Paul Anthony Menchaca, Phony Down Syndrome

An Arizona man was accused of pretending to have Down syndrome and hired caregivers to bathe him and change his diapers, police said.

Paul Anthony Menchaca, 31, of Gilbert, Arizona, was arrested on Sept. 6 on fraud and sexual abuse charges. The Gilbert Police Department said Menchaca posed as a woman named “Amy” on a caregiver job site called CareLinx.com, saying she needed assistance with her adult son, FOX 10 Phoenix reported. Three caregivers, all women, were hired to care for Menchaca at various points over the summer, with the first woman saying she bathed and assisted him 30 times.

Sgt. Darrell Krueger, a spokesperson for the Gilbert Police Department told The Washington Post, Menchaca asked the caregivers to meet him at restaurants to change his dirty diapers in the public bathrooms.

Some guys have trouble getting women to show up for dinner and a movie.  I am just not that caring of a person to do that for anyone, I could give a shit less what kind of syndrome you have.  If you want me to meet you in a public restroom at least make it worth my while.

All three women said Menchaca became aroused during baths, police said. The caregivers said “Amy” texted them telling them to “punish” Menchaca if he soiled his diaper.

The first caregiver became suspicious and followed Menchaca home earlier this month and met his parents. She discovered Menchaca “did not have Down syndrome and did not require diaper changes,” a probable cause statement said.

The man’s parents told investigators Menchaca does not have Down syndrome. In a video of an initial court appearance, Menchaca said he has special needs and a low IQ level.

I got special needs and I voted for Trump, that’s gotta be worth a sponge bath.

  1. …and I had to read this before breakfast. Good grief!

Someone could have posted a spew alert for us, just as a courtesy.

  2. The Whiz Wheel ™® says if ever an individual deserved a FBBSDC*, it’s Paul Anthony Menchaca, so it gives this Dillhole the following score: 36 x 11 = 396

    * Full Blown Bat-Scheiss Drooling Crazy (H/T to Hondo)

  3. Menchaca doesn’t need a caregiver. He needs to visit Mistress Paula’s Parlor of Pervy Pain…

  4. I have a colleague who has a child with Down Syndrome, and every single day is a struggle for that family.

I don’t have the words for what this jackass has done here.

    1. There was a tv series years ago that had a down syndrome teenager as the lead. I believe his character name was “Corky” It was an after school themed series.
The show was a major education on the subject and went a long way towards ending the undeserved stigma.

        1. It was indeed “Life Goes On,” but all too soon, the focus went from Corky to every episode being about his sister’s friend with the aids.

    2. Indeed. The universe usually has a way of sorting out fellows such as this chap. Hopefully sooner rather than later.

    1. You saw that stupid look in our congress, pelooser, the faux squaw, maxine dogface waters, wine stain, schumer, biden …on and on ad nauseum

    1. He’ll have many a date with Bubba, Thor, Julio and “Tiny Tyrone” before they share him with the cell block!

  5. You got to give him credit points for being original.

Some guys work on their pick up lines, he moved right past that.

  6. Reminds me of the South Park episode in which Cartman pretends to be a “special needs child” in order to win the Special Olympics and get some money. Like this clown, Cartman’s plan didn’t work out. He got his ass beaten by the other kids in every event.

  7. His meals should be served to him on those sam shitty diapers. Second thought, he’d probably enjoy that.

  8. We fostered a child with Down syndrome several years back. Had to discontinue after a while. He was high maintenance DS and it was a constant struggle. Above says he is low IQ and I have to wonder at what point do we give pervs a pass ARO their low IQ? Is 60 the cutoff? 55? IDK. I do know this guy has a problem that goes beyond having a low IQ. He has a mixture of low IQ and perversion. What is the appropriate punishment? Again, IDK. There has to be some punishment. I’m thinking that a good spanking is out of the question. Punishment should act as a deterrent, and a butt busting for this guy would be more of a reward than punishment.

Anyway, hell of a trick he pulled off.

  9. He DOES look a little Mongie, methinks his mama enjoyed Boone’s Sangria while he was in the oven.
