  • No Title, No Words… Just Outrage (Updated)

Since I got Larry Bailey’s email I’ve been struggling to rationalize this evil? Sometimes it is hard.

Concrete Bob did it for me.

Last Wednesday, in Texarkana TX, some lowlife scumsucking asswipe murdered a good friend of mine and both of her children. Then the lowlife scumsucking asswipe set fire to her house to cover up the act.

Amanda Prewett Doss was the most incredible person I’ve ever worked with. I met her in 2006 at the Veterans for the Truth/BootMurtha Rally in Johnstown PA. We immediately became friends. She was a tireless advocate for veterans, POW/MIA issues and she absolutely hated Murtha and Kerry, which immediately earned her a place in my heart. She was beautiful physically and mentally. She believed in what she did.

She was a Soldiers Angel before the concept was ever thought of. Her support for Viet Nam veterans and the issues those veterans dealt with is legndary in our circles.

I had the privilege of spending time with her, but, sadly, I didn’t stay in regular contact.

    An Angel indeed, thanks Bob.

Update:  SKK is on this. As is Blackfive in the person of Laughing_Wolf.

  • Matthis in Philly HS last week

TWo of my ninjas sent us this link to “We Are Not Your Soldiers” anti-recruiting efforts in a Philadelphia High School last Wednesday. Notice at about 4:50 into the video, Samantha goldman walks into the classroom and the camera follows her capturing some of the students’ faces.

You don’t have to watch the video, it’s the same old “poverty draft” blather. At about 8:40 Matthis tells the students that he was suicidal after he got out of the military “because of what I experienced”. I guess the Baskin Robbins at Bagram ran out of Rocky Road one day.

By the way, I have the collection of photos that Matthis circulating as proof that he went “outside the wire” during his six days in Afghanistan. I’d like someone who has been there to evaluate the pictures. If you want to see them, email me and I’ll send them to you. It looks to me that he didn’t get too far outside the wire, though. And how far can you get in six days?

    Here’s a sample;

  • Woman charged in dragging death of Iraq veteran

Parachutecutie sent us this tip about a woman in Colorado who dragged to death an Iraq veteran when she absconded with her vehicle as he was hooking it up to be towed for lacking plates and registration.

    From KKTV:

Prosecutors showed a map outlining the route Farries took while allegedly dragging Allen Rose. The evidence showed that Rose was dragged, by his feet, over one and a half miles and that Farries continued to drive through neighborhoods and parking lots even after Rose was released from the cables. Rose’s body was discovered around Platte Ave and Babcock. Citizens tried to hold his head up and keep him alive.

According to testimony, he was still conscious when officers arrived, but died later at a Colorado Springs hospital from his dragging injuries. Bichel said they discovered three of Rose’s identifications along the mile and a half stretch. The crime scene was covered with scuff and skid marks, and pools of blood. Bichel also said he reviewed surveillance video that shows Rose being dragged by Farries’ SUV from multiple cameras, locations and angles.

The perp, Detra Farries, ignored pedestrians who tried to warn her as well as other motorists who honked their horns and flashed their lights. But she explains that her SUV was too loud for her to heed the warnings.

Farries, 33, faces 11 charges, including manslaughter, vehicular homicide and hit-and-run.

But I guess my concern is the lack of news coverage. It seems confined to Colorado and the UK. I can’t help but believe that if an Iraq veteran had dragged a black woman to death, it’d be splashed across the headlines from coast-to-coast.

Detra Farries’ husband was recently sentenced to four years in prison for a 2008 hit-and-run. It must run in the family.

  • Fake CSM McAndreis/Anderson

Ok I am going to start off with one that just caught my eye. Here we have a poser pretending to be a CSM with high rated awards such as the Silver Star, Soldier’s Medal. The Purple Heart, CIB, Ranger and SF tabs are there too. But I would like to know were he got the idea that any unit in the 3rd ID was airborne.

It seems he was spotted over at Fake Scots Titles It was originally was due to the fact that this person was also pretending to be a Clan Chief.

Primarily ‘Fake Scots Titles’ endeavours to expose those using Scots Titles they are not at liberty to use. However, during our investigations into the Fake Chief, Calum McAndreis/Anderson, we became suspicious of his claims of being a Command Sergeant Major with a Distinguished Service Cross & Legion of Merit – “Calum Anderson DSC, LOM

Also they have asked that anyone in the US military reply to help detail what the errors are and help build a case against him.

We would now welcome comments from those who know more about such matters than we do here in Scotland. We find it difficult to understand how someone born in 1959 could possibly be entitled to the insignia and medals being worn in this photograph some of with relate to the Vietnam War. Mr McAndreis’ arms also seem to have shrunk since retiring from the US military.

We have been informed that he also proudly displays in his home signed and personalised certificates relating to the above awards. A search of the internet leads us to believe that such certificates are a great deal easier to obtain than one might have thought possible in such serious and emotive circumstances – http://www.military-certificates.com/ARMY_Awards.htm

This information has now been made available to the 3rd Infantry Division, US Army, for their investigation and comment. Anyone else wishing to contribute to this enquiry is welcome to submit their insight either in confidence by contacting Fake Scots Titles or publicly on this page.

Love the comment about the shrinking arms.

Jonn Added: I blew up the decorations. I don’t know what branch insignia he’s wearing, but it certainly doesn’t justify the blue Infantry cord. And I don’t know how he figures he gets to add his rank and duty status to his name plate. WTF is up w/the Kuwait Liberation Medal on the bottom row all by it’s lonesome?

  • Moment of Truth for Democrats in Arizona

A few years ago, AZ Republic columnist Doug MacEachern and other conservative commentators in Arizona began reporting on Tuscon Unified School District’s (TUSD) Mexican-American Studies Program (or MAS). The program was revealed to have little to do with Mexican-American history or even Mexican history but was instead being used as vehicle to promote far-left ideologies and anti-Americanism. Che Guevara and Fidel Castro (neither of whom are Mexican I might add) were glorified while the United States was routinely attacked by the teachers and activists whom were employed by the district as part of the program. The program’s directors and TUSD employees admitted as much, after being secretive about the program for a period of time. Even the Arizona Republic’s editorial board (which can’t decide whether or not to support ending the program even though it admits the program is completely nuts) calls the people who run the program “self-acknowledged Marxist activists“.

In response, last year the Arizona legislature passed a law that would penalize school districts by cutting a portion of their funding if they taught programs of studies that: “promote the overthrow of the United States government, promote resentment toward a race or class of people, are designed primarily for pupils of a particular ethnic group, or advocate ethnic solidarity instead of the treatment of pupils as individuals.” The law was clearly targeted at TUSD and its MAS program. Arizona Democrats for the most part opposed the bill and screamed their usual battle cry of “RACISM!”. At first TUSD tried to deny that their MAS program was in violation of the new law, however earlier this year the TUSD governing board began to look into changes into the program to avoid state-imposed penalties. However, the changes that were proposed would simply make the MAS courses electives instead of courses that would satisfy core curriculum requirements. The program, for the most part would remain intact, however there was no guarantee that the Arizona Department of Education would be satisfied by these relatively minor changes to the program, especially if the core group of Marxist agitators were left in charge of the program. Regardless of whether or not the state government determined if the program was in violation of the law, it was clearly an attempt to save the program and keep it intact.

You would think that this would make supporters of the MAS program happy. You would think that they would remain quiet and not rock the boat. You would think that they wouldn’t pull any crazy stunts to give opponents of the MAS program any more ammunition. However, if you thought any of those things you are wrong (and should probably haze yourself). More below the fold…

  • Vet’s invaluable flag stolen

    What’s up with these people?

While on patrol, the Third Platoon of Alpha Company, 120th Infantry, was ambushed at dawn by a large enemy force. Despite overwhelming odds, its soldiers killed 150 insurgents while losing just two of its own men. One was Spc. Daniel A. Desens Jr., whose Bradley fighting vehicle was hit by rocket-propelled grenades, destroying his left leg.

Platoon Sgt. 1st Class Chad Stephens climbed onto the vehicle under heavy gunfire, pulled the young gunner from the top and lowered him to Farve, a medic and another soldier. He bled to death in their arms.

Stephens earned a Silver Star for valor. Farve got the flag that draped Desens’ coffin during its trip from the morgue to a C-130 transport plan. He never had reason to fly it. Then terrorist leader Osama bin Laden was killed.

“We flew Desens’ flag because he died in pursuit of this man,” Farve said. “We wanted him to see his flag flying for this.”

Farve, who had rotator cuff surgery on Friday, and companion Ginger Surratt hung the 4-by-6-foot flag at about 6 p.m. Monday. When Surratt went to bring it in for the night, it was gone.

The police weren’t interested enough to investigate. Farve offers that if he finds the flag on his porch, he won’t ask any questions about it’s disappearance.

  • The “resistance culture”

    Russia TV interviews Kevin Zeese who complains that the media doesn’t cover hippies when hippies get upset and protest. Of course, according to Zeese, it’s because of the ‘corporate media” not because we’re tired of seeing their selfish, unimportant demands;

He claims that the “corporate media” covers the Tea Party because it’s in their interest, but it might really be because it’s the first time conservatives have been moved to organize against what they think is potentially damaging to the country. On the other hand, the hippies protests are nearly weekly events – a “dog bites man” story.

I remember that the hippies had a protest scheduled against George W. Bush for October 2001 long before 9-11 happened and they just retooled it to be against the war at the last minute. It doesn’t help the left that they wave Soviet Union and Chinese flags at their protests and cozy up to socialists and communists wearing their Che Guevara T-shirts. Who wants to associate with people like that?

Thanks to one of my ninjas for the video.

  • Brad Manning protesters crowd Ft. Leavenworth corner

In a photo exclusive to TAH, Daniel caught the first Bradley Manning protesters at the Fort Leavenworth front gate. According to Daniel, they’ve displaced the Little Caesar’s guy who normally plies his wares on that corner with their awe-inspiring numbers. That number being two. I don’t know how Daniel got the whole both of them in frame at the same time. Photographic genius he is.
