Gotta hand it to him for chutzpah, though – filing a lawsuit in Federal court while trying to pass off his “business” as a “service disabled veteran’s” shop when he’d never served. And doing it via phone-forward remote through a “hotel-space” office halfway around the country. Didn’t this fool realize that lawsuits involve the possibility of discovery and court testimony?
