Friday morning feel good stories

Near Fort Smith, Arkansas, a resident wounded two intruders with his shotgun as they tried to make their getaway after forcing their way into the home. Both are in the custody of the local constabulary.

A man in Decatur, Alabama forced his way into a home where he was promptly shot in the chest by the homeowner. Police took him to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Jeremy Ridens, a known burglar, was found shot in a yard in Roswell, New Mexico. he was DOT (dead over there) at the hospital. Police aren’t sure of the circumstances surrounding the shooting death, but they know that Ridens didn’t live near where he was found.

A carjacker in Wilmington, California tried to steal a car from an off-duty ICE agent and earned himself a new non-life-threatening orifice for his trouble.
