From Del City, Oklahoma;
The shooting victim and his wife came to visit someone on the south side of the street. The man, who was reportedly very drunk after earlier attending a funeral, fell asleep in the car. When he woke up, he approached a house on the north said of the street and walked into the front door, police Maj. Jody Suit said.
The homeowner, believing the man was a criminal, shot him, Suit said.
The homeowner also suffered minor injuries, but Suit declined to explain how he was hurt.
From Sioux Falls, South Dakota 43-year-old Donald Anthony Watson was at the hospital with a gun shot wound to his junk when he reported to police that he had been shot “by a black guy” who tried to rob him.
Two days after undergoing surgery on his penis, he was re-interviewed by police.
In this account, he said he was looking at the gun, and had then placed it in his pocket when the gun discharged, firing a bullet into his penis. During the interview he refused to tell officers who had been trying to sell him the gun, or where the weapon is now.
Watson, who has a previous criminal record, was arrested on charges of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of a firearm by a drug offender, false reporting of a crime to law enforcement, and false report of information to law enforcement.
In Hobe Sound, Florida, James White had threatened his wife and her brother, Adrian Dixon. Dixon applied for a protective order against White, and it was denied by the judge, because there was no evidence of actual violence;
[Dixon’s Aunt Jill] DeSouza said three hours after the order was denied, White drove up to her yard where Dixon was sitting in a car parked in the front yard and advanced toward him. She said Dixon warned him to leave and not come closer, and suddenly fired at him.
White was DRT. Dixon was released by the police after their investigation. Aunt Jill says White would have ignored the restraining order anyway.
From Cincinnati, Ohio;
Police went to 6615 Roe St. about 1 p.m. Saturday for a possible burglary-in-progress call. They said a resident in the house fired at least one shot, killing the suspected burglar.
First responders located the victim and transported him to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center where he was pronounced dead upon arrival.

When a felon who is prohibited from having a gun, shoots himself in his junk, he needs a really good story. This guy didn’t have that “good story”, and is facing a bunch of charges.
And, a restraining order is just a piece of paper. Not nearly the deterrent that a legally owned firearm presents. Dead people cease to harass, immediately.
bwahahahaha! shot himself and got arrested.
The charge?
1st degree stupidity!
oh…and first…
The Sioux Falls, South Dakota guy needed a:

Talk about stupidity and getting your ass handed back to you. Shoots himself in his junk then gets charged for doing it !!!
Some judge is gonna have fun with this dumbass !!!
And good shooting Ma’am !!!
Bad aim, huh? Still laughing. I’ll go make cookies now and calm down.
So, next time the press is whining about “junk guns”……..
Well…kind of a shitty day to be a scumbag. By the time one takes out/is granted a “restraining” order (farcial effectiveness at best) , the aggressor is full blown fugnutz and you’ve got an even more danderous situation on your hands.(PREPARE TO DEFEND YOURSELF!)
