Marvin Whiteaker meets Don Shipley

Marvin Whiteacre

So this Marvin Whiteaker dude, a real estate appraiser in Florida, claims that he was a Force Recon fellow and he says that he was an “honorary SEAL”. Well, in public he says that, but not to Don Shipley. That SEAL Trident on his motorcycle isn’t meant to convince you that he’s a SEAL, it’s to honor SEALs. And those combat medals he’s wearing, he admits that he wasn’t awarded those things, but he was in places where the US wasn’t supposed to be, so he just pinned them on because he felt that he earned them. Oh, there’s a language warning;

Never fails to amaze me to see real veterans doing this shit. Why can’t they be happy with their service? I was a trumped up IT guy for 10 years and I wouldn’t trade it for anything. So before anyone asks why the Bulletbrother name, it was a nickname given to my brother and I when we were kids by our uncle because we shaved our heads every summer. Guess having a round melon is a target for jokes.

    1. Seadog

Guess it’s a good thing I don’t shave my head. People would call me Uncle Fester…

Razors and clippers are afraid of Chief Shipley’s hair.

      1. rgr1480

Oops …. make that “Senior Chief” before I’m in [more] trouble.

So he WAS a Marine, but not a SEAL. He wasn’t even in RECON, but pinned medals on his chest cause, in his own mind, he earned them. Puts a trident and sniper decal on his bike, then claims it was in tribute. Wears a Purple Heart hat and is big man on the block. Gee…sounds legit to me. He’s just missing the Space Shuttle Door Gunner decal then he would be a real bad ass.

The ability Don has to remain calm while confronting these low life scumbags is amazing.
As to the actual posers… GFY’s.

Standard offer: if anyone has this guy’s full name/DOB/POB, let me know and I’ll be happy to file a FOIA request so we can see what he actually did.

After seeing all the lies he admitted to while talking to Don, I’m not sure I’m buying anything about this tool.

Case in point: the guy claimed he served “16 years – from 1982-1996”. Last time I checked, 1982-1996 ain’t 16 years.

    1. 10thMountainMan

Yeah I caught that 16 years bit too, but then just assumed he said 15. Anyway, I hope you can get the FOIA. I’m suspecting less than 12 months service, discharge at E-1, General character.

    2. TheCloser

He did say ‘almost’ 16 years. He rounded up to justify the four service stripes he’s wearing.

    3. Ex-PH2

Yes, I caught that discrepancy, also. I would like to see just how much service had.

    4. Valkyrie

I can’t find him with a Google search. I think my internal circuits are fried. (my brain)

Anyone know where in Florida he lives?

    5. MCPO Ret. in TN

Sent the FOIA info you needed to Jonn

    6. MCPO Ret. in TN

Call me – Cell 615-972-8634 – have additional needed info for FOIA

Holy shit! I knew this guy! Hondo, I’ve got tons of records that I’ve kept over the years. I’m on vacation now, but when I get back to Arizona, next month, I see what personal info I can dig up on Marvin.
Here is what I know: I meet Marvin (Sergeant Whitaker) shortly before we deployed to the Persian Gulf in 1990. I did not know him before that. Marvin was an Engineer Heavy Equipment Mechanic. We rode together and work out of the same Contact Maintenance Truck during Desert Storm. I heard him mention Khafji. This is the short story of Marvin and me in Khafji. We went out on a vehicle recovery, got lost, drove into Khafji as it was blowing up. Marvin pulled a u-turn, as I was firing my weapon out of the passenger window. We got the hell out of there and ended up back down at The port of Mashab. Neither of us got wounded and we didn’t get a Combat Action Ribbon for the engagement. I got my CAR later in the War. Don’t know if Marvin got one later. I work with Marvin at 2nd Landing Support Battalion for about a year after we returned from Desert Storm. I left 2nd LSB in 1993 and retired last July after a 27 year career. I had heard that Marvin got out after 13 years as a Sergeant (E-5). He couldn’t “pick-up” Staff Sergeant (E-6) and had to get out. Marvin always seemed like an alright dude. Sometimes you just gotta say, “What the Fuck”! I do know one thing, if I ever see him out on the road or at a rally, I will call him out, rip that shit off his vest, and pry that Seal Trident off his bike!

      1. Hondo

Top Z: already got enough to file a FOIA on the guy. Did that and got a reply already.

Oddly enough, it doesn’t show a SWASM or either KLM.

        1. Top Z

That’s odd that his KLM and SWASM don’t show up (I’ve got photos of us in country). That’s the part that he didn’t lie about.
I was truly shocked. I didn’t believe it was him. Then I saw the photos on Don’s video! No mistake, it’s him.

  5. Green Thumb

Anyone care to guess which MC this dude probably rides in?

Phildo and his maggots ride again!

    1. Bahahaha yes I agree I use to ride with those guys . Amazing how many punks and liers are in that club

  6. DirtDart

    Hey bag of smashed assholes,
you ever hear of our other “HONORARY NAVAL BUNGHOLE BERNATH” Come to your nightmare… Were waiting…. (Evil laughter)

  7. Valkyrie

Double dawg dammit to hell! Florida what the hell is wrong with you? I’m going to start knocking on these assholes’ doors and ask them what the hell they are thinking! And then I’m going to cough on them and give them my cold.

It’s a wonder The Hair and Wifey haven’t killed each other over the years. You know the term “Don looked at me like he’s going to kill me”, means there is going to be a funny story to follow.

    1. Mr. Blue

It’s not the people from Florida- true crackers are a rare lot. It’s all the damn yankee carpetbaggers that move there.

As a somewhat related aside, I had the Today Show on the other day and they were talking about tattoos. Carson Daly decided to show all of his, and the first one was a very prominent military unit tattoo. However, the very first thing out of his mouth was “this tattoo is my grandfather’s unit in WWII and I got it to honor him.” I don’t see too much of a problem with that set of facts, but it’s entirely different where guys like this pretend to be something they’re not and only pull the “honor” card once they are called out. That’s not honoring anybody.

    1. FatCircles0311

      Hipster douche alert.

This “honoring” logic regarding permanent markings of things people didn’t do is getting absurd.

Look at this fucking douche with an SF tattoo. I don’t see how that honors anyone. It’s a gigantic fucking badass seal he didn’t earn.

His Facebook is all cleaned up too.

    1. Valkyrie

That fucking dickfart had the nerve to help a young Marine in a wheelchair dress for a Purple Heart ceremony, while lying through his suck? Lemme at ’em, lemme at him!

  10. Nigel Brooks

I don’t care what Shipley say’s – it still looks like a toupe to me

  11. JarHead Pat

What a dirtbag,I see he is also on some sort of Marine Corps funeral detail, part of the MC league.Iblasted the fuck out of him on Facebook, his nickname was q/tip because of all his battle wounds at the ROOT,fuck him.

  12. FatCircles0311

    What a dickbutt.

No way I believe that mother fucker was a DI either.

    1. Just an Old Dog

Another bit of buttfuckery on his part. He doesnt even have the head-strap on the campaign cover.
Claiming to be a DI when you weren’t is another huge strike against this shit bag.
DI School is no fucking joke. During the time he was in you did 2 years as a DI, and if you were lucky you got a 6 month “break” in the middle where you worked in a support role. Pushing recruit platoons is about a 70 hour a week job, and thats not counting the 2-3 nights a week you have to stay with the platoon overnight as the Duty DI.
DIs go for days at a time where they never even get to see their kids awake. It’s almost like being on another planet. You live for that one week “break” every three months where you can actually do something with your family.
DIs put everything they have into making kids Marines. Its a hard job, has long hours and lot of guys screw up and end up getting their careers ended on the drill field.
Being a fake DI is on par with claing Recon, SEAL and Sniper status in my opinion.

  13. ArmyATC

Did this turd delete his Facebook page? I tried to find him and couldn’t.

  14. CWO5USMC

Anyone care to bet that if we could remove the Marine Corps flag in his picture we would get a nice view of his mommy’s basement?

  15. Fsckity-Fsck

Very John Giduck of this ass clown to excuse away all the “misrememberings” about his career. John Giduck had “retired Army Ranger” on his bios and then claimed that the events themselves all managed to make the same mistake on his bio….across multiple years.

this ghey is strong in this poser. Been buttfscked so many times, he doesn’t even need to push when he takes a Giduck.

  16. Christian Bengel

Thanks for confronting this scumbag. What a loser.
