From Baton Rouge, Louisiana;
Deputies say a man gave a ride to 33-year-old Frank Johnson from Lower Zachary Road to the 15200 block of Old Scenic Highway around 4 p.m., according to an arrest report for Johnson. The two men knew each other through mutual friends.
When the driver tried to drop Johnson off, Johnson pulled a gun and demanded his money and property, according to the report. The driver then pulled his own gun and shot Johnson in the leg as he tried to get out of the vehicle with the driver’s bag, the arrest report states.
Once Johnson fell out of the vehicle with the bag, the driver went to Baker Police Department to report the incident.
Well here goes another one which goes with the eggs I had this morning. So the perp got “BAGGED” for his crime. Any retorts out there???
