Monday afternoon feel good story

Because Monday needs to have more feel good stories, Chief Tango sends us one from Cleveland;

It’s reported that one of the males was in possession of a handgun, the other had a crowbar.

After striking the homeowner in the head with the handgun, police say the suspect tried pulling him out of the vehicle. At that time, police say the homeowner grabbed a handgun from inside the vehicle and fired multiple times.

The suspect, who returned fire and missed, was struck in the torso.

During the shooting, police say the second suspect stole the female victim’s purse and fled the scene.

  1. Glad they made it, minus the the lump on the head. Hopefully the torso shot was a good center mass round.

  2. Someone forgot to rehearse actions on the objective – it was supposed to be crowbar to the head, threaten with the gun.

  3. The MSM REALLY needs to get a handle on the term “alleged.” That term is to be used when guilt (or presence) has yet to be established/proven. If the perp wasn’t “allegedly” present, he wouldn’t have been “allegedly” shot!

  4. @4: Your case will be reviewed by the district attorneys office with cooperation of local law enforcement to confirm your story of alleged events.

  5. @3 Yeah, I was thinking the same thing yesterday while reading the Shreveport story where the perp was allegedly shot and later died of his wounds. It’s irritating how often the word is used in relation to Hasan and the Ft Hood shooting.

  6. Yup, then the other genius runs off with the evidence that will track and convict him. “ALLEGEDLY”
