Tulsa man facing charges after girlfriend stabs him in self-defense, police say

A man was stabbed overnight during a domestic dispute in midtown and may be facing charges, according to Tulsa police.

Tulsa police say it happened around 10 p.m. Tuesday at a home just west of an area near East 31st Street and Memorial Drive.

According to officers, a man was stabbed while in a fight with his girlfriend. Police say she stabbed him in self-defense.

He was taken to the hospital and is in stable condition.

Big rig owner tracks down 2 stolen trucks, exchanges gunfire with suspects

Early Wednesday morning the owner of a truck yard in Malaga discovered two of his big rigs were missing.

The owner used GPS to track one of the trucks to American and Peach Avenues.

That truck was abandoned, so he was able to get it back.

The other truck’s GPS showed it was at Garfield and Olive Avenues in Fresno but when he went to that location, he saw two men standing next to a U-Haul truck.

He started walking toward the men and says one of them fired multiple gunshots at him.

He was also armed and returned fire.

          Steal some big rigs just to steal the fuel out of them? Man these cats work way yonder too hard for that little bit of $. Maybe the truck owner needs some more range time, unless he was firing to drive off V making them WRT/DRT.
