    March Forward urges MONG to disobey orders in Ferguson

    Those creeps of March Forward, the veteran wing of ANSWER, led by Mike Prysner, the fellow who left IVAW because they weren’t radically communist enough for his tastes, are urging the Missouri National Guardsmen to disobey their orders and stand with the thugs of Ferguson while they tear the city to pieces after the Grand Jury verdict is read.

    Now, Governor Nixon has again activated the National Guard to “support law enforcement.” But you don’t have to follow their orders—you can stand with the protesters instead.

    This open letter is signed by a number of socialist and communist veterans of the Maoist organization and, of course, it won’t work. Mostly it won’t work because folks in the Missouri National Guard are honorable people and they aren’t fooled by March Forward’s intentional distortions of the facts of the case against Darren Wilson.

    Do you really want to be part of suppressing those civilians raising all these important issues on the national stage?

    The autopsy of Michael Brown confirms at least five eye-witness accounts that the young man—who was not even suspected by Darren Wilson of any crime—was shot while he had his hands in the air.

    Those of us in the military—especially with combat experience—knows that this flies in the face of any Rules of Engagement, and we know that it is completely ridiculous to believe that Darren Wilson feared for his life in anyway whatsoever.

    Increasingly, the issue of rampant police brutality in America—most frequently by white officers against people of color, with an African American killed every 28 hours by police—is garnering more and more attention on a national and international scale.

    We’re all pretty sure how the Grand Jury will decide in the case, but either way it comes out, the gathered criminal elements in Ferguson will riot and take out their ignorance on perfectly innocent people, and the only folks who can protect those innocent victims is with the National Guard.

    According to CBS News, two members of the New Black Panthers were arrested in a sting for attempting to buy explosives from undercover FBI agents. Is that the side that March Forward is supporting? Are those the people that the MONG are supposed to join?

    Read through the list of signatories to the “open letter” and you’ll recognize countless folks who we’ve featured here in the old days when we outed anti-war pretenders. I guess this is the only opportunity they have to make themselves relevant again using the old Marxist tactic of trying to make the peacekeepers join the lawless mob.

    ‘American Power’ blog at ANSWER protest in Anaheim

    Mike Prysner commie lovin punk

    Our buddy, Donald Douglas, from “American Power” blog sends us a link to his report on the annual ANSWER “March to End Police Terror” in Anaheim, CA. It seems that they don’t like publicity, you know, even though they’re marching in public. They tormented Donald while he took their pictures and Tweeted about their little march.

    He bumped into our old friend Mike Prysner, the socialist/communist fellow who was a member of Iraq Veterans Against the War until he discovered that they weren’t radical enough for his tastes so he helped found “March Forward” the Maoist version of the veterans anti-war movement – ANSWER’s platoon of mannequins who call themselves veterans.

    According to Douglas, Prysner grabbed his camera/phone and threw it in the street. You know, because Prysner is against violence and all for social justice.

    Speaking of Prysner, we have a feature coming up about him written by someone who Prysner tried to silence with courtroom antics (like we’ve never seen that before).

    But you should click over to American Power and read the whole thing and look at the pictures of the goofy-looking freaks of ANSWER.

  • Coalition of Veterans’ Organizations urge troops to refuse deployment

    KOMO News reports that some derelicts in Washington State are urging deploying troops from Joint Base Lewis-McChord to ignore their deployment orders. they call themselves Coalition of Veterans’ Organizations. I’d never heard of them before, and looking for their presence online tells me why. They’re a coalition of organizations I’d never heard of before, well, except the 555th Parachute Infantry Association “Triple Nickle” which was an association of the Black paratroopers of WWII. The last I knew, they were pretty much defunct because of membership numbers or the lack thereof. It was a small group to begin with and time has taken a toll on membership around the country. I know that the Triplenickel in the DC area had folded themselves into the 82 Airborne Division Association a few years back.

    In the article, they mention one member of the VCO, Gerry Condon.

    Army veterans say going for conscientious objector status is a better way.

    “There are actually some alternatives. They’re not necessarily easy ones; there’s no guarantees,” said Vietnam war resister Gerry Condon.

    Condon was a special forces medic in the Vietnam era who fled the U.S.

    Of course he was a special forces medic. Here’s his bio from another website where he’s advocating for Brianna Manning;

    In 1968, Gerry Condon refused Army orders to deploy to Vietnam, for which he was court-martialed and sentenced to 10 years in prison and a Dishonorable Discharge. But Gerry was able to escape from Fort Bragg, North Carolina and leave the U.S. For six years he lived in Sweden and Canada, where he organized against the war and for amnesty for all war resisters. Gerry is an active member of Veterans For Peace and co-chair of its GI Resistance Working Group. He serves on the steering committee of the Bradley Manning Support Network.

    He was probably a medic in the 82d, because 1968 was the year that the Golden Brigade deployed to Vietnam, but being “special” sounds cooler, I suppose. So he never really went to Vietnam, but tossing that in makes him sound more authoritative on the subject.

    The article also mentions Mike Prysner who we’ve known for years here.

    “We signed up to serve our country, but we didn’t sign up to have our lives thrown away in a political chess game,” Prysner said.

    We? Prysner must have a mouse in his pocket because he had his life in danger. he wears his old uniform every chance he gets so we know he has no CAB (and we have his records at the link) and it’s a pretty good bet that he never left the wire as a radar operator. He founded ANSWER’s March Forward, their veterans arm, because Prysner didn’t think IVAW was radical enough. He also tried to run for the board of directors at IVAW in a failed attempted coup to turn the organization more radical.

    So that “Coalition of Veterans’ Organizations” is nothing more than the usual suspects under a different banner.

    Thanks to Kateser and CB for the link.

  • Occupy LA co-opted by antiwar March Forward

    Old Trooper sends us a link from PressTV, the English-language Iranian news organization, which tells us that our old buddy, Mike Prysner, IVAW cum March Forward anti-war activist is using his organization to co-opt the Occupy LA sheep to turn them against the nebulous war against Iran;

    Mike Prysner is an Iraq War veteran and an organizer with the Answer Coalition.

    Prysner says protesters want to stop America from starting another unauthorized war in the Middle East, similar to what happened in Iraq.

    Activists say the war drive is based on U.S. imperialism and a desire to control the resources of the Middle East.

    “Similar to what happened in Iraq”? If that was imperialism, why are we not there anymore? Kind of redefines imperialism, doesn’t it?

    Prysner, you might remember, was indeed a veteran who served in Iraq, but his stories about what he saw there are somewhat in doubt because of his job…a radar operator. He wears remnants of his uniform at every opportunity to give himself some measure of authority in the discussion, but that only works among the hippies.

    Prysner also ran for public office, Florida, I think on the ballot for the Party for Socialism and Liberty and he’s a died-in-the-wool socialist. he left the IVAW because they weren’t radical enough, but he returned long enough to run for membership on their board in hopes that he could make them more radical. When that didn’t work, he formed March forward, the veteran arm of the Maoist-inspired ANSWER.

    I’m sure he licks his lips in anticipation at the thought of a nuclear-armed Iran.

  • “Veterans” to march against White House for Peace

    A group of anti-war veterans have signed on to march against the White House to demand peace on Thursday, December 16th, probably hoping to avoid counterprotesters who have jobs and can’t show up on a Thursday. They compare themselves to the Bonus Marchers of the last century who marched after World War One for their benefits;

    In the early thirties, WW1 vets descended on Washington, D.C., to demand their promised bonuses, it being the depths of the Depression. General Douglas MacArthur and his sidekick Dwight Eisenhower disregarded President Herbert Hoover’s order and burned their encampment down and drove the vets out of town at bayonet point.

    We are today’s bonus marchers, and we’ve coming to claim our bonus-PEACE.

    Well, here are some of the people who’ve signed on to the above statement and whom we’ve discussed over the past few years.

    Brian Becker, National Coordinator, ANSWER Coalition; as you can imagine, Brian isn’t a veteran, just a Maoist bomb thrower. He runs ANSWER along with his brother also not a veteran.

    Medea Benjamin, Co-Founder, CODEPINK for Peace; yeah, she’s not a veteran either – yet there she is listed with veterans.

    Elaine Brower, Anti-war Military Mom and World Can’t Wait; She’s not a veteran, but her son was deployed to the GWOT three times – voluntarily. She’s fond of calling soldiers “baby killers” and “murderers” but exempts her son from such caricaturization and throws her son’s service in the face of her detractors at every opportunity.

    Scott Camil, Veterans For Peace; Camil was known as Scott the Assassin during the Vietnam War days because it was his idea to assassinate politicians who didn’t oppose that war. He was also one of the Gainesville Eight who plotted to disrupt the 1972 Republican National Convention in Miami by attacking the police, disrupting utilities and firebombing stores. The plot was foiled by the FBI. He was also shot once while trying to sell drugs to the DEA.

    Matthis Chiroux, Iraq War Resister Veteran; What can I say about Matthis you don’t already know. He’s not a veteran of GWOT.

    Bill Perry, Vietnam Veterans Against the War; Bill Perry was one of the original VVAW members who testified at the first Winter Soldier hearings. He admitted to me last year that his testimony at those hearings was “bullshit” to please the hippie chicks and John Kerry.

    Mike Prysner, Co-Founder, March Forward; Mike ran for office in the Party for Socialism and Justice. He ran for the Board of IVAW even though he’d left the organization to form March Forward because IVAW wasn’t radical enough for him.

    Ward Reilly, Veterans For Peace; Ward is a big fake. he walks around in boonie caps and tiger stripe uniforms to give the impression that he’s a Vietnam veteran, but his entire tour in the military was spent in Germany during Vietnam. He wears a Ranger tab on his boonie cap to give the impression that he’s a Ranger even though he’s never been to the school and wouldn’tmake a pimple on a real Ranger’s ass.

    He once questioned me on how I could justify my CIB since I earned it in Desert Storm. He was wearing a Ranger tab at the time. Hypocite.

    Cindy Sheehan, Founder, Peace of the Action; Not a veteran, just an old hag in the final throes of her fame.

    David Swanson, author; Swanson is professional crybaby. He founded AfterDowningStreet which has morphed into an Arrest Bush and Cheney organization. Mostly he whines that the Left isn’t Left enough. He’s not a veteran.

    Debra Sweet, National Director, World Can’t Wait; Sweet is everywhere a lame protest erupts. Lately, she’s taken to following Matthis around NYC-area schools. She’s not a veteran.

    Col. Ann Wright, Veterans For Peace; she famously resigned from the Bush State Department to protest the invasion of Iraq. She’s a liar, when it suits “the cause” and she alternates between Code Pink and Vets For Peace. You can see her service record at the link.

    Doug Zachary, Veterans For Peace; Zachary was booted from the USMC before he could be deployed to Vietnam, but, like Reilly, he plays the part of a Vietnam veteran. Imagine how screwed up you have to be to kicked out of the Marines in 1968. Zachary loots every anti-war cause he can get his grubby paws near.

    There are more signatories, most of whom I don’t recognize by name. I only saw a few IVAW members on the list, but I’m sure they’ll be there.

  • March Forward make pests of themselves in Hollywood

    Someone sent me a link to this “action” in Hollywood, where March Forward!, the veteran wing of ANSWER jammed up military recruiting in Hollywood for a couple of hours;

    Leading the gaggle was Mike Prysner, who I wrote about last year.

    After shutting down the recruiting station, Prysner said, “To our brothers and sisters in the military: it’s time we stopped fighting for the profits of a tiny group of billionaires; instead, we should struggle together for what’s in our interests. But we’re not going to fight alone—we’re going to fight with students who are getting their tuition raised, with teachers who are getting pink slips, with families who are suffering layoffs and scraping to get by—because when we unite together, that’s when we win.”

    Ah, don’t you love the sound of class warfare in the morning? Prysner is a true class warrior. Also a member of the IVAW (he ran unsuccessfully for a seat on the IVAW board in the last election in an attempt to radicalize the IVAW), Prysner is one of the co-founders of the Maoist-founded ANSWER.

    I’m not sure how ending the wars will stop teachers from getting fired or tuition’s rise, but it sure sounds nice, doesn’t it? Tuition was going up by more than 7% per year through the Clinton years when there were no wars – so blaming the current increases on war is pretty vacuous.

    And, oh, yeah, in case you thought that the 100 or so demonstrators (according to the article – there were really about 25 by looking at the pictures) were veterans, allow me to disabuse of that fallacy;

    The demonstration consisted mostly of young students, who have faced massive tuition hikes over the past year.

    Poor babies. I’ll betcha that there students all over the world who wish that was their only problem. So students, led by a veteran, blocked a recruiting station. What sense does it make to close down a recruiting station because tuition costs are rising? They might as well shut down a florist shop for the same reason.

  • Prysner and Diliberto on Hillary

    Hillary Clinton has allocated a half-billion dollars for bribing the Pakistanis, and planning to do the same for the Taliban to switch sides – of course anyone who has any experience in Afghanistan knows that it’s only rent money because you can’t buy an Afghan’s loyalty.

    But our buddy, communist hero founder of ANSWER’s March Forward veteran group of mannequins Mike Prysner sees it as evidence that the US is losing in Afghanistan (Russia Today link);

    “This can be seen as a move of desperation on behalf of the United States,” said Prysner.

    The Taliban is winning, he argued. There is no need for the Taliban to negotiate with the US because they are winning the war and an offer to pay off the enemy is merely an admission the US cannot win militarily.

    Regarding Vice President Joe Biden’s remarks, which essentially said a drawdown to the war in 2011 could be very small, Prysner said the US was losing and they would not willingly withdraw in any manner that would resemble a defeat.

    “We can expect to see in another year more US casualties, more Afghan casualties and while the leaders in Washington and generals in the Pentagon still finding justifications to continue to fight there,” said Prysner.

    So says the E-4 radar operator who served in Iraq.

    Our own Jake Diliberto chimes in;

    “I think it’s all crazy talk,” said Diliberto. “Nobody has any clue how we are going to bring peace or stability to this whole thing if we don’t negotiate with the Taliban.”

    I guess Russia Times was just fishing for commentary they had already typed into the story why else would they talk to these two on statecraft. I’m no Hillary supporter (except in the Democrat primaries in 2012), but after the ass-kicking the Left took during the Iraq surge, I’d think there’s no one on the Left willing tomake wild-ass statements about the future of a military operation.

    Thanks to Ranger Off-Spring (ROS) for the link.

  • ANSWER’s March 20th Rally

    I know Gathering of Eagles and some other groups are planning counter-actions to the annual ANSWER rally on March 20th in DC. How many of our readers are planning on being there? I’ll be driving down from my mountain retreat early in morning, so if anyone wants to meet up before hand, let me know.

    Yahoo says it’ll be 64 degrees and partly cloudy, so I guess the weather will be better than our first one in 2007, won’t it?

    From what I’ve read, the Code Pink hags will be there as well as Geoff “Stolen Valor” Millard and his DC IVAW crowd. ANd we can always count on the “Bert and Ernie” of the VFP crowd, Bill Perry and Ward Reilly as well as ANSWER’s new March Forward veterans group with our buddy Mike Prysner.

    A good time will be had by all.
