Chief Tango sends us a feel good story which is a little different than most, it comes from Des Moines where a fellow attempted to rob a Taco John’s, but the robbery was foiled by his own stupidity;
A man walked into the restaurant when no other customers were inside and approached the counter.
“Give me everything you got,” he reportedly told an employee while pointing a gun at him.
The gun was a BB gun with the orange tip painted black, an employee later told police.
“I don’t have anything for you,” one of the clerks reportedly responded. “And plus, that’s a BB gun.”
The suspect denied it and racked the slide and fired the gun, police reports show. But the gun apparently wasn’t loaded, authorities said.
The suspect left the store and fled on foot. No arrests have been reported.
So everyone came out alive, in one piece and the bad guy didn’t get what he wanted. Feel good.
I guess the dumbass doesn’t understand that whether it’s a bb gun or a real gun, the charge is the same.
And so are the very real bullets flying towards him should he point that thing at me.
I shot him because I feared for my life. BB gun? Oh. . . . . .
The guy behind the counter should have squirted him in the eye with a packet of hot sauce.
They’re not rocket scientists.
Looks like that guy might have even failed at being a used car salesman. Just sayin’

Think of all the people these days, including most reporters and TSA agents, who wouldn’t have known that it was a BB gun.
