More “Good News” for Ms. Clintoon

We now have a couple more news items related to the Clintoon email scandal.  And as usual, for “the ‘Wonder Woman’ of Benghazi” (e.g., you wonder what in the hell she’s been smoking every time she talks about Benghazi), the news isn’t at all good.

First:  it seems the State Department IG will shortly release its investigative report concerning the Clintoon email issue.  It says that Clintoon (1) knowingly disregarded DoS email policy while serving as SECSTATE by using a private email server for public business without proper authority; (2) that her private email server was effectively unsecured and was attacked on at least one occasion; and (3) failed to turn over official records to the government as required by law on departing office.

In short, it says pretty much exactly what I’ve been saying here previously – less the potential criminal aspect of the conduct.  However, there’s a good reason the State Department didn’t cover that part.  That aspect is doubtless being examined in detail as part of the FBI’s ongoing and parallel investigation into the same issue.

But don’t take my – or the media’s – word for it.  Read the DoS IG report for yourself here.

Second:  in a separate but related matter, the hacker “Guccifer” pleaded guilty in Federal court the other day to two counts of computer crime.  This is the same guy who claimed that he’d broken into Clintoon’s effectively unsecured email server – the same server later determined to have stored over 2,000 classified items, some at the TS/SAP and/or TS/compartmented level.

This also isn’t exactly good news for Ms. Clintoon.  Why?  Because apparently Guccifer made a plea deal which requires him to cooperate with Federal LE authorities concerning his hacking activities.  I’m guessing that hearing about that deal did not exactly “make her (Clintoon’s) day”.

Hmm.  Wonder how Ms. Clintoon looks in black & white stripes?  Or an international orange jumpsuit?

    Imagine the hue and cry in the media had she been a Republican.

  2. I think the FBI has a better chance of getting an indictment for her involvement with her involvement in receiving political contributions from foreign countries.

    I also think there’s no way DoJ will allow an indictment of Hillary for the e-mail, regardless of the classified material that was compromised.

    (BTW, Cheryl Mills has petitioned that her testimony not be made public. It seems she’s afraid Judicial Watch will publish her lies).

    I hope I’m wrong on both counts. I hope she gets slam dunked.

    1. She doesn’t want her testimony publicized because she doesn’t want Hillary to know she threw her to the wolves. Cheryl probably doesn’t want to suddenly wake up having committed suicide during the night like Vince Foster did because he was willing to testify against the clintons.

      For the mishandling of classified info alone, she should be in prison for the remainder of her life. There is no doubt she was responsible for the mishandling of over 2000 emails with classified information in them. If there’s no indictment, then anyone else who mishandled should be released from prison.

      My guess is that she’s biding her time expecting that she’ll be President and quietly pardon anyone and everyone who kept their traps shut, just the same that happened in the 90s when Bill pardoned those who kept quiet about their business dealings.

  4. Her much publicized defense in the media has already begun – “others did it.” Yeah, well, that line of BS didn’t work with my mother either.

    Wanna look like a whining toddler, just bring out the “everybody’s doing it” defense. Guess she thinks, at this point, it just doesn’t matter.

  8. After the daily findings regarding this lying bitch and her emails, I want to say that there is no way she’ll be elected as president.

    However, I never thought the current jack wagon in chief would have gotten a second term, but was proven wrong by our populace.

    I can only pray, hope and offer up my one vote. This time my one vote is more against her and that little commie prick than for Trump.

      And that is why the libs don’t want voter ID.
      I witnessed the vans full of Chicago people coming up to my voting place and remember their trying to memorize the name of the person they were supposed to be.
      The election was thrown, no doubt in my mind.

    I’m still thinking there’s no way this goes anywhere near an arrest never mind a conviction. I also believe once it dies the Clinton supporters will rightly use the issue to bludgeon spineless republicans as having once again wasted taxpayer money over nothing…the Clinton machine spins that shit better than the girl who spun gold from flax…

    I’d love to be wrong, but I’m far too cynical to believe she’s in any real danger.

      Then I will speculate that a dark horse is waiting in the wings for both Clinton and Sanders to be so discredited, neither of them can go any further.

      It doesn’t mean that Trump won’t take the lead in the end, however.

    Hillary admits to private server. 33k emails were deleted as they were personal. We can assume that the Clinton Global Initiative were part of those emails.

    Reports come out that FBI was able to recover 33k “private” emails.

    Former (unpaid) board member of Clinton Global initiative, McAwful, is being investigated by the FBI for, amongst other things, campaign donations by foreign nationals.

    That have visas.

    Donations that happened at the same time as large donations to CBI.
