In College Park, Fulton County, Georgia, three men forced their way into a home through the front door. They were met by the armed homeowner who shot one of the three. He was DRT (dead right there0 when the police arrived. The other two are still on the run and they may be armed.
A South Bend, Indiana homeowner told police that a man came to his door and pointed a gun at him, so he secured his own weapon and fired at the fellow through his door scaring the intruder away. Police say that there is no evidence that the potential burglar was struck by any of the bullets or that he returned fire.
