Robert Lozoya; the King of all AWOL Marines

Robert Lozoya

Scotty sends us his work on this Robert Lozoya fellow he claims that he is a retired Marine who can trace his service back to the North Vietnamese Tet Offensive of January 1968.

That would be hard to take part in that battle when he wasn’t in the Marine Corps until five years later;

Robert Lozoya FOIA

You can tell that he was in the new all-volunteer military because he spent more time AWOL than he did doing Marine Corps stuff at Camp Pendleton – they put up with his crap for three years;

The only thing that he retired from was going AWOL.

“…The only thing that he retired from was going AWOL…” How true…

This turd gives new meaning to the term “SHITBIRD” !!!

Another one that was too young to have served during Vietnam. I joined the Navy in 1971 at 18, Vietnam was winding down by then. If they’re younger than me, always doubtful if they made it there.
When I was working for the County, we had a guy that claimed he was “wounded in Vietnam”. He was 12 years younger than me, so we just figured he must have gone with Rambo in 85 to rescue the hostages. The same guy tried to tell us he was a former Pro football player. Last I heard, he was selling used cars.

Another dirtbag of a snotnosed booger-eating bedwetting DINGLEBERRY!!

Wow… spent more time in confinement then out of it… and according to the wife’s CV online he “retired” from the Marine Corps!

If she really knew the truth about hubby being a brig rat…

      SHe’s kinda hot, too.

Shit bag with a moto tat?

    Never been done before!

    AWOL…..more like A-HOLE.

    1. Green Thumb

By the looks of him he was probably tapping some manholes while he was AWOL.

      Loser.

  8. Sparks

Hell if the guy loved being AWOL that much, da fuck did he ever enlist for in the first place. I think he should have gone Peace Corp stateside instead. At least you get some local down time.

The photo makes him look like he has a green bow in his hair like a little BITCH

  10. 3E9

Damn, at least he was Marine MP instead of my beloved Army MP Corps. What a turd.

UA UA UA UA UA UA lolololol, what a fucking loser, I’m amazed that the Corps kept his fat ass around that long.

    1. A Proud Infidel®™

Was the USMC that short on warm bodies back then? I’ve heard that the U.S. Army was in some cases.

      1. Veritas Omnia Vincit

        The Army was indeed shorthanded.

We had a couple of guys attempting basic training who made Forrest Gump look like fucking Einstein…

  12. Looks like he spent more time UA than not.

  13. Veritas Omnia Vincit

I didn’t realize that the Marines had an MOS titled UA(AWOL) and I also didn’t realize someone could be assigned that MOS so many times in a three year career…

Turd….giant lying turd, but at least he got an NDSM for his troubles…although I’m not sure how much you contribute to the national defense while incarcerated.

    1. HMCS(FMF) ret

There’s a lot of lawn cutting and rock painting for the CG’s head shed. I’m sure that if the USMC had an MOS for landscaping, he’d have earned it while in custody.

    2. Albertich

His primary contribution was in the field of military education. There’s nothing quite so educational as a bad example.

  14. NavyCWORet

Not just UA/AWOL, but declared a Deserter THREE TIMES !!

    731103 – 750805
    750926 – 760214
    760218 – 760503

    That’s impressive

    1. ChipNASA

So what you’re *really* saying is that this fat fucker is really King of the Desserters.
      Got it.
      Totally LEGIT.

      1. Eric

Hahaha, I see what you did there.

        Very Punny.

  15. Friend S. Wilkins

Holy crap! This guy’s even worse than me. LOL! I only went AWOL once. And that was because I had become a clear and present danger to my shipmates on board the USS Toledo SSN 769 back in April 1998. It was late one night and I’m standing watch as Petty Officer of the Deck. I unholster the Beretta. Then I take out a 15 round magazine. And I just sat there, and believe you me, you do not want to know the thoughts that were swirling around inside my head. Only thing that saved me and possibly one or two of my fellow shipmates was a very stern warning issued to me back in Great Lakes sometime in January 1997 by Petty Officer Breckenridge, the junior RDC of Division 076. ICC Dunkle was the senior RDC. Once, when I fucked up real bad, Petty Officer Breckenridge just absolutely unloads on me. That guy never did like me. LOL! So he tells me in no uncertain terms that if I ever got anyone killed in his Navy, that he would go to the ends of the earth to find me. Seriously.

He’s an asshole. What’s his number? I’ll call him and tell him so.

Oh, wait – he can just read it here.

    Lozoya, you’re a f*^%king asshole.

There. I feel much better now.

  17. Fsckity-Fsck

He’s got that “too lazy to clean the cum stains from my whiskers” look about him

  18. Patrick408

    Holy Shit!
I didn’t know that was possible to be AWOl that many times….I was scared to shit just to miss a barracks cleaning muster!

  19. Big Steve

Yet another loser with delusions of grandeur.
And given his age, he definitely got that tattoo at a later age. I suppose when this mid-life crisis of his began.
And what’s up with the pic of him, with head tilted at a 45 degree angle? A bit unbalanced, maybe?

  20. Look’s like Paula Deen’s husband.

  21. PeteOldABH

Well, He did make it, apparently, through 1974 w/o going U.A.

  22. TheCloser

He spent close to 80% of his <40 month 'career' UA. Now he's married to a doctor who probably believes his lies, although faking a monthly retirement check might be trickier than deserting from the USMC.

Another example of crime appearing to pay.
