  • IVAW’s evil plot to destroy the world

    OK, maybe that’s a bit of hyperbole, but it’s becoming more and more clear that they would destroy the world if they could. Luckily for us, they don’t have two brain cells between them that they could rub together and accomplish it. Kind of like the Somali pirates.

    Take Marc Hall, for instance. I’ve written about his plight before. Just after Nidal Hasan gunned down 13 of his fellow soldiers, Marc Hall, now called the “Stop Loss Rapper, decided to communicate a threat by recording a rap song in which he promised to “lock and load” a thirty-round magazine in his M4 rifle and kill all of his leadership in the grade of E-7 and above.

    IVAW, in concert with “Courage to Resist”, has decided to “raise money” for Hall’s defense – except Hall is represented by military lawyers (because his trial is happening in Iraq and his National Lawyers Guild attorneys aren’t there). So why are they raising money for his defense? Because they raise money for everyone’s defense…money that somehow ends up Matthis Chiroux’s nose. But the point here is that these “veterans” are doing their best to undermine the military.

    And don’t forget about Geoffrey “Stolen Valor” Millard and his new bunk mate Steve Yoczik who plan to dismantle the DC National Guard for their summer Marxist project.

    They went to the DC Armory for a job fair where they scoped out their potential targets (in my opinion, they should have been investigating jobs, but that’s just me).

    Geoff and I took note of ideal spots to set up a table, as well as wheat pasting sites, but what stood out to us most of all was the complete lack of acknowledgment from the soldiers present. They saw us in our T-shirts, that much is for sure, but no real reaction of any kind and no one approached us.

    When we went inside to further test a potential reaction, I couldn’t help but laugh at all of the “mean machines” that were set up, including a chopper that had the ACU design on the seat, accompanied by the obligatory American flag wrapped on the fuel tank. That and the tricked out humvees, the huge tow truck, and even the mobile Army Experience Center (yes, a huge trailer with TVs on the outside and a walk-in section with the warning “Contains graphic scenes of war and acts of violence” (or some variation of that) really made me want to re-up…. almost as much as I want to scrub my face with Brillo pads…

    Lemme see…no one approached you, there was no reaction…and you were offended by the music and displays. Maybe that’s all because you aren’t welcomed there, because you don’t belong there. You belong in the IVAW House where you can stroke off to Rage Against the Machine, and tales of “almost” scoring a hairy-legged hippie chick at the Winter Soldier “testimonies. Or, in Millard’s case, almost scoring a hairy legged hippie dude.

    But this is a day-in-the-life of two deserters at the IVAW House – doing their best to undermine the order and discipline of the military. To try and bring everyone down to their cowardly level.

    Has anyone heard Adam Kokesh, congressional candidate in New Mexico and former resident of the IVAW House, condemn his former roomates and urine hoarders for their anti-American shenanigans?

    Editor’s Note: Links to IVAW from This Ain’t Hell probably don’t work since the cry babies have blocked us, however, you can copy and paste the links in a new browser if you really need to see their pages.

  • CPT Bailey on Liddy Show

    Navy Captain Larry Baily, a Navy SEAL who spends a lot of his personal time and assets busting phony SEALs, will be on the G. Gordon Liddy radio show today. You can listen to it on the interwebbythingies. Apparently, Captain Bailey will be discussing Adam Kokesh’s candidacy run in New Mexico.

    The one time I’ve talked with Captain Baily on the phone, he had just finished telling a widow that her recently deceased husband wasn’t eligible for burial in Arlington despite the years of lies her husband had told her. He’s a straight shooter and a rock hard patriot.

    Below the jump is an open letter Captain Bailey sent out to New Mexico voters;

  • Rob Diamond; another HuffPo hack

    I wrote about Rob Diamond a few weeks back when he criticized Republicans daring to have troops in their audiences. Today he’s complaining that Glen Beck is stealing from military charities over at the Huffington Post;

    What is actually happening — and what is so obviously wrong — is that the rally is not actually raising money for SOWF [Special Operations Warrior Foundation]. SOWF is raising all the money to pay for the rally.

    Don’t believe me? Just read the plain-as-day, italicized font on the SOWF website:

    All contributions made to the Special Operations Warrior Foundation (SOWF) will first be applied to the costs of the Restoring Honor Rally taking place on August 28, 2010. All contributions in excess of these costs will then be retained by the SOWF.

    That’s weird, I thought. I give $100 to SOWF and it goes to Glenn Beck first, college scholarships for children of deceased special operators (maybe) second? Why would Glenn Beck be using a charitable organization, whose mission it is to provide college scholarships to the children of deceased special operators, as the financing arm of his “non-political, non-partisan” rally?

    Is that really what it says, Rob? Is that how they taught you to read at Annapolis? Do you think that they meant ALL of the costs of the rally, or did they mean that they were going to recover the costs of their representatives going to rally and sleeping in hotels, paying for gas and actually eating – or do you expect them to sleep on sewer grates for their stay?

    Permits in DC cost everybody money, whether they’re a charity or not. How do you expect them to pay for it? The rally is billed as a non-partisan, non-political event and Beck is just one of the speakers who will draw the donation money.

    Do you really think that greedy-ass Beck, who you admit makes $18 million a year, is going to sit by the pot and count out his share of donations. “One for me, one for them”.

    Rob claims that he’s a fellow of the Truman National Security Project. The mission statement of the Truman National Security Project says;

    The Truman National Security Project is a national security leadership institute, the nation’s only organization that recruits, trains, and positions a new generation of progressives across America to lead on national security.

    I guess if Diamond is the type of whiney, whitebread, illiterate crybaby that Truman National Security Project is producing, they can’t be spending much time on national security policy.

    The Special Operations Warrior Foundation is now serving as a financial front man for the right-wing, Fox News demagogue that is Glenn Beck. This so-called “rally” has nothing to do with SOWF’s stated (and noble) mission of giving college scholarships to children of deceased servicemembers.

    Really? Why would you want to sabotage a worthy charity with your hyperbole, Diamond?

    Actually, The Special Operations Warrior Foundation is one of the most efficiently managed charities;

    We are proud to announce that the Special Operations Warrior Foundation has earned its fourth consecutive 4-star rating for its ability to efficiently manage and grow its finances from the nation’s leading charity watchdog group, Charity Navigator. Only 7% of the charities rated by Charity Navigator have received at least 4 consecutive 4-star evaluations, indicating that Special Operations Warrior Foundation consistently executes its mission in a fiscally responsible way, and outperforms most other charities in America.

    To date, the Special Operations Warrior Foundation has provided over $900,000 to wounded special operations personnel.

    Those scum bags.

    I’ve only read two posts written by Diamond at Huffington Post – he comes off as a petty little creep. And a hack.

  • Another phony in politics? Really?

    One of our readers sent me this email last night;

    Please help us out with this turd. I have tried contacting the local media, to no avail.

    We (a bunch of crusty azz Marines on a forum) have been birddogging this POS since last year, when we found him telling tall tales to civilians and been chasing him around on the internet since.

    They’re talking about this guy Joel David (Duke) Schechter who is running for the Arizona Senate.

    26650_1256797541577_1278773617_30734056_8324695_n

    Here’s what he’s claiming he earned on Facebook;

    joel-schechter-awards

    Yup, that’s five, count ’em FIVE, Purple Hearts. A Silver Star, two Bronze Stars for valor. USMC Parachutist wings and a Combat Action Ribbon. And, oh, Sergeant rank. All of which don’t show up in the FOIA from POW Net;

    joel-schechter-foia

    I don’t know what those other things are in that picture, but it really doesn’t matter does it?

    His political statements are in line with my political beliefs, but who can trust this liar?

    COB6 says he recognized that Schechter is really Harry Mudd from Star Trek right off.

  • Meet Jaime St. Claire-de Janiero: Fake MARSOC/Recon Marine

    (Thanks to the REAL Marines who are part of the F’n Boot Facebook group for the H/T)

    This clown has been going around various Marine Corps message boards and FB groups claiming to be a Recon Marine and a MARSOC operator. There is no record of him on MOL. Here is a picture he has posted in several groups :

    n698735213_4579597_64393

    First of all he is wearing Warrant Officer One rank on the collar of what appears to be a Gortex jacket. Every Marine who has worn Gortex knows there is a flap towards the center of the jacket where you put your rank. Next, he is wearing a SCUBA bubble and a Combat Parachutist Badge on Gortex which you don’t do. Then there is some kind of patch on both his left and right breast. The only type of patches Marines wear today are name patches for flight suits and FROG gear. Marines have not worn unit patches on their uniforms since the end of WW2.

    Here is another pic of him wearing the same outfit:

    n698735213_4579596_6113

    Here is a link to an album of pics he has posted on some Marine Corps Facebook groups. Most of the pics that he has are from MARSOC press releases or are stolen from other Marines’ photo albums. I am pretty sure those pictures that he has of the squad bay are from Major Jason Grose’s blog. He has also started his own blog, but he hasn’t made any posts yet. Looks like TAH has some competition! Here is the link to his Facebook page, which states that he is from Detroit. If you frequent any Marine Corps forums or internet groups and you see this clown, make sure to call him out. If any of you who live in Michigan run into this guy at any veterans events, well… use your discretion.

    Finally, doesn’t his name just scream “gay porn”?

  • Florida’s new stolen valor law

    We all know about the Stolen Valor Act that makes wearing medals a serious offense and makes it a real crime to wear or claim military medals when a fraud didn’t earn them. Well, Florida lawmakers want to take it a step further and make it a felony to even claim to be a veteran when it’s not true;

    On Friday morning, Neal Quittell was dressed in fatigues and wearing a hat that read “Veterans Support Organization” as he collected money on Northeast 17th Street and Federal Highway in Fort Lauderdale.

    “I’m not a veteran and I know I’m not,” he said. “I can’t sit out here and lie. We’re a nonprofit organization. … Our money goes out to the veterans and the VAs.”

    Jacobs’ district aide, Franco Ripple — who was also credited with calling attention to the issue — called the Lauderhill-based Veterans Support Organization “one of the largest perpetrators throughout the eastern U.S. and Florida, known as the ‘granddaddy’ of the offending organizations.”

    Justin Wells, South Florida chief operating officer for the group, said his organization gives 65 percent of the money it raises to the veterans, and puts up more than 50 veterans in its transitional housing.

    Solicitors who are not veterans wear uniforms representing veterans, he said.

    “You don’t have to be a veteran to help a veteran,” Wells said. “We agree that vet groups should be more watched and that they should be held to a higher standard.”

    Street impostors file for corporate status, which requires them to give veterans a portion of their donations, Gelber said, but the public should donate to one of the groups sanctioned by Congress so that veterans get the money intended for them.

    The organization says 65% of the collected money goes to veterans, but Florida lawmakers say only 15% goes to veterans. Even at 65%, it’s a poor rate when 100% of the symbolism involved in taking the collections is related to veterans. Putting someone who never spent a day in the military on the corner in a uniform to collect money is fraud, pure and simple.

  • At VFP, the Crazy comes full circle

    It’s being reported on the fringe of the Left that Veterans For Peace (around here known as Geezers for Sitting on Our Hands) have brought their special brand of crazy full circle by demanding a new investigation into 9-11;

    Anti-war groups have long been regarded as deliberate gatekeepers to the 9/11 Truth (and anti-war) movement. But in 2009 VFP membership mushroomed with savvy new members who realized it wasn’t enough to protest the war if you didn’t protest the government lie that allowed it to happen. And most VFP members know the “Tonkin Resolution” was a deliberate lie – aka: “False Flag”.

    By 2008, an international team of scientists had published volumes of conclusive evidence for “explosive demolition” of the Twin Towers and WTC-7. This hard evidence and admissions by the 9/11 commission that they were “set up to fail” moved VFP members and leadership to pass a resolution to press for a new 9/11 investigation during their 2009 annual meeting.

    Here’s the kicker;

    Veterans draw on our personal experiences to raise public awareness of the true costs and consequences of militarism and war – and to seek peaceful, effective alternatives.

    As we’ve seen many times in our investigations of VFP members, most of them have only endured the difficulty and stress of a Basic trainee. Many have never seen combat, most have been booted out before their obligation ended for various malfeasance. So what “personal experiences” are they drawing from to question the 9-11 investigations? Their drug-induced hallucinations?

  • ATF seizes 30 air guns

    1stCavRVN11B sent this article about ATF seizing a shipment of 30 airsoft guns, claiming that they could easily be converted to “machine guns” (article from KOIN6)

    A local business owner is flabbergasted after a shipment of 30 toy guns for his store was confiscated by ATF agents in Tacoma.

    Brad Martin and his son, Ben, sell the Airsoft BB guns from their store in Cornelius where they’ve been in business for seven years.

    The Martins said they buy their stock from Taiwan because the merchandise is less expensive. But the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives seized a shipment of 30 in October. That shipment is worth around $12,000 and the ATF is promising to destroy the entire shipment.

    Special Agent Kelvin Crenshaw said the toys can be easily retro-fitted into dangerous weapons.

    “With minimal work it could be converted to a machine gun,” Crenshaw said.

    Now, I don’t know much about air-soft, but what I’ve been able to find out is that they fire a missile using pressurized air – every firearm I’ve handled is not like that. It sounds to me like the ATF is over-reacting because the guns don’t have orange paint on the barrel. And I’m wondering if the ATF even knows what a machine gun is at this point, unless Special Agent Crenshaw was talking down to the media.

    Airsoft can’t be that rugged if it attracts people like this to the sport, though. I’m sorry, but I forgot who sent me that link last week or so – it’s been keeping me in stitches ever since. Notice each of their profiles mention that their military experience is “classified” – I’d change that to “wussified” for accuracy.
