There’s this fellow by the name of GOLDHOUSE whose publicity people sent us this video. You might want to keep some tissues nearby. It might not be your kind of music, but the videos are sure to remind us of when we came home;
About the video, GOLDHOUSE says: “I’ve always enjoyed watching videos of soldiers surprising their loved ones by coming home. When I wrote “When I Come Home,” I thought it would be a great fit to compile a bunch of these videos in conjunction with the song. I wanted to show my appreciation of their service by honoring our troops in this video.”

Grant Harris is the musician. Apparently he is a electro-pop remixer with a real musicial background.

A lot of times when I watch these I start thinking about being a single airman and having to arrange for somebody to pick me up at the airport and drop me off at the dorm/barracks. No homecoming. No greeting. Just another day at work.

One of my sons showed up from a deployment to Africa in the middle of my wedding reception. Truly the best surprie of my life. It’s a wonderful feeling to see your grown son safe back on American soil, especially for this old AF retiree. Thanks GOLDHOUSE for the great video
