We were hacked sometime today and they deleted the original post about this guy. He sent us a cease and desist letter yesterday that was useless. We have our sleuths working on the server logs to determine who perpetrated this Federal crime, so you’ll read more about this.
About three years ago we wrote about this Carmine Annunziata fellow who owned a clothing sales store (the Armed Forces MCSS) near Fort Dix, New Jersey. He was investigated for ripping off troops in the area as well as selling drugs and making phony military ID cards. He also claimed to be an Army major, but the NPRC said “Who?”
Now we hear that he has a different scam happening. He’s using a new name; “Luciano Benandanti” and he’s founded a Wiccan church “The Wiccan Church of Benandanti”.

Florida also requires a felon to notify the local Sheriff they are in their county within 48 hours of arriving. If he maintains a residence in Florida and hasn’t notified them of this and the name change, it could spell trouble for him.

(b) With regard to any felon who has been found, pursuant to s. 874.04, to have committed any offense for the purpose of benefiting, promoting, or furthering the interests of a criminal gang, constitutes a felony of the third degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084.

My mother was the sweetest kindest person you could ever meet. Everyone who met her, loved her. This monster took advantage of her since day one. I was only 13 years old when they met and I remember all the bruises on her and all the fights they used to get into. He manipulated her into doing whatever he wanted, and my mother following her heart gave in.
EVERYTHING was under my mothers name. The apartments they rented the cars, every single “business” he started. Even that house in jersey he’s now using as his “church” was my mothers. She knew she didn’t want him to have anything and she always had a fall back. She had me on her will to get it all, but of course convientely he came out with another “will” that states him as the sole heir and he got it all. I knew my mother best. She confided everything to me, and she wanted him to have nothing.
She detested him, but she felt so bad for him since he had no family that’s why she stayed.
Even a few days before she passed away, I tried to use his arrest to get her away from him. I was even willing to move in with her to keep him away from her. But of course everything fell apart and he saw an opening like the diseased rat that he is and scammed his way to take control.

It seemed like it would be a good gig, but it became apparent very quickly that he was a slime ball.
