Sunday morning feel good story

Someone dropped off a link on our Facebook page from Houston where two fellows tried to turn their lives around by robbing a local bar;

Deputies say four armed suspects walked in and told everyone to get on the floor. That’s when one of the patrons pulled out a gun of his own and opened fire, killing two of the suspects.

Harris County Sheriff’s Office Homicide Sgt. Robert Spurgeon said, “The unknown patron at this time after shooting them he left the scene, so were still trying to determine who he is and why he left the scene.”

  1. Witnesses stated that after the shooting, the unknown bar patron jumped on a white horse, said “hi, ho Silver, away!” and galloped off into the sunset.

  2. The one on the left, well, he was just scared. And the one on the right wasn’t gonna do anything. But the one in the center – well, he had crazy eyes. So the bar patron went after the one with the crazy eyes first, and the one on the left was next.

    Then he got on his horse and rode away.

  3. Yee Haaaaa !!!
    Giddyup Hoss Giddyup !!!
    And two more are off to the great ghetto in the sky !!!
    I love a happy ending !!!
    He probably split because he had been drinking and that is a no-no for CCW license holders. I’m glad he got away !!!

  4. Probably left because you ain’t supposed to CC in a bar/establishment whose primary revenue comes from booze. I wouldn’t have hung around either.

  5. I think the guy was actually wearing a poncho and a battered black hat. The “patron with no name”. They probably shouldn’t have made fun of his mule.

  6. No disrespect to LO, but that cop on the right could use a few sessions on the treadmill.
