There is so much wrong with his award salad, I am not sure where to begin.  He is claiming over 24 years of sevice.

I had a Mail Clerk Card … he has dishonored mail clerks everywhere.

Still no change after 4 big packages and its 4 months mater. The VA and SSA IG need to hear first hand from those he served with or others that can share this evidence.
Please take action!
