A trans “female” customer with a baritone voice threw a tantrum in a Gamestop store at an employee for enforcing the store’s policy of ‘Store credit only – No refunds’.

    https://www.christiandailyreporter.com/trans-gamestop-rage.html

Some enlightened soul got the video of the tantrum, including this jerkwad cursing in the presence of a juvenile, despite a female customer asking him to tone it down. S/He also cursed her.

12/29/2018 Albuquerque, New MexicoA transgender GameStop customer who is a biological male but identifies as female flew into a minutes-long rage after being called “sir” by another customer who was politely asking him to stop cussing at the employee behind the counter because children were present in the store. – Article

When someone throws a screaming public tantrum like this, cursing at people who ask [h/im/er/it] to tone it down around kids, and all the other things that accompany this kind of uncalled-for rage, there is something wrong, and it is not with the onlookers or the recipients of that anger.

Tantrums thrown by toddlers are cute and funny. Tantrums thrown by people who are physically adults are not. Drill Instructors do a lot of yelling, but as long as they don’t have halitosis, s’okay. They aren’t throwing tantrums. (Where is SGT Hulka when you need him?)

Remember the bearded sales tramp in the vape shop throwing a screaming tantrum at a customer who wore a t-shirt with Trump printed on it?  Same “generation”? There seems to be a lot of unreleased anger in these people. Perhaps sitting the zazen would help them.

In this case, since the “customer” was threatening the employee and damaged a display on h/is/er way out, the employee would be justified in asking h/im/er “Shall I call the police?”

After all, it’s not quite the same thing as being held up at gunpoint and loudly facing down the guy with the gun, is it? Especially if the guy with the gun runs away from you.

The video is embedded in the article. There is a ‘freeze Alaska’ ad, but you can click it off.  Obviously, the – uh, customer has issues.

I could not tell whether or not Gamestop has a notice posted ‘No refunds – Store credit only’, but it would probably be a good idea to do that.

Muslim Patrol Cars now on the streets of America

The notion that Muslims think there are streets in this country that are considered “theirs” to patrol is absurd.  I thought this was click bait being posted by a few loons but as it turns out it is real news.

The New York Police Department had to issue a statement saying that this Muslim Patrol is not sanctioned or endorsed by them.

New York’s Muslim community created a “security patrol” in Brooklyn’s Bay Ridge neighborhood in November of 2018.  The “Muslim Community Patrol” car is outfitted to look like an NYPD vehicle, complete with a nearly identical logo.

But the police department told PJ Media that the vehicle is not sanctioned by the department and that it must obey the law.

It should be noted that other racial and religious groups in New York City have community patrols as well.

Ya, well I have no support for other “Religious” groups having patrol cars on the streets of America either.  It will be a matter of short time before these Patrols are out enforcing sharia law in parts of America now considered Muslim territory.

This kind of thing needs to be put to a stop. Maybe some of you support this … you know who you are.  I suspect if you do not support it then Liberals will consider your criticism of it a form of hate speech. Because feelings are more important than freedom.

    The Anti-American Dream

As we begin the new year, let us take a few minutes to celebrate the ignorance of a Liberal Utopian delusion.   Educated ignorance is sadly epidemic.  The piously arrogant nature of those who lean well to the left is all too familiar to most of us around here.

If anyone wants to know why I hate Liberals and their professional victimhood they can expand their gnat-like attention span long enough to watch the video below.  I am still glad I voted for Trump because the alternative was repugnant and Anti-American.

Judge: Bars are allowed to throw out Trump supporters

A Manhattan judge ruled Wednesday that there’s nothing “outrageous” about throwing the president’s supporters out of bars — because the law doesn’t protect against political discrimination.

Philadelphia accountant Greg Piatek, 31, was bounced from a West Village watering hole in January 2017, just after Trump took the oath of office, for wearing a “Make America Great Again” cap, according to his lawsuit over the incident.

“Anyone who supports Trump — or believes in what you believe — is not welcome here! And you need to leave right now because we won’t serve you!” Piatek claims the staff of The Happiest Hour on West 10th Street told him after he and his pals complained about the rude service they were getting from a bartender.

So he sued in Manhattan Supreme Court, claiming the incident “offended his sense of being American.”

But on Wednesday, when the bar’s lawyer, Elizabeth Conway, pointed out that only religious, and not political, beliefs are protected under state and city discrimination laws, saying, “supporting Trump is not a religion” — Piatek pivoted.

“The purpose of the hat is that he wore it because he was visiting the 9/11 Memorial,” his attorney Paul Liggieri told Justice David Cohen in court Wednesday.

“He was paying spiritual tribute to the victims of 9/11. The Make American Great Again hat was part of his spiritual belief,” Liggieri claimed. Piatek and his pals had, in fact, visited the memorial before the bar.

“Rather than remove his hat, instead he held true to his spiritual belief and was forced from the bar,” Liggieri said.

When the judge asked how the bar employees were supposed to be aware of Piatek’s unusual religious beliefs, Liggieri answered, “They were aware he was wearing the hat.”

The judge pressed Liggieri on the idea of his client’s professed creed.

“How many members are in this spiritual program that your client is engaged in?” the judge asked.

“Your honor, we don’t allege the amount of individuals,” Liggieri said.

“So, it’s a creed of one?” the judge asked.

    “Yes, your honor,” Liggieri replied.

After nearly an hour of argument the judge took a short break and then returned to the bench with his ruling.

“Plaintiff does not state any faith-based principle to which the hat relates,” Cohen said in tossing the case.

Piatek had sued for unspecified emotional damages, but the judge said the incident amounted to nothing more than a “petty” slight.

“Here the claim that plaintiff was not served and eventually escorted out of the bar because of his perceived support for President Trump is not outrageous conduct,” the judge ruled.

Liggieri said he plans to review the decision to determine whether or not to appeal.

I threw people out of my bars/restaurants for all kinds of reasons.  Mostly for becoming a disturbance to the rest of my patrons or being disrespectful to my staff.

Spiritual Trumpism is dubious at best and attempting to defend it in court is a waste of resources.

One day the concept of Mutual Respect may come back into fashion.  A citizens duty to defend people with whom they disagree is requisite in a free society.

  • A Few Words From Thomas Paine

    The Crisis

    Thomas Paine

    December 23, 1776

These are the times that try men’s souls. The summer soldier and the sunshine patriot will, in this crisis, shrink from the service of their country; but he that stands it now, deserves the love and thanks of man and woman. Tyranny, like hell, is not easily conquered; yet we have this consolation with us, that the harder the conflict, the more glorious the triumph.

What we obtain too cheap, we esteem too lightly: it is dearness only that gives every thing its value. Heaven knows how to put a proper price upon its goods; and it would be strange indeed if so celestial an article as Freedom should not be highly rated. Britain, with an army to enforce her tyranny, has declared that she has a right (not only to tax) but “to bind us in all cases whatsoever,” and if being bound in that manner, is not slavery, then is there not such a thing as slavery upon earth. Even the expression is impious; for so unlimited a power can belong only to God.

Whether the independence of the continent was declared too soon, or delayed too long, I will not now enter into as an argument; my own simple opinion is, that had it been eight months earlier, it would have been much better. We did not make a proper use of last winter, neither could we, while we were in a dependent state. However, the fault, if it were one, was all our own*; we have none to blame but ourselves. But no great deal is lost yet.

All that [Gen.] Howe has been doing for this month past, is rather a ravage than a conquest, which the spirit of the Jerseys, a year ago, would have quickly repulsed, and which time and a little resolution will soon recover.

I have as little superstition in me as any man living, but my secret opinion has ever been, and still is, that God Almighty will not give up a people to military destruction, or leave them unsupportedly to perish, who have so earnestly and so repeatedly sought to avoid the calamities of war, by every decent method which wisdom could invent.

Neither have I so much of the infidel in me, as to suppose that He has relinquished the government of the world, and given us up to the care of devils; and as I do not, I cannot see on what grounds the king of Britain can look up to heaven for help against us: a common murderer, a highwayman, or a house-breaker, has as good a pretence as he.

    * The present winter is worth an age, if rightly employed; but, if lost or neglected, the whole continent will partake of the evil; and there is no punishment that man does not deserve, be he who, or what, or where he will, that may be the means of sacrificing a season so precious and useful.

‘Tis surprising to see how rapidly a panic will sometimes run through a country. All nations and ages have been subject to them. Britain has trembled like an ague at the report of a French fleet of flat-bottomed boats; and in the fifteenth century the whole English army, after ravaging the kingdom of France, was driven back like men petrified with fear; and this brave exploit was performed by a few broken forces collected and headed by a woman, Joan of Arc. Would that heaven might inspire some Jersey maid to spirit up her countrymen, and save her fair fellow sufferers from ravage and ravishment!

Yet panics, in some cases, have their uses; they produce as much good as hurt. Their duration is always short; the mind soon grows through them, and acquires a firmer habit than before. But their peculiar advantage is, that they are the touchstones of sincerity and hypocrisy, and bring things and men to light, which might otherwise have lain forever undiscovered. In fact, they have the same effect on secret traitors, which an imaginary apparition would have upon a private murderer. They sift out the hidden thoughts of man, and hold them up in public to the world. Many a disguised Tory has lately shown his head, that shall penitentially solemnize with curses the day on which Howe arrived upon the Delaware.

  • California’s Sanctuary City Stance Caused Officer Ronil Singh’s Death – Victory Girls Blog

California’s Sanctuary City Stance Caused Officer Ronil Singh’s Death – Victory Girls Blog

    An outstanding article by victorygirlsblog.com

In the midst of the drama over the government shutdown, California’s Stanislaus County Sheriff department along with multiple other agencies were engaged in a major manhunt for an illegal who shot Corporal Ronil Singh to death during a routine traffic stop on Wednesday. This wouldn’t have happened if California hadn’t decided it was politically correct to become a sanctuary state.

Corporal Singh was an immigrant himself. One who came to the United States LEGALLY.

“He came to America with one purpose, and that was to serve this country,” said Newman Police Chief Randy Richardson, calling Singh an “American Patriot.”

Again, there’s a significant difference between Singh and the shooter. Singh came here legally. The shooter … didn’t.

Arriaga crossed the border into Arizona illegally several years ago and has worked as a farm laborer in the Stanislaus County area, Christianson said. He has two prior driving-under-the-influence arrests and ties to the Sureño Street Gang.

So the shooter was here illegally, had been arrested TWO other times and was a known gang member. Why was he still here? Because of the stupid asinine and incredibly dangerous Sanctuary City stance the state of California has taken.

California has been diving headfirst down this dangerous path for years. Heck, they couldn’t even pass the Kate Steinle law and a jury let her killer go free. The incidences of violence involving illegals is climbing and yet our politicians have decided pandering to the illegals is the way to go.

San Fran Nan is on vacay in Hawaii and Maxine Waters went to the Bahamas instead of dealing with the government shut down. Designating funds for better border security and the border wall is not on their radar. Do they care about Corporal Singh? Nope. Not one bit.

What about the rest of the 53 member delegation from California? Crickets all over the place.

California law enforcement is hurting today. They lost one of their own and it shouldn’t have happened. Ronil Singh’s family is understandably devastated.

    Embedded video
Brother of breaks down as he thanks all law enforcement agencies that helped catch Arriaga.

Reggie Singh managed to hold himself together just enough to thank all those who worked tirelessly to find his brother’s killer. A powerful moment of both anguish and grace.

I applaud Sheriff Christianson for casting the blame squarely where it belongs. On the shooter and the sanctuary city mess.

    He was absolutely correct.

“While we absolutely need to stay focused on Officer Ribuk Singh’s service and sacrifice, we can’t ignore the fact that this could’ve been preventable,” Christianson said, noting how Arriaga had several run-ins with police — which couldn’t be reported to ICE on account of California’s sanctuary law.

“Under SB54 in California, based on two arrests for DUI and some other active warrants that this criminal has out there, law enforcement would’ve been prevented — prohibited — from sharing any information with ICE about this criminal gang member,” the sheriff explained.

“Ladies and gentlemen, this is not how you protect a community.” [Emphasis Added]

We have laws in place for a reason! The sanctuary city mess protects only those who are here illegally. It leaves American citizens and those who are in this country legally twisting in the wind.

Furthermore, this sanctuary stance puts ALL of our First Responders at risk. Amazingly, CNN reported the Sheriff and Police Chief Youngblood’s remarks.

“When you tie our hands and don’t allow us to work with our federal partners and communicate with our federal partners about people who commit crimes and who are in this country illegally, we’re going to have incidents like this, not just on police officers, but on the public that we serve and protect,” he said.

What does Governor Jerry ‘Moonbeam’ Brown have to say about all of this? Not a damned thing. Instead he gives 15 illegal immigrants clemency.

What about Gavin Newsom? Did he have anything to say? Crickets.

A good officer is dead because of this entire sanctuary city crap. He would be alive today if, after the FIRST DUI arrest, the shooter had been deported.

Adopting the Sanctuary cities stance puts us ALL at risk. It needs to stop NOW. Otherwise more US citizens like Kate Steinle and Officer Ronil Singh will die.

Its also worth reporting the following:

Seven people across the state have been arrested for helping the suspect in the murder of Cpl. Ronil Singh avoid police.

Gustavo Perez Arriaga, 32, was arrested Friday without incident after authorities learned he was inside a Kern County residence, CBS Sacramento reports.

Others at the residence were taken into custody for aiding and abetting. The suspects were identified as Bernabe Madrigal Castaneda, 59; Erasmo Villegas, 36; and Maria Luisa Moreno, 57.

His brothers Adrian and Conrado Virgen, girlfriend Ana Leyde Cervantes and coworker Erik Quiroz were also arrested for helping him dodge police.

Stanislaus County Sheriff Adam Christianson blamed California’s sanctuary law for preventing local authorities from reporting Perez Arriaga to the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency for his previous arrests. Christianson said if he had been deported, Singh would still be alive.

  • Ikeishi! Ikeishi buadda, japalai!!!

This is in regard to Melania Trump’s choice of yellow Timberland boots on her trip with Pres. Trump to visit the troops during the Christmas holidays. The noise that has been generated over them consists of not just gossip, but blatant lies.

There was something posted on Twitter about racism on her part in this egregious spatter of pejoratives, based on her choosing to wear those boots.

    From Business Insider:  https://www.businessinsider.com/melania-trump-timberland-boots-visit-troops-iraq-2018-12

That’s on one of those ‘turn off your ad blocker’ deals, so read it if you wish.

The “racist” nonsense comes from a now-defunct site called Naha Daily, which in 2014 claimed falsely that Timberland’s CEO said he didn’t want blacks or Latinos in his boots. They admitted that it was completely made up out of whole cloth – a lie, in plain English, but people are now digging it up and pointing the finger at it and saying ‘Aha!’ and making themselves far worse than they pretend Mrs. Trump is.

According to Snopes, the false remarks originated from a December 2014 article from the now defunct site Naha Daily, which cited the shoe company’s CEO saying he did not want to see “Blacks and Latinos” in the boots.

Snopes reported that a disclaimer on the Naha Daily’s site said that its content was “based off current events [in 2014] in urban culture and entertainment” and was “completely fictional.”

    Got that? Completely fictional.

It is something that some moron cooked up in 2014, posted on his website, and then added a disclaimer that it was all made up out of dust bunnies and hot air and is completely fictional. Naha Daily is out of business, but this trash still shows up.

Because there are enough imbeciles on the internet to populate a small planet like Mars, this disclaimer is disregarded by them as an inconvenient fact. They ignore it and subsequently carry the lie forward, using it against someone who had nothing to do with the source of the lie.

They do this out of pure hatred toward someone who has done nothing to them but exist.

Because they are addicted to trash, they got all excited when  Mrs. Obama was recently seen in a yellow split-front drapey dress that would not look good on a bone-thin runway model, wearing thigh-high streetwalker glitter boots with it. If you dare, take a look. And don’t say I didn’t warn you.

    https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2018/12/leftists-mock-first-lady-melania-for-wearing-timberland-boots-but-they-loved-michelle-obamas-streetwalker-thigh-high-glittery-boots/

Melania Trump, on the other hand, wore sensible boots on her Christmas trip to visit troops overseas, but people still won’t lay off her.

Yes, she’s made some faux pas. We all do that, but this obnoxious trash is grasping at straws, acting out their roles as schoolyard bullies because they think it’s okay.  They have the maturity of freshly-laid eggs. And even if the hen sat on them, they’d still turn out to be rotten.

I have never seen such hatred manifested toward someone simply because she exists and has done nothing to deserve it.

This poisonous, festering slop has consequences for the people who generate it and perpetuate it. Employers expect their hirees to behave like adults in an adult world. Everything is investigated now.  People who do these things are telling potential employers that they are not reliable, won’t be good workers, and won’t focus on doing their jobs.

Would you like fries with that?

Oh, yeah, the title – The first word starts with “F”, and the last word starts with “A”.  And it means the same thing in another language that it means in English.

Trans and Non-Binary boys are allowed to menstruate at school.

Most people can not imagine the things that come across my desk during the course of a week.  This headline caught my attention, “In Brighton, UK, Boys to be Told They Can Have Periods Too.”

My first reaction to these sensationalized headlines is always skeptical.  I usually dig around a bit to see if this type of headline is one of those all too obvious attempts at click bait.  Then, lo and behold, I find this jewel of a link.

I poked around a bit more only to find someone who sounds a lot like me, needing a shave and a haircut,  yammering on about it.  I always wondered what would have happened to me had I not become a Marine.  I like this guy, he has that same animal like sexual magnetism that I have to deal with along with that weird Jame Gumb uniqueness I admire.   I wonder if he gives anyone butterflies.

I am so grateful that I don’t need to constantly check my gender fluid. Abuse of children seems to be all the rage these days.
