The movie Blackhawk downs is one of the most famous military movies based on real events. Check out this from Fort Benning TV to get an inside look at one of the main characters in the movie, Chaplain (MAJ) Jeff Strueker, as he says farewell to his life as a Soldier.

  1. CH Stuecker was my first Chaplain in the Army when I was a LT in the 319th AFAR, 82nd ABN. He set the bar high for every Chaplain I had afterward.

He is a great American and I wish him the best of luck as he transitions out of the Army.

  2. I wish him well in his civilian adventures. The real deal that doesn’t have to fake his his way as a CIB/Ranger tab wearing Chaplain.

  3. Wow,

    I mean WOW

    Good luck to him

His retiring is a loss to the ranger community and the US Army though.
