Financial goals achieved! Thanks, everyone, for your generosity in supporting TAH. Without your help this place coundn’t continue, and that would be unthinkable. So thanks again, and expect me to rattle the cup again next year as a gentle reminder.

Sounds like some retarded reverse examples of the story about the rich uncle who wanted to be buried with all his money in the casket with his corpse, so his niece (his sole heir) consolidated all his money in one checking account and then tossed a check for the full balance into his coffin just before he was buried.

  7. Monthly allotment to Jonn’s cigar and whiskey fund straight outta my VA comp. I highly encourage other to do so, those Cubans aren’t cheap ya know!

  8. I walk the walk as well- donate monthly, and squeeze in some extra love during crunch time.

    And rattle the cup when Jonn, who jumped out of airplanes for a living, is a bit skittish about actually directly asking for some help in running the place.

  34. Thanks, everyone for the help. Just heard the good news from the boss; thanks to your generosity this year’s TAH fund drive is closed. Really impressive how you folks dug down to donate, and it’s money well spent for both supporting the SV mission and the (mostly) good natured joshing that occurs here daily.

  38. My heartfelt thanks to everyone who contributed. For the second year in a row, you guys picked up our entire annual $6000 bill. I just paid off the last of the legal bills in May – so I’m cruisin’ towards a 2018 in the black, for the first time since TAH started. Thank you!!!
