What day would be complete without a story about a youth who turned his life. this one,sent to us by Chief Tango, happens in Villa Rica, Georgia and reported by the Atlanta Journal Constitution.
Channel 2 Action News reported that the clerk was about to close the store when a man wearing a ski mask and hoodie ran in.
The 19-year-old robbery suspect pointed a gun at the clerk, then went to the cash register, according to Channel 2.
As the suspect, whose name has not been released, began taking money from the register, he took his eyes off the clerk and lowered his gun, investigators said.
“At that time, the clerk sees that opportunity, pulled his own handgun out and shot the suspect,” Villa Rica police Capt. Keith Shaddix told Channel 2.
Yeah, there won’t be any rehab time for this one, the store own killed him. Another Villa Rica store employee didn’t come out so well, when his jewelry store was robbed and the four men killed one of the two employees in the store.
I love these stories that put that warm,fuzzy feeling in the gut.

Two have now been arrested in the jewelry store robbery in Villa Rica, a 16yr old and a 23yr old. I’m sure that their mommas will soon tell everyone that they was just fun-lovin’ boys who never done a bad thing in their lives, and it’s all the fault of “The Man”.

Not knowing Georgia law, I hope the clerk doesn’t get into trouble with the local/state prosecutor and/or the poor, poor mis-understood youth’s relatives.

One of the arguments that the anti gun crowd always uses is that guns in the hands of citizens serve no purpose and are more danger to the owner than to the criminals. We are seeing more and more evidence that their argument is as much BS as they are. Judge Parker of the Indian Territory reportedly said that not one man that he had hanged ever killed another person. Many that he let go did kill again. Fight crime, shoot back!
They shouldn’t mention the hoodie….isn’t that profiling or something?

The store owner in Ga. was cleared and not charged, video shows clearly the perp aiming his handgun at the clerk.
The perp also left a last message praising the thug life before he went for some robbin’ and stealin’.
This is the second self defense shooting for this town the first was a lady during a home invasion.
The Jewelry store owner (Mitch Mobley) was a good guy he did not deserve this.
The clowns walked in with a huge sledgehammer and started smashing cases of jewelry, Mitch was shot and the perps made their getaway leaving the 16 year old behind who faces capitol murder charges with the death penalty on the table.
Though the 16 yr old was a rising star at the Provost Academy Charter on-line schools he won’t be rising any longer I expect the assorted race based Orgs to rush in to defend him.
