  1. Cody was lookin’ to get hammered. And he got what he was looking for, just not in the way he imagined.

  2. His Facebook is interesting. It looks like the last time that he posted anything was Apr 4, 2012, when he said “just got out dub they trying me as adult bout to go mother f**king (expletive deleted) crazy.” It was followed by a bunch of friends telling him to get his act straight. I guess that he didn’t listen.

  3. HA HA HA HA HA HA!

“Cody Bolesta’s Facebook page suggests that the Twin Peaks cook was into the “gangsta” lifestyle.”

Well he got what he wanted.

  4. “Bolesta has previous juvenile convictions for burglary of a structure and burglary of a conveyance, state records show. He pleaded guilty last year to illegally possessing a firearm and the court withheld judgement.”

So, he should have been in jail instead of robbing liquor stores. We can thank the judge for that one. Existing gun laws only work when those convicted of existing gun crimes are punished.

      Bing-freaking-go.

Enforce the freaking existing laws – to include those concerning felon-in-possession and falsification of purchase applications – first. That includes sending those found guilty of repeated violations to jail vice “diversion programs” or probation.
