Neal Boortz gave a speech at the University of Georgia and according to his report, he was respectfully treated and the speech was well received.  

Writing for the campus newspaper, Red and Black however, sophomore ZAID JILANI was very opposed to Neal’s visit:

Don’t get me wrong, I’m a huge defender of free speech.

But this is different. Neal Boortz is being paid to come speak by the UU, and his brand of hate-radio extremism is being subsidized by my student fees. When some workers at the University are being paid terribly low wages and can barely feed their families, my student fees are being used to bring a guy to campus who has referred to minimum wage workers as “pathetic human beings.”

He calls himself a member of the anti-government Libertarian Party, but has no problem approving of illegal wiretapping of the U.S. citizens, illegal wars of aggression, and state persecution of immigrants.

The terror surveillance program is not illegal and in fact works particularly among people with names like ZAID.  The illegal war of aggression that you speak of is the same one that leading Democrats voted for and in fact just did it again by voting in favor of declaring the Iranian Quds Forces a terror organization.  You do realize that there is a distinction between “state persecution” and enforcing the damn law, right?

He’s just a bully who sets his sights on a defenseless target – mothers on welfare, the homeless, Muslims and immigrants – and flies off the handle with ad hominem rhetoric, trying his hardest to appeal to the most hateful element of the human psyche, activating cognitive dissonance that overrides any logical thinking and fills his Middle America listeners with fear of anyone who isn’t like them.

Muslims are defenseless targets?  This entire religion is built on hate, conquest and murder. Maybe the defenseless might be better characterized as the patrons in a pizza joint or passengers on a bus that are about to be murdered by a “defenseless” murdering savage wearing a bomb.  

Then the “defenseless” Muslim’s family will rejoice his actions.  These are the same savages who will murder people over a frigging cartoon!I’m not even going to start on the “defenseless” immigrants.  MS-13, Google it!

I doubt seriously that Mr. Boortz (an attorney by the way) would ever characterize a snot-nosed 19 year old buffoon as “over-educated”.  So, just go back to your “Defenseless Muslim” Studies class and STFU!

Bill Warner sent a scathing post to Atlas about a fairly new veterans group that claims that Muslims fought on the side of the Allies in World War II.  Now they are in bed with terror-supporting CAIR and plan to have a big event for Veterans Day.

(Washington, DC – 11/01/2007) – On Veteran’s Day, American Muslim service members will lay a wreath at the National WWII Memorial to honor Muslims and all those who served in that conflict. Additionally, three surviving American Muslim WWII veterans will be honored, including Army Sgt. Nazeem Abdul Hakeem who fought at Normandy.

They of course do not mention the SGTs unit or discharge papers or anything to substantiate his claim of fighting at Normandy.  That’s probably because if he did, he was likely fighting on the Nazi side!

Mr. Warner is correct that all of the official alliances in the Arab world sided with the Nazis during World War II.  In fact, the leading Muslim cleric in the world at the time, Grand Mufti al-Husseni of Jerusalem issued a Fatwa in 1941 directing all Muslims to a holy war against England.

This is important because if SGT Hakeem actually fought on the side of the Allies in Normandy, he was willfully defying a holy Fatwa.  This action, as CAIR is more than aware, would have been akin to being an Apostate.  And of course the penalty for that, and pretty much everything else in this made up savage religion, is death.

Bob Novak has finally “jumped the shark”.

I think Robert Novak is suffering from temporary insanity this week as he promotes the new film about Jimmy Carter called Jimmy Carter: Man From Plains. Novak makes the ridiculous assertion that Carter’s views on the Israeli/Palestinian conflict are the correct ones.

Anyone supporting any foreign policy position of Jimmy Carter has simply lost their mind!

“Jumping the shark” is a fairly modern phrase meaning that something has went beyond its peak.  It traces its roots to an episode of Happy Days (late in its life with ratings plummeting) in which Fonzi jumps over a (penciled in) shark while water skiing.It was such an absurd gimmick that it became recognized as the signal that Happy Days was finally done.  I don’t know what Bob Novak would look like in swimming trunks and a leather jacket but the parallel in absurdity is clear.

The whole premise of land for peace with a bunch of 7^th century savages who are hell-bent to kill everyone that does not embrace their lunatic cult is laughable.  The idea that a formerly respected journalist and pundit like Bob Novak would promote any plan by Jimmy Carter regarding the Middle-East is just as laughable.

There is not a sane person in the world who believes that the United States dropped a tactical nuke on Syria; so why publish it?

According to the Jerusalem Post, al Jazeera is reporting that the United States bombed Syria on September 6 with tactical nuclear weapons.The September 6 raid over Syria was carried out by the US Air Force, the Al-Jazeera Web site reported Friday. The Web site quoted Israeli and Arab sources as saying that two US jets armed with tactical nuclear weapons carried out an attack on a suspected nuclear site under construction. The sources were quoted as saying that Israeli F-15 and F-16 jets provided cover for the US planes.

The sources added that each US plane carried one tactical nuclear weapon and that the site was hit by one bomb and was totally destroyed.

Why publish it?  Because the masses in the Religion of Perpetual Outrage are awash in an amazing level of cultural stupidity.  This gaggle of brain-dead, seventh century savages will believe anything as long as it causes outrage against the American Infidels. At some point the IAEA or some other organization is going to get to the site and discover residual radioactivity.  When you blow up a nuclear facility, this is a natural occurrence.  The Syrians will claim that this radiation is a result of the US bombing and the Religion of Retards will buy it.

The background here is the National Voter Registration Act, commonly known as “Motor Voter,” that President Bill Clinton signed into law in 1993. It required all states to offer voter registration to anyone getting a driver’s license. One simply fills out a form and checks a box stating he is a citizen; he is then registered and in most states does not have to show any ID to vote.

New York Governor Spitzer and now Hillary are countering recent pushes in many states to require photo ID to vote.  Why do I need to produce an ID to purchase Sudafed but not to vote for the leadership of the most powerful country in the world?  For that matter, why in the hell do I have to “Press 1 for English” in America?This is not about “coming out of the shadows” or making the roads safer; this is about voter fraud. Period!Isn’t checking the citizenship block fraudulently illegal?  Actually yes but the Board of Elections has no was to prosecute it.
 
But no one checks if the person registering to vote is indeed a citizen. That greatly concerns New York election officials, who processed 245,000 voter registrations at DMV offices last year. “It would be [tough to catch] if someone wanted to . . . get a number of people registered who aren’t citizens and went ahead and got them drivers’ licenses,” says Lee Daghlian, spokesman for New York’s Board of Elections. Assemblywoman Ginny Fields, a Long Island Democrat, warns that the state’s “Board of Elections has no voter police” and that the state probably has upwards of 500,000 illegal immigrants old enough to drive.

This is nothing more than an illegal power grab by the Democrats.  This is a stealth way to get around the Comprehensive Immigration Reform failure.  This program will allow the adults among the 12-20 million illegals in this country an equal vote.

The Red Falcons are the 1st Battalion of the glorious 325th Parachute Infantry Regiment.  Ironically, I was never a Red Falcon but Jonn was back in the day and now my son is as well.  The world isn’t so big in “Our” community, I guess.  Funny how that happens isn’t it?

I talked to my son tonight which is always a joy.  The Red Falcons are officially off the line.The boys are in Kuwait now and scheduled to land late tomorrow night at Fort Bragg.  Thank you all so much for your prayers and well wishes. 

The Socialist President of Bolivia has stumbled upon a great idea that I whole heartedly support. 

UNITED NATIONS (Reuters) – The United Nations should consider moving its headquarters outside the United States, Bolivian President Evo Morales said on Wednesday, complaining that U.S. authorities did not make him welcome. 

“Some of us are practically threatened by the rulers of the country, by President Bush,” Morales said. “Perhaps if that’s the case, we should change the site of the United Nations. Perhaps we should do research on that.”

I love this plan if he is implying that the UN should be moved to Bolivia.  This would be good for the United States for a several reasons.  First, it would get the despots, spies, dictators and murderous terrorists out of our country. It would also be hilarious to see the faces on all of these useless bureaucrats when they realized the living conditions in the third world hell that is Bolivia. 

On the downside for Bolivia is that the price of liquor and prostitutes would sky-rocket! 

According to The Washington Post, a bunch of union bureaucrats at the State Department are balking at having to do their job. 

Uneasy U.S. diplomats yesterday challenged senior State Department officials in unusually blunt terms over a decision to order some of them to serve at the U.S. Embassy in Baghdad or risk losing their jobs. 

This is fairly simple to me.  If you don’t want to do your job, quit.  See, these courageous diplomats have that option.  When they accepted the job, the possibility of being sent to a potentially dangerous place was very clear, yet they accepted the job. In contrast, if someone joins the Army and is ordered to deploy (into far more dangerous circumstances than any of these pogues I assure you), he does not have the option of quitting. 

Service in Iraq is “a potential death sentence,” said one man who identified himself as a 46-year Foreign Service veteran. “Any other embassy in the world would be closed by now,” he said to sustained applause. 

This cowardly old fart should just retire already!  Forty Six years has to qualify for a one-way trip to Florida. Foreign Service officers swear an oath to serve wherever the secretary of state sends them, but no directed assignments have been ordered since the late 1960s, during the Vietnam War. More than 1,200 of 11,500 eligible State Department personnel have already served in Iraq, but the growth of the embassy has led to an ever-increasing demand. 

So 10% of those eligible have actually served?  I wouldn’t want to give up that cush detail to The Bahamas myself but again, it’s your damn job.  Go do it or quit.

At least three department employees have been killed in Iraq since the 2003 U.S.-led invasion.   

Three?  Now that’s not exactly a “death sentence” is it?  In the last four years, how many State Department employees have died?  What were the causes?  Anyone want to bet that Iraq is not in the top five? Just a reminder of that oath you took before the Union tries to call a strike.
