  • Apparently SOCOM Ain’t Down with Bat Shit Crazy

    Major Stefan Cook, the ass clown who decided not to deploy because the President wasn’t eligible, has been fired from his civilian contractor job.

    But get this, he worked at SOCOM!

    “The CEO of Simtech, Inc., Larry Grice, explained to Plaintiff over a series of four conversations within the next two hours, that he had been terminated. Grice told the Plaintiff that he would no longer be welcome in his former position at SOCOM but that Grice wanted to see whether he could find something within the company (Simtech, Inc.) for Cook. The upshot was that at this time Grice did not have anything for Plaintiff to do. Grice told Plaintiff, in essence, that the situation had become “nutty and crazy”, and that Plaintiff would no longer be able to work at his old position.

    Grice explained that he had been in touch with Defense Security Services (an agency of the Department of Defense[1], with regional offices located in SOCOM Headquarters at McDill Airforce Base in Tampa, Florida), and that DSS had not yet made a determination whether Plaintiff Major Cook’s clearances would be pulled, but Grice made clear to Cook that it was DSS who had compelled Cook’s termination.

    Essentially, because of the “nutty and crazy” situation and the communications received from DSS was no longer employable by him at all. So he was not optimistic about getting me another job at the company. Grice also reported to Plaintiff that there was some gossip that “people were disappointed in” the Plaintiff because they thought he was manipulating his deployment orders to create a platform for political purposes.

    Grice then discussed Plaintiff’s expectation of receiving final paychecks (including accrued leave pay) already owed, without any severance pay, and wished the Plaintiff well.”

    I doubt if he was fired because he tried to sue the President; more likely a security clearance issue.

    In a security clearance review there is a paragraph called “known acquaintances” and the good Major’s lawyer is a certifiable loon.

    Anyone who disagrees with her probably also believes we actually landed on the frigging moon!

  • Army withdraws Birther’s orders (Updated)

    Apparently, the Army withdrew the movement orders for Major Stefan Cook, the fella we wrote about yesterday who refused to deploy to Afghanistan based on his belief that President Barack Obama isn’t a US citizen. According to the Columbus Ledger-Enquirer;

    Lt. Col. Maria Quon, U.S. Army Public Affairs Officer, U.S. Army Human Resources Command-St. Louis, said Tuesday evening Cook was no longer expected to report Wednesday to MacDill Air Force Base in Florida for mobilization to active duty.

    Cook is an Individual Mobilization Augmentee, meaning he is a reserve soldier assigned to an active component unit for duty. He is assigned to the U.S. Army Element of U.S. Southern Command. Last week Cook filed a request in federal court through his California-based attorney, Orly Taitz, seeking a temporary restraining order and status as a conscientious objector.

    So, Major Numbnuts avoided some jail time, and the Obama Administration renews the paranoia from the birthers. I can hardly blame the Army wanting to be free of the antics of Orly Taintz, Cook’s dentist-turned-real estate agent-turned-lawyer-turned crackpot nirther, but they must realize how this makes the whole thing look.

    Me? I’m more concerned about the impending health care atrocity and the deficit. And Cook is still a criminal and the Left is still hypocritical for not supporting him.

  • Lie down with dogs

    I can already see the ALL CAPS!!!!!! comments I’m going to get for this one. But here goes.

    Greyhawk has a bit up about U.S. Army Maj. Stefan Frederick Cook who has refused to deploy to Afghanistan because he thinks that Barack Obama isn’t a US citizen and therefore, can’t order him to war (or the rest of the military). According to this major; “[The entire army] becomes merely a corps of chattel slaves under the illegitimate control of a private citizen.”

    In my opinion, who is Stefan Frederick Cook? As foolish as I think it was, the American people elected Barrack Obama to be our President. It may turn out to be that he deceived us, but who is one soldier (who is actually obeying the American people, by the way, by pledging his allegiance to the Constitution) to refuse to do his duty with no real proof that his President isn’t eligible to be President? I assume that the Major joined during the Bush Administration – did he ever see President Bush’s birth certificate? Is every President now required to show his birth certificate to every major in the Army? Act your age, Cook.

    Does the Left get a pass? Nope. I went over to “Courage to Resist” – they’re the folks who are protecting and defending the likes of Kimberly Rivera, Dustin Che Stevens, Travis Bishop and Victor Agosto who are all refusing to deploy to various assignments. The motto of CTR is “Support the troops who refuse to fight”. So where’s their support for Major (soon to be Inmate) Cook? Cook is claiming Conscientious Objector status, just like the aforementioned doofuses (or is it doofi?).

    Yeah, I know, they’re all taking a principled stand. I’m sure Cook will enjoy his cellmates constantly pointing that out. Kind of like Ron Paul wondering why all of the KKKers and Nazis were at his rallies.

    But in the meantime, I don’t see CTR, IVAW or Vets For Peace carrying around “Free Cook” signs either.
