fire it threatens to burn the internet (a series of tubes) right to the ground because of all the traffic it is getting. It already has two comments, and is priced to move from there into the middle single digits. DeMayo even shared it on 30 other Facebook pages he is so super, super cereal about it. So, I’m calling the entire TAH team in together today to come up with an appropriate PR, legal and ethical approach to answering this grave threat.

My initial thought is to go with name calling and mockery, since that has worked well for us in the past. But then again, maybe hit him with something new, like Haiku’s and limericks.

    Dishonest jackass
    Peddling shit on inter-tubes
    Go home you are drunk

    or

The dishonest hack DeMayo did say,
I’m going to be on you guys all night and all day,
    Kept making up shit
    Had an apoplectic fit
As James Earl Jones said, he’s cray cray.

(Jonn suggests But Jonn & Mark continued to play and Scotty says it should end with Exposing the phonies day to day.  Please comment with your own poetry.)

BTW- Here is the last paragraph of his latest offal offering (that’s a bit of a pun for you):

My next article will explore the business of Stolen Valor organizations, its players, agenda and the honored and decorated veterans they have attacked. You will be enraged.

Anyone want to place bets on what “honored and decorated veterans” will be the centerpiece of that piece of brilliance? Wittless, Arthur South, Tony Meyers and Ray Hall are the first four that leap to mind.

And now I will get back to actually helping veterans instead of whatever the hell DeMayo is doing. That thing with the vets that got screwed by the guy in Oregon has me incensed, so I want to see what I can do to help.

UPDATE: This guy is comedy proof, I swear to Spongebob.  He literally is defending that people in the VA are subject to the UCMJ, and citing to this link.

Completely without reason.  Dude is NVTS.

Also, DeMayo apparently didn’t get the “cereal” reference.

  • JR Salzman and the grateful Kurdish cab driver

    Crossposted from paying gig.
    JR

Long time readers know that I am a huge fan of JR Salzman.  In fact, he may have pulled ahead of Tom Brady as my favorite athlete as well, although once I get over the trauma of the Debacle in Denver from Sunday night JR may move back to second.

For some background, the first time I talked about him here was in December of 2009 when Tiger Woods was named Athlete of the Year.  I argued it should have been JR:

Seven time World Log Rolling Champion, wounded Iraq Veteran, military blogger and all around good man:  J.R. Salzman   Probably everyone knows by now that Tiger Woods was named the AP Athlete of the Decade.  I am not here to say it wasn’t deserved.  His record is incomparable: 64 tournament wins, 12 major championships.  I’ve always been a fan of Tiger’s, but possibly for a different reason: his dad was Special Forces during Viet Nam.  In fact, while I was training for my stint in the Ghan, Tiger came down to Bragg and ran with the troops and gave out some golf lessons.  The whole debacle going down now makes me sad, because Tiger should be known for what he does with his putter, and not what he does with his…..um….putter. But, Athletes should be rated on how they compete in Athletics.  We don’t rate our church leaders on how well they hit a dimpled ball, and neither should we rate our sports stars on how they conduct their private business. But, it is only human to factor in such things.  It’s why everyone loves or hates Terrell Owens and Chad Ochocinco, and why my favorite players have always been Mark Bavaro and Larry Izzo.  But, a good case can be made that the most deserving person for Athlete of the Decade is 7 time World Log Rolling Champion, wounded Iraq Veteran, military blogger and all around good man:  J.R. Salzman.

Here is a piece from ESPN 360 to give you some context:

Once JR got back he started writing, and when I could not make it to the Warrior Games (a competition featuring all wounded and sick servicemembers) I asked JR to cover the games for us.  He did a phenomenal job.  Last year JR went back, although this time as a competitor.  And he came home with a slew of medals to show for it.

But now JR writes for the NRA, doing stories about military and law enforcement.  I still hook up with him from time to time to cover events and have a few adult beverages while discussing our time in the military.  His only big fault I can see is that he drinks foo foo drinks instead of Guinness.

Anyway, a few weeks ago on a business trip to Dallas he ran into someone special, Dallas cab driver Sibari Diwali.

This happens to me on occasion too. I always ask my cab drivers where they are from, because I have visited so many countries, I get excited when they are from Senegal, Kyrgyzstan or any other place I have been. But if this had happened to me, I could have been moved as much as JR was.

  • WANTED: Anyone with any contacts at Thule, Greenland Air Force Base

OK, let’s see if this works. Trying to set up a trip for March/April-ish to Thule, Greenland to the Air Force Base. Anyone know someone up there?

  • Veterans Today: All Hail Marduk, new King of Africa

    Sure, why not.

A very interesting rumor from a reputable source, is that the Mandela Funeral was used as a cover-story to assemble the world’s Top Leaders to pay homage to an ancient Nephilim alien ET leader called Marduk and who has allegedly returned after hundreds of years absence to be crowned as the new King of Africa, perhaps later to be elevated to “Ruler of The NWO” or the “New Caesar of the Ages”as the final Third Force Plan for the Globalist NWO is revealed and actuated in full.

If true, the Mandela funeral has perhaps provided great cover to assemble the world’s top leaders to pay homage to Marduk as the new “Crowned King of Africa”. And as the Mandela Funeral became a major world event covered in detail on every major news network around the world, there were several strange anomalies during or surrounding the funeral that have became apparent and which can be interpreted in ways which support this rumor.

This shit is getting stiffled by most the news organizations, but I saw this on MSNBC:

  • “Air Force Amy”, paragon of integrity and Nevada hooker is to be trusted! I’m super, super cereal!

There is a devious and dastardly person amongst us my friends.  Not here at TAH, but someone so depraved and malicious that they would stoop to nothing to take down a cherished celebrity prostitute by using artifice to convince us she’s a stolen valor hooker.

    The plot went like this:

    1. Create fake We Served profile using false name and pictures of Air Force Amy.
    2. …………
    3. Air Force Amy is defamed, and her occupation as a 48 year old sex worker suffers from folks thinking she was fake.

    Devious.  Just straight devious.

Ms Amy wrote me repeatedly yesterday stressing that she never created this profile:

    Air Force Amy

Now granted, the bio exactly matches the one she has on her website, the pictures are her, but the devious bastard mentioned above used someone else’s name.  It reminds me of when Sheldon paid for the DVD that Leonard never returned, and then waited 7 years to use it to win an argument.  Just straight devious.

Now, I would love to make things right, but “Air Force Amy” says she won’t give us her name.  She plans to sue us, but apparently she thinks she can do that under an assumed name or something.  If there is one thing I have learned in my 10 years of blogging and 40 years of life it is this, if you can’t trust a 48 hooker who once spanked a man in a diaper on HBO, you can’t trust anyone.  I mean sure, she brags about how she “traded sexual favors with an airman at base ops and got transferred to Nellis AFB in Las Vegas” but she was also voted “Best Legal Prostitute” by the Reno News and Review and also “Ohio State, Pony Hunter Grand Champion.”  You can understand her wanting to correct this grave injustice since she has such a great reputation to defend.  Porn Stars who act in movies with Ron Jeremy (which possibly explains the pony hunter thing) are among the most honest of all people, as numerous public polls have shown.

Again though, she refuses to actually verify any of the bullshit, I mean facts, that she claims about herself, so we should just take her word for it.

So, we have no reason to doubt, or ability to verify her claim that she was honorably discharged as an E5 after banging an airman to get transferred to Nellis.  (Google it) Additionally, we have no way to refute or confirm that:

I am highly Decorated USAF disabled Veteran, including an extremely hard to get Meritorious Service Medal. I received numerous awards such as “Airman of the Year”, “Woman of the Year”, and “S.P. of the Year”. I was promoted twice “Below the Zone” (earlier than my peers). I also received the “John Levitow Award, the Highest Academic Award achievable.

I don’t think I even need to go into that stuff.  Just take her word for it, despite the people saying you can’t get promoted twice BTZ for an E5. I don’t know, and I don’t care, because I trust Amy as much as I trust Santa bringing me a new pony.

I was an Air Base Ground Defense Instructor and Anti -Terrorism Specialist. I also performed Law Enforcement and Security duties. I worked with the Diplomatic Security Service, The Office of Special Investigations, Naval Intelligence, Army Special Forces, Navy Seals and thousands upon thousands of the sexiest hard-bodied men and women throughout all branches of the U.S. and Foreign Governments.

All believable.  When I was a cub scout I trained a SWAT team on making fire with a stick and bow. Thoroughly and completely believable without any documentation, and shame on any of you for doubting it.

So, as Amy prepares her legal claim against us, I will take down the previous post.  It will stay down until she files and we are able to verify all her claims.  Unless of course she just disappears and doesn’t prove any of it, in which case it will go back up.  Because if there is a bigger threat to the economic livelihood of a 48 year old hooker than gravity, it is Stolen Valor claims from a website that stood for 10 months before she complained.

Of course, it would be easiest if she just provided a DD214 that we would FOIA anyway when she files suit.  But let’s do it her way.

NOTE: I am not linking to her website, if you want to google her, just go ahead, but I accidentally hit a link at work yesterday and am waiting for IT to come ask me just what I was doing.  Almost as bad as the time I accidentally pulled up pictures of Ron Mailahn’s junk by accident.

To see Amy in all her intellectual glory, you can watch her and intellectual giant “Bunny Love” on some dopey TV show:

  • “Friendly Atheist” and Legion Post battle over contributions to Park District

Crossposted from the paying gig, but I thought some of you might want to weigh in…

When I deployed to Afghanistan and Bosnia as an infantryman, in dealing with different cultures my guiding star was to remember that I was acting as a sort of Ambassador for my country.  As such, I had to show respect for the culture, whatever my personal opinions on certain things.  In both warzones I participated in various public events, gatherings and discussions with the locals.  On some of those occasions the discussions had a religious component, either specifically stated, or latently present.  I drank innumerable cups of sugary tea with Imam’s, local religious leaders and people of religions other than my own.  When a local leader would call upon Allah to guide us in our discussion, I simply bowed my head and mirrored my own invocation that peace and progress would come from the meeting.  When I rode along in the Afghan National Army vehicles emblazoned with the flag of their country, I respected their love of country and culture.  It never really bothered me.  When I went to Senegal last year a village wise man and religious leader asked if he could pray over us.  I have no idea what religion he was, although our interpreter struggled to explain the tenets which seemed to have an Anamist bent to it.  Again, I bowed my head and internally asked for blessings to come upon these West Africans.

To me, that seemed the respectful thing to do.  I certainly had the constitutional right to walk out, I just didn’t see a need to avail myself of it.  I’m a bit of a liberal religiously I suppose.  To each their own.  If someone had called on the power of the Great Spaghetti Monster to smite our enemies, I would have kept my head bowed, and my opinions to myself.

Now, I bring that up only to let you know where I stand on such things.  Because it does factor in to this debate.  First, the background from the Chicago Tribune:

This fall, members of American Legion Post 134 [Illinois] announced that the group no longer would contribute financial and volunteer support for park programs until [Morton Grove, IL] Park District Commissioner Dan Ashta stands when the pledge is recited at the start of Park District board meetings.

Post commander Joseph Lampert said at the time that the veterans group did not expect Ashta to recite the pledge or place his hand over his heart. They did, however, expect him to stand out of respect.

Ashta, an attorney who focuses on constitutional law, said placing the pledge on the agenda forces meeting attendees to stand, which is an act of speech. His refusal to stand, he said, is a defense of the public’s right to free speech.

Not standing is certainly Ashta’s right.  And not donating resources is certainly a prerogative of an American Legion post.  I want to cite to another article which more fully lays out the Legion posts position:

  • The unbearable lightness of being Paul K. Wickre: The Neverending Story

When last we left you in the saga of Paul K. Wickre, he had graduated to leaving threatening voicemails, emails and comments. In fact, Blackfive had picked up on what was happening to us, and tried to give it some publicity. It worked, and they made Paul’s naughty list. Here was the voicemail Paul left on my work machine at the time threatening Blackfive.

Yes, I also laughed at “I’m trying to be reasonable.” Because nothing says “reasonable” like comments such as:

spEAKING AS YOU DO, YOU DESERVE THE WORST. i HAVE 30& OF YOUR ADDRESSES, dONT BE SURPRISED MY THE NEWSPAPERS.
yOU SLIMY FUCKING CUNTS. yOU ARE THE WORST AS TO ADDRESS ME. i WILL FIND YOU.

Having failed in that regard, Paul and his wife Karen decided to file “peace orders” against Jonn. Now, a peace order is a civil hearing wherein basically you have a hearing and if the judge decides to put a “do not contact” order in place he does. It seemed like an unlikely approach as a foray into the legal system, but Paul was attempting an end-around. He added into the claims that he not only wanted “do not contact” orders, but also the blog taken down entirely. (Also he wanted Jonn’s guns taken away, something the hearing didn’t have the power to grant.) I’m really unclear how he thought that would work, but that’s what he asked for. Now, since I was not a named person on that hearing, and because it was never going to work, I decided that it just wasn’t in my best interest to drive halfway across the country for the hearing, especially when my lawyer said he wouldn’t call me to the stand.

    Wickre attempt

And then I came into work to this voicemail from Paul:

(Pay attention to the Google thing, I will be back to that in a minute.)

Anyway, that voicemail sounded an awful like trying to convince me not to come and testify. It sounded like a bully trying to keep me away from the trial. It sounded that way to a lot of other folks as well, including lawyers I consulted who are not on my legal team. So, I got in my car and drove 12 hours to the hearing. (I drive slow.)

After an interminable wait while a series of women were granted peace orders against men who allegedly threatened or beat them (seemed to me that several were bogus sounding) we finally were transferred to our own courtroom with our own judge. Again, the peace orders were by both Paul and Karen separately against Jonn. Our lawyer was there, and Wickre had two lawyers, his civil one and his criminal one. There was also a guy there to watch, who told me later that he had worked with Paul previously and said he’d been a lunatic since he had met him some six years earlier.
