In this Associated Press video, sent to us by Melony, Dan Choi, who wouldn’t know an excellent soldier if one split him up the middle, calls Bradley Manning an excellent soldier at this protest outside of Fort Meade, MD where Manning’s trial is about to begin;
Yeah, Choi is still wearing his uniform, too. I think someone at Meade ought to have him arrested for impersonating an officer.

I really couldn’t care less if he wants to punch Manning in the leather cheerio or not, but I really resent him still wearing the uniform.

TSO–it’s his attempt at relevance, because he knows he’ll never be allowed back into the military at any level, and as soon as he takes off that uniform (like he should have already) he’ll be discarded by the left as they have all formerly useful idiots who have outlived their usefulness.

First off FUCK THE GUY IN THE RED BEENIE!!! I am sick to fucking death of fucksticks that weren’t there talking about how we “murdered” those Iraqis, and then covered it up. REUTERS KNEW ABOUT IT, and so did WaPo author David Finkle, which might explain why it was in his book before anyone had ever heard of Wikileaks. It wasn’t a secret what happened! the only thing that the public couldn’t find through a FOIA is the actual video.
Second, that Fuckstick Choi is violation all sorts of regs with how he wears his uniform. I think his Ring Knocker friends shoud pay him a visit and give him a blanket party.
Lastly I don’t give a shit if Manning is queer as a $3 bill. I don’t give a shit if he was a pt stud. He violated the some of the most fundamental principles of being a soldier. I might have been understanding if he had been there, or had seen it, and had issues dealing. I might have even been willing to accept his actions if we had covered it up, or had just started targeting everything that moved, but the fact that that little piss ant went LOOKING for a scandal and actually rejected a couple of others as not sensational enough, makes me want him to burn.
I do not see these idiots trying to get Pvt England released, and she was put in that position by being too stupid not to do everything her boyfriend wanted of her.

I work at Ft. Meade and just came through the main gate about 20 minutes ago. There’s about 20 of these knuckleheads standing by the road near the gate. Not a very impressive turnout. There were at least 3 camera crews hovered around Choi, apparently waiting for him to spew forth his latest butt-nugget of wisdom. For all the hype we got, it was a pretty unimpressive “protest”.
Someone should be beating Choi like a rented mule right about now. The media loves to give him all sorts of attention because he’s a flamer. There is no integrity in the media, otherwise they would be asking him how he can lawfully wear the uniform while acting like a complete jackass in violation of the regs, not waiting for words of wisdom from the cheesedick.
Well put Doc. Manning disgusts me because of his treason not for anything else. I don’t care why he did it. I simply can’t imagine being placed in a position of trust like that and deliberately crapping all over everyone.

Trust me Doc, he is a classmate of mine and many of us are really hoping he shows up to the ten year reunion in September (especially in uniform).
I’m going to be deployed and miss it but it will be interesting to see how it’s going to turn out.

@8 Completely agree, for all the hype, there was more police than protesters, as bad as this may sound, I hope the officers tapped are on OT so at least they can be sure to have a nice Xmas. On a related note rumint has it most of these people are ocuard rejects. Part of me wishes they try to set up tents, only to realise that despite appearances they are on military property and they will release the dogs….

I work on Ft Meade and live 300 meters from the gate. These fucksticks caused a stupid amount of commotion today. Because of gate closures and them shutting down half of Annapolis Hwy (the road the gates open up onto) it took me an HOUR to find a way home when I was literally 1 miles from home. Additionally I hear they were making trouble for a mil housing area outside the cantonment. I also heard some fuckfuck managed to burst into the court room ON MEADE and shout womanning er.. manning is a hero. I hope that dude is in the cell next to manning.
